There's an "Eric F. Baker", not middle initial P., in the social security death index that was born on March 8, 1989 and died on May 4, 2007. His social security card was issued in Ohio. If someone has Ancestry.com, I believe his obituary might be obtainable if it's the sameone I'm seeing. (From a Kentucky newspaper)
His death certificate (page 19) says Eric F. Baker; died in Kentucky; born March 8, 1989.

Absolutely:  The more she got away with, the more she tried to get away with. It was the never ending story with Casey. I don't think that Cindy and George were afraid of her so much as they underestimated her. I don't think they saw their daughter's capabilities and the reason for that is because they never held her accountable! They covered everything she did and cleaned up all her messes so how in the world could they have!
That is a good description they did underestimate her. What a price to pay.

Sorry about that. But anyway, if someone has Ancestry, possibly the obituary notice will say how he died, etc.

The problem with Casey is that she has been lying for such a long time and nobody has challenged her. If her parents or other people would have done that and stood their ground, made her culpable for her actions, rather than just looking at her like this :bored: and letting her get away with it, things may have been alot different and Caylee may have stood a fighting chance.
It wasn't just her family; her friends overlooked her lies too. I didn't hear her uncle Rick say whether HE confronted Casey about being pregnant at his wedding - he just berated Cindy for not seeing the obvious.

Do you (or anyone) know if she still on some sort of paid leave, dipping into the fund that is set aside for families with hardship, or is she out of a job?
I can't answer this one. Someone metioned a while ago that she is on disability. Having your granddaugher murdered by your daughter doesn't mean you get disability benefits. I'm assuming she dipped into the funds. Could this be why Beaz is soo secretive about where his pay is coming from?

Wonder why they blacked out the date of death? I noticed he was last age 18.
The date of injury must not be protected information, IMO.

For some reason, I have an immensely hard time watching these people on these videos. I found myself feeling very nauseated when I watched Lee and the lady with the dog, very angry when I watch Casey and very irritated when I watch Cindy. Something about those three. Gets under my skin.
... my dear, this just shows that you are a decent human being who feels terrible about the death of an innocent child...... most of us feel the same way.

Oh yeah!! Good reminder. This morning someone posted Casey said Caylee was the product of rape. I didn't buy that.
How do you rape the willing?

George had her number but he was too weak to do anything. He told LE my daughter lives on the edge, she pushes things as far as she can and then she goes even further..
I believe George knew her well,. That she could kill? I don't know, but when the evidence was there he believed it.

I have always thought that about Baez. I always thought a lawyer had to be articulate to get their point across. Baez is not well spoken, hard to understand what his point is, fumbles around with his speech, not eleoquent or fluid but to the point of being arrorant and always seems to be using veiled threats aganist anyone who disagrees with him. If you dont agree with me, I will sue you...is the best arguement he can come up with??
Does anyone (anyone at all) remember Baby Huey? I watched the Baez presser on HLN and I shocked when he said he was the first Hispanic attorney representing a high profile client! Nedra Ruiz represented the defendant in the *very* high profile dog mauling case. According to guest on HLN, Baez isn't even the first Hispanic lawyer in Florida to represent a high profile client. It sounded like something Geraldo (always minus a fact checker) would say. Geraldo, like Nancy Grace, never corrects or apologizes for his inaccuracies. Baez should.

why wouldn't they accept her lies unchallenged. Her family did
Forgive me if this has been discussed, I'm new (well, re-cycled!)
Why, when confronted with the fact that CA had no job at Universal, didn't LE ask her why she even needed a nanny? She admitted she had lied and didn't work there, or anywhere else.

The real problem is you can't believe anything Casey says, even if it is the truth, she ruined that for herself, along with her life.

No problem here. I would never believe her ever. Same goes for the As.

In those papers that I read this morning, it also said that Cindy's co-workers to the police that Cindy had said something to the effect that Casey yells at George as much as (she) does. That must have been some household for George. His manhood stripped away and left powerless and overwhelmed by two women, his wife and daughter. It's a mystery to me why he didn't seek the company of a more sympathetic woman, just to get away from that. Most men would. It's also no wonder to me why he just gave up arguing. Sometimes the argument is not worth having the last word.
didn't Casey tell her friends he cheated on her Mom ( I know she's a liar and we can't believe anything she says)but he may have. I do think he is a handsome man.
