That is what the article says, however, I am highly suspect. In 22 years of practicing I have never had a judge draft the interrogatories. I think they meant that this was part of the "compromise" that was made on the record at the motion hearing. JMO

I've never heard of that either. As a matter of fact my boss and I would usually do the interrogatories. You would think the attorney would want to be part of the questions.

I had to go look it up:

On July 5, 1996, Lungren announced that he would file perjury charges against Fuhrman and shortly thereafter offered Fuhrman a plea bargain. On October 2, Fuhrman accepted the deal and plead "no contest" to the charges. He was sentenced to three years' probation and fined $200. As a result, Fuhrman is a convicted felon. Although he retired from the LAPD well before the plea, he is technically barred from serving as a police officer in most states again.

But I do know that when Cindy mentioned about the key at the jail it was like she spoke it for the first time but made it sound as if Nanny had a key to the house all this time,to give Casey an excuse that someone else had been in the house. but ....Cindy picked up on it and of course agreed.

Me too! I still don't understand why we have not seen the interview with Annie. Wouldn't Baez have that and therefore it would have been released? Sorry if this has been discussed.

I am watching JVM. They think Caseys bun is a fake piece of hair because her hair isn't long enough to have styled it that way. IIRC, Her hair has really grown a lot so I'm not sure it is fake. lol. I don't know why they are wondering about that.

Even if your attorney objects you still have to answer the question during a depo. The objection by the attorney is just so that it will be on record. I've done depo's before for a wrongful death suit and that is the way it works. She will have to answer every question...now whether she will tell the truth????

We have spent hours everyday trying to figure out what happened to Caylee. Sometimes we do go off topic. This board has done a better job than any investigator, prosecutor and defense attorney, that's out there. We have questioned every word over and over, we have come up with theories and nothing has gotten past this group. This board will make sure Caylee gets the justice she deserves. We are a far cry from obscene and disgusting we are freedom fighters.

They were fairly casual friends. TonE cut her off from the get-go, he wouldn't even take that first call from jail after she threw her fit getting his number. Nobody wants to know her any more.

She doesn't take any visitors anyway.


I think it is probably so much easier to say "I don't want any visitors" then to have to say "no one ever comes to see me." Casey got dumped real quick by her so called friends when they found out just what she is all about. This board has done a better job than any investigator, prosecutor and defense attorney, that's out there. I noticed that in one of his last motions Baez said he want the info on the fingerprints, etc. When I saw the word fingerprints I thought...they must have found someone's fingerprints on that tape or on something in the bag. Probably Casey's.

Don't they just run fingerprints through AFIS to see if there is a match. Casey's fingerprints should be in there from when she was booked into jail three times. It only takes a minute to see if the fingerprints compare to anyones in AFIS. I'm sure they have that info by now. They just aren't releasing it to the public.

Once something is released to the defense, under the FL Sunshine Law, anyone can request it. Lucky for the public the media has requested and posted links to the documents. The A's along with the rest of the public can read them.

As to the defense, I understand they have to turn over their information to the Prosecution before the trial. I don't know what the time frame is nor do I know if the Public will be able to see them

To try and clear up the confusion. A defendant in a civil suit does not give up her 5th amendment rights. What complicates this case is that Casey has filed a countersuit. She is a plaintiff in that action. A plaintiff cannot file a lawsuit and then assert her 5th amendment rights. If she does then her claim can be dismissed by the court. I don't understand why they filed that lawsuit. They should have dismissed the counterclaim. They could then assert her rights and request a stay of the civil suit until the resolution of the criminal matter. It happens everyday. Someone files a property damage claim as the result of an arson for example. The courts routinely grant these motions. Its not like ZFG has any money either FGS. JMO

OH MY< I really really wanted to have some belief and compassion for the A's. As a poster (?) pointed out to me a couple weeks ago. Paraphrase: I am too nice/kind. I may be naive. From what has taken another turn I am astounded.

Would you want to go live in that house with Cindy. he can't go back and live lie's again. He won't send text message's next time ,if he goes back to live with her. I'd stay in the hospital and get mentally/emotionally strong, 3 hots and a bed, and DRS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to help him (she has 3 hots and a cot), so at the end( after trial) he can move on with his life productivitly( his grief reminds me of the Petit case, how Mr. Petit is dealing with his loss.)
