Good Morning, I can't understand why Conway thinks that the Anthony's are so special and deserve a private meeting with an inmate. They had plenty of private time with her when she was out on bail. I highly doubt they will allow this to happen. JMO Couldn't they attorney for the family make a plea to the courts to withhold tapes of a visit in the interests of privacy and irrelevance to the case, etc. ?
I believe earlier ( last fall) the discussion was on about possibly holding back the taped jailhouse visits. I would *think* they could do so with a visit for the purpose of grieving, etc.....such would be very private and emotional and I bet a judge would not have a problem with keeping it
from the public until after trial due to the HIGHLY prejudicial nature a cirrent/memorial visit would have.
I don't mind MOST of the tapes being public, but I can see keeping a visit made right now under wraps until after trial.
Does anyone know if this is poss. with the Sunshine laws? I *think* it IS possible to withhold some things from public scrutiny with a judges order.

I don't think the Anthony's are due a visit that isn't taped at all ( or without corrections officers present)...there is NO parent/child privelege, and it's just not regular jail policy.

No...prosecution stated that it could possibly be the end of the year...but could even be longer....Baez wants change on venue discussed....but prosecution said to wait seeing as the trial will not be for awhile, that maybe a change of venue wont be needed....But Baez said he wnt's to get things ready and not wait till the last minute....

To me she looked po'd. her lips were set tight; she never looks scared to me; to my way of thinking, she looked attractive and demure in her gray suit with her hair in a bun. When she goes to trial and looks like that, jurors (not all of them being brilliant), might say to themselves that my goodness that sweet looking girl, she couldn't have done such a terrible thing. You just can't ignore the fact that jurors are going to have a hard time accepting the fact that this pretty young girl so viciously murdered her daughter. The prosecution is going to have to deal with this up front and early in the trial. I recall a trial that occurred in San Diego; the woman's last name i think was Rossum or something like that; she was angelic looking and she did get convicted of murdering her husband.

I agree.:glare: Her beautiful 2 year old daughter is dead, murdered, and her father is in the hospital being treated for psychiatric issues. I wouldn't see any reason to laugh or smile if I was in that situation.

He seems so inexperienced.....But the prosecution better be ready with some scientific proofe when it comes to LKB because that is her favorite sentence "you can not argue with science" and she runs it in the ground trying to get to that one juror that is a bit weak....

The prosecution had better be ready to throw it right back to her....

LKB is truly the most underhanded attorney I ever witnessed...most of them are but she takes the prize.

I dont think she realizes it yet. I think she thinks..(lol) she is going to walk free. IMO

I think the enormity of the situation has set in. She knows she's in with the big leagues when LKB has to come defend her. As Baez himself stated a while back..... "Casey is Public Enemy No. 1". Now he's boo-hooing he's Public Enemy No. 2. Can we can Frick and Frack? JMO. :confused:
