Its in the doc, it was handwritten, she misspelled the sheriffs name and she crossed out a name, it was sloppy. there was an entire handwritting analysis blog about it on another site.

In the video, Casey didn't care in the least that her mother and father and brother were having problems dealing with Caylee's disappearance. It was all about her and how she felt and what she wanted.

I suppose that's the mindset of a sociopath. Me, me, me. Cindy got it right when she suggested that Casey's friend stay away from her because she was a sociopath. Too bad Cindy appeared, in public anyway, to have changed her mind about that since Caylee disappeared.

But maybe, deep down, she really does know the truth. I am not a Cindy fan at all but I truly hope she gets help in dealing with all of this because it's a very heavy burden to carry.

Great theory for fiction, not so good for real life. Any "secret" involving that many people is going to get exposed so fast by someone talking that heads would be spinning. Having said that, I also think it is just crackbrained enough for that bunch to have dreamt it up and thought they could get away with it. jmo as always

Because Cindy mistakenly believes that every mistake her child makes is a reflection on her as a parent. And that is not necessarily true. There are some wonderful people out there with children in prison for horrible acts. She is still under the impression that admitting your child is flawed is admitting that you are. Some people think that is true. I, for one, do not. I am no more responsible for my adult childrens mistakes than I am for their successes. I just give them the tools and if they use them in the right way, good for them. If they don't, then I did what I could.
And Casey sucked her in when she was out on bail by laying at her feet and thanking her for being such a good mom, and for NOT asking questions.
Some things are too hard. Your mind won't accept it because your heart can't take it...
She will eventually break..one way or another.

IMO Lenny was set up. According to Lenny, DC called him and said that he was going to get Caylee- she was dead.

The video was done by the defense team in hopes of showing no body found at that time, so now they can say that someone else put the body there after Casey in jail.

Lenny fell for it, hook and sinker. Came on NG show telling the whole story. In the end, Tim Miller said most of the stories out there about the video have been waaaaay off. Lenny has been wrong about day body dumped, probable fact that this was murder rather than accident, and where the body would be found.

I didn't watch Nancy Grace tonight. But Casey was forced to appear at her last hearing only because there was no written record of her waiving her right to appear.

The court can & will compel Casey to appear when the court deems her appearance necessary. But it won't happen every time Casey waives her right to appear.

That is simply not the case. Casey can waive her right to appear at trial.

In the video, Casey didn't care in the least that her mother and father and brother were having problems dealing with Caylee's disappearance. It was all about her and how she felt and what she wanted.

I suppose that's the mindset of a sociopath. Me, me, me. Cindy got it right when she suggested that Casey's friend stay away from her because she was a sociopath. Too bad Cindy appeared, in public anyway, to have changed her mind about that since Caylee disappeared.

The next door neighbor heard the argument because there was loud shouting. I believe Casey told Lee that CA had her hands wrapped around her neck. The neighbor will be able to say whether or not Casey drove off in haste right after the fight or later. The LE will know exactly where she was by cell pings. Apparently, someone said they saw Casey in her car parked in a local hotel parking lot most of the night. I bet that is what happened, and she retuned home after mom went to work, then killed Caylee later that day at home.

Cindy did the same thing in the FBI interview. The FBI were trying to develope a profile of casey. They would ask cindy how casey would react and cindy would give a short sentence but then ramble on about how SHE would react.

Every darn question the FBI asked, cindy would make it about herself. This was just a few weeks into caylee being missing...who cares about cindy....this was trying to get a profile of casey.

I agree that Caylee was most likely crying for grandma. And Casey may have taped her mouth shut. But, it was no accident. If it was, she would have ripped the tape off and tried CPR. NO, this was muder.

Something else.. did she really think her parents were having a BIG party, celebrating Caylees birthday while she was missing?? I don't know who the guy was but casey didnt' sound happy with that either, no matter what she preached afterwards.

Don't you find it a little odd that the Anthony's would take in a complete strange while they are in the middle of this mess, How did they know he wasn't someone from the media, or someone trying to get info. Have they ever even see this guy again?

I like how she repeats over and over her case has to be her focus right now. And then Caylee is an afterthought.
