Good morning everyone, hope you all have a very good day. I am so glad the judge is making casey come to court. I will be gone today and will not get to watch it but you can bet I will be back tonight to read all about it from all you good posters. I hope she has to come to everything they have from here on. I guess cindy will be there just not sure on that. I hope George is doing ok so they can move him closer to home. I don;t know of but one time that cindy has gone to see him but he may be better off not to see her right now. Ubtil he gets to feeling better. I hope and pray I will never face anything even close to this mess. It just breaks my heart to think about it. I know caylee is ok but we still need justice for caylee.love you all have a good day.

I can't remember if it was on JVM or NG but one of the attorney's said this case will turn out to be "every man for himself". If true about the evidence linking the crime to the Anthony home, I have to agree that this is what will happen. Everyone will become a potential suspect in the eyes of the defense including Casey's own family.

They all better watch out!

Hiya Ell, thank you for all the links. I heard the jail gets them up as early as 4:am so they can be ready to be transported as early as 6am..........aw, the princess may be loosing a bit of beauty sleep thru out this entire ordeal.

Hope she doesn't nod off during any of the festivities today. :rolleyes:

I agree, Baez wanting Ricardo info, Jesse's info, TES info, I think all these attorneys should get together for lunch and just have a finger pointing fest. Lee will probably be on Baez's list next as the culprit.

1. A private memorial for all the anthonys at the jail with the defendant.

2. A private meeting for cynthia and george to talk to the defendant.

I am interested in the second one. I wonder if LE thinks that these parents may be able to talk some sense into their daughter and get her to come clean with them? If I were either parent, I would be very concerned that baez is not doing what's best for her and I would want to be able to warn her.

You are correct in thinking that...I too would want to speak to my daughter and get her to confess.....I think that it was Baez that didn't want Casey talking to her parents...it could be that he is afraid that she may just break....then the whole "high profile trial" would be no more....LKB and the rest would not be able to make their grand appearance and display of lies.....

The whole defense team is looking forward to thyis trial they wouldn't want Cindy and George to mess it up.....

But I heard that George is being released today and that Cindy went to pick him up....so she probably wont be at the hearing...maybe Lee will come instead....

I do not see the jail allowing a private memorial at the jail. If they do it for Casey, they would have to do it for everyone else.

As for the private meeting...IIRC, Casey did have a private meeting with George approved by the jail. George arrived, Casey was meeting with someone from JB's office, George waited for an hour and a half before Casey decided she would not see him. Would Casey even meet with G & C or would she cancel again? Do other inmates get private meetings with their family members?

You are correct in thinking that...I too would want to speak to my daughter and get her to confess.....I think that it was Baez that didn't want Casey talking to her parents...it could be that he is afraid that she may just break....then the whole "high profile trial" would be no more....LKB and the rest would not be able to make their grand appearance and display of lies.....

The whole defense team is looking forward to thyis trial they wouldn't want Cindy and George to mess it up.....

I think if the inmate gives the jail any trouble, she can loose certain privileges as punishment.

Conway was on The Today Show and apparently he is discussing with LE two things.

1. A private memorial for all the anthonys at the jail with the defendant.

2. A private meeting for cynthia and george to talk to the defendant.

I am interested in the second one. I wonder if LE thinks that these parents may be able to talk some sense into their daughter and get her to come clean with them? If I were either parent, I would be very concerned that baez is not doing what's best for her and I would want to be able to warn her.

I can't remember if it was on JVM or NG but one of the attorney's said this case will turn out to be "every man for himself". If true about the evidence linking the crime to the Anthony home, I have to agree that this is what will happen. Everyone will become a potential suspect in the eyes of the defense including Casey's own family.

I do not see the jail allowing a private memorial at the jail. If they do it for Casey, they would have to do it for everyone else.

As for the private meeting...IIRC, Casey did have a private meeting with George approved by the jail. George arrived, Casey was meeting with someone from JB's office, George waited for an hour and a half before Casey decided she would not see him. Would Casey even meet with G & C or would she cancel again? Do other inmates get private meetings with their family members?

She does not have that "confident" look she always had when she was perfectly dressed and makeup and hair done. But..IMO...she does look way better than her mother looks. Not that I have seen Cindy in the court room but I am just saying how Cindy has gone way down hill since this mess started. Has taken a toll on Cindy and George but KC does not have that look. She has more of an embarassed look. JMO as always
