According to one reporter when talking about the donation money, the Anthonys provided bottled water for the searchers for Caylee. Me thinks they just did not want to go cuz they knew she was passed. Question here: I have seen Ms. D'onofrio go through CA and GA's home for an "exclusive" interview, I have seen her on NG reporting all of the "latest breaking" and now we hear that she is the one providing "discovery" to Baez. Doesn't she work for FOX? It annoys me that Baez will complain about the media and circus effect and yet he relys on Jessica to get his evidence. Something just doesn't seem right here.

I agree, Casey would not have had too many lessons to learn when she reached 22 years of age. The learning process would have been pretty much complete by 17/18 yrs old.

My youngest will be back home in May. He has worked and gone to school since he was old enough to work and go school. Same with the other 2.
Casey's parent did her no favors by letting her get away with her childhood tantrums.

I 'm just selfish. I don't want my kids and their spouses along with their kids sitting across my diner table every night. I want them to have their own home to go home too!

I just can't believe that people take the comment Cindy said so seriously.I personally feel its a scape goat some are using .

It is common sense and human knowledge that people are going to say things when under severe stress .


PEOPLE will and do say things under stressful times. Cindy made that comment to reporters and she spoke to all , all who were in her opinion acting like maggots and parasites .


I feel like a maggot and a parasite myself for watching this case like I have ,but I watch and read about the developments for other reasons .


It is obviously shocking to know things like this can and do occur ,but not for a moment have I ever forgotten that I am not the ONE living this nightmare . Not for a moment have I taken personally what Cindy said ,rather I totally understand the strife she was dealing with and realize that what she said was thrown out in such a moment of despair ,anger and grief ...am I going to recognize that ? YES ...WHY would I take that personally ,why would anyone , or are they really , is it just a way to point and say looky ,see what she said ,she is scum blah blah .....


NO ....it is taken in the context and setting it was said .....


I see a family destroyed by this , why the focus on the tid bits that have been thrown back and forth by people in despair ,it just amazes me ...............


We know all about the family dynamics people speak of , we know how horrible this crime was , we know that nothing is going to change what happened and so the family ! They are the ones dealing with it each and every day since ..........



Just thank the Lord you are not the one living this .........to what benefit does it serve to keep pointing and saying, look what she did then ,look what she said then , HOW I wonder does it help those speaking these things ?

IMO the ultimate goal is for them to be upstanding, productive members of society who are able to care for themselves and their families.....not couch potatoes taking up time, money, energy and space in my house!!

Amazing isn't it. I understand throwing "reasonable doubt" out there, but at some point they have to know that all the finger pointing will eventually point right back to them. Baez and Casey are a match made in heaven. I followed the Melanie McGuire case and thought the defense was full of it. Melanie also tried to throw off LE and point fingers at her sister-in-law and the mafia.. In the end she was convicted and will leave prison in a box. This case has more forensic evidence and circumstantial evidence, I can't imagine a jury finding her not guilty.

Caylee is dead. Most probably by her own Mother's hands. From the begining he Anthony family chose to not cooperate fully but instead to hinder and mislead the agencies trying to find this young child. Sadly Caylee was found, dead and reduced to bones and hair.


When looking w/ proper perspective I see the Anthony's pain and I hurt for the loss of their Granddaughter but at the same time I properly find their misleading and willfully less than cooperative actions to be wrong and in no way helpful to the finding of their beloved Granddaughter.

I hope they support and love their daughter but at the same time I hold them ressponsible for themselves...the same way I hold Casey responsible for herself.

I understand what you are saying. Been down that same road with some friends. It is really sad that some of the folks I know treat their grown children just like the A's do Casey and then at the luch table talk about how lazy, disrespectful their children are.
Children are not instant potato's you can't just add water and stir. These same parents asked me what I would if I were them in a certain situation. I tell em I would have never been in their situation.

I'm sure this writing was at the direction of Baez. Attorneys will tell their clients to do this because it's harder to pick up on someone's emotions if they are looking down and writing as opposed to staring straight forward. And yes, it also makes her look like she is involved and taking notes on something important that was said in court.

As repulsive as I find this whole family, I can't help but feel a bit of compassion for Cindy Anthony this morning. She probably watched this, alone, in her living room. Her whole world has been shattered beyond repair:

Her beloved granddaughter brutally murdered
Her daughter facing possible death, certainly life in prison for her murder
Her husband in a psych ward after trying to end his life
Her son facing possible felony charges

I wonder if she realizes that Casey has single-handedly destroyed, one by one, her entire family.

I'm thinking from the heart...my heart is filled with pain for what Caylee suffered. I'm sure they've been faced with grief and despair, just as any grandparent does when their child murders their grandchild. It is with my heart that I think that they should ALL be held accountable for not putting Caylee first. SHE is the victim. No one else.

Im glad cindy wasnt there, her behavior is vile and i hope she is humilated that her daughter is a liar and thief nad a murderer. she should be ashamed.

It is my belief that we do not "own" our adult children's behavior, no matter the behavior.

If Casey Anthony is convicted (as she in all probablility will be) it will be because of the choices she made as an adult.

As for me, I feel compassion for the Mother & Father no matter their behavior. They have been under the public microscope for some time & I understand their reaction to such unrelenting scrutiny.

There are posts on here about what clothes Casey Anthony wore this a.m. I believe no matter what she wore...it would not satisfy those that comment on her appearance.

Just breezing through for updates. Does anyone have a link to the hearing this morning? I missed most of it. Got a chance to see Casey for a second, though. She looked very lovely in her gray business jacket and her hair pulled back and up like that. Also, I noticed that she did not have the shackles which I think was a good thing. Baez' main concern was the fact that these Courtroom photos of her were giving the public a pre-conceived image of her as being guilty. The State of AZ tried that tactic in their Courtroom with the 8 year old and it didn't work.

I was watching Headline News this morning and I was taken aback that the anchor did not know who Baez was and referred him as "the male that is talking to the female at the next table". She could have least wrote the names down on a cue card or did some prep work before she went to work this morning. Unbelievable but that just proves one thing. There are still people in this country that do not know much about this case.

I would very much like to see the replay of the entire hearing if anyone can point me in the right direction. Thank you!

What Casey saw was entirely different than what everyone else saw. Casey sees Baez as someone who is fighting for her. It doesn't matter if he loses, that's just the whole world against them. I once was a witness in a malpractice case where the client complained that the attorney committed malpractice because he didn't make enough objections! Its amazing what clients look for. It was her decision to hire him. She found him and she'll stay with him because her brother and parents expressed reservations about him. This is just like the teenager who continues to date the boy her parents hate. JMO

Regarding the People magazine article. I had my suspicions. I felt that they had to put/give some little tease, to get people interested. I will never believe the Anthonys will ever admit Casey is guilty. They didn't fool me. moo Ditto to George and his alleged suicide attempt. I guess she dont believe in discipline either..The way she talks she looking forward to having "run ins" with her daughter.. No, you're so wrong wrong shouldn't even be used in the sentence. My child or children will grow up to respect me. because I will be there.
