From KA's Magnificant Manuscript
Some of the online discussion has raised suggestions that Ray might have returned to the office the evening of April 14, 2005 in order to conduct some business or meeting in private. Anything is certainly possible, but genuine secrecy would have been difficult to come by even after hours. The cleaning crew came in nightly to work, sometimes after the close of business hours, sometimes later if they had other jobs. ADAs sometimes came in to catch up on work. Clerical staff sometimes stopped by to pickup or drop off things. All had keys. Doors were sometimes propped open during cleaning. The office had multiple entrances. In those days before the new prison opened, there were frequently large numbers of people in and out of the courthouse in the evenings to attend court-ordered DUI and anger-management classes which were held there.

Apparently RG did go to the courthouse 6:00+ PM until 9:00+ PM on Thu., 04/14/05, as per the camera. Why didn't LE check with any of the people who may have also been in the courthouse at that time, such as cleaning crew? According to the "lead investigator", courthouse employees were not interviewed but, a year later, he stated it could be done if his boss wanted but that it might just lead to "another theory". What theory? Anything other than "walkaway"?

What's even more baffling IMO, is how the PSP review of the case found nothing amiss. Are they deaf, dumb & blind?

Well, Pgal., from what I understand, present at the review were BPD member(s) & MM. (I thought I'd read someplace that BPD had several boxes (maybe a duffle bag) of evidence, but I may be mistaken.) However, I did find that PSP were given one (1) "banker's box" of material. I checked, & the biggest "banker's box" I found was 24x15x10-1/4.
