Good morning Ellegna. Thank you for the candle link & getting us started here today.
Woke up at 5:00 this morning with this on my mind & couldn't go back o sleep. So Hoover gave Equuasearch a tip on Nov. 8 that included information that Casey's car was seen (parked?) in June in this area where the body was found. Then we have Tim Miller saying this tip was provided to the people who needed to know, which I assume includes LE. That seems like a BOMBSHELL tip to me.
So why weren't the dogs brought back to this area in early November? It's not like this is a stretch of woods that is miles & miles long. From the Mapquest link, it looks like it's only about 300 feet of roadway abutting this wooded area. When you clink the link, put it on the aerial view. I just don't get it.

I think the searchers really did not expect to find Caylee so close to home. They seemed fixed on the airport. Even thou someone did put up a graphic that showed all the search areas and the area where she was found was searched very early on........

I say give G & C & Lee immunity and then maybe we will all get the truth. IMO they did not participate in killing Caylee, but maybe they mislead LE later in a desparate belief that Casey was innocent. I think George has know all along but Cindy wears the pants in that family and won't let him talk. He is very forthcoming in his interview with the FBI when he was all alone....and asked them to not tell Cindy he was there.

This is getting so confusing. That's what happens when PI's get involved and don't work with LE, imo.
Do we know the exact area where DC and Hoover were when they were taping? Was that ever disclosed?
Could this be "smokes and mirrors" orchestrated by the defense? That's what it's all starting to sound like to me.

Nothing about the crime itself can be learned from them unless Casey confessed. Which, again, even if Casey told them what happened, they'd sugar coat the story. JMO
The State doesn't need them or their variations of stories to convict Casey.

Good Morning n/t!
It is confusing. I have been catching up on yesterday's afternoon headlines.
MyFox Orlando reported: http://www.myfoxorlando.com/myfox/pages/News/Detail?contentId=8225966&version=3&locale=EN-US&layoutCode=TSTY&pageId=3.2.1 Miller wouldn’t say what Hoover said, but Bill Todd's wife said Hoover's tip didn't directly point them to the location where Caylee was found on December 11th, but instead said someone saw Casey’s car parked near that patch of woods back in June.
WFTV reported http://www.wftv.com/news/18449626/detail.html#- Dominic was there 2 days digging, probing and that it did not appear Mr. Casey and his colleague, private eye Jim Hoover, who was behind the camera, were doing a random search. according to WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer. I am curious what an experienced S & R would say about the tape and Dominic's search of the area.
Why didn't this person come forward in July or August if they saw Casey's car parked near there? Why wait? Why tell the family investigators and not LE? I think the car parked in the area is a cover story by Hoover and Dominic. IMO, the stories don't jive.

Got home from work late last night and missed Nancy Grace.
Posters were discussing no charges will be laid against the A's. To be honest, I was surprised. I immediately thought the A's were finally offered immunity.
Searched high and low for a link. Nothing.
Watched NG repeat at 10. Well no wonder I couldn't find anything. Jessica stated What I'm hearing
Her sources have been very reliable in the past but IMO the prosecution can change their minds. We've already seen the DP on the table, off and now maybe on again.
GRACE: Jessica, what do you know about the possibility of an immunity deal for the grandparents? And is it still floating around that Lee Anthony may somehow be charged as an accomplice after the fact?
D`ONOFRIO: What I`m hearing from everyone I speak to, Nancy, is that there are -- there are going to be no charges brought against anyone in the Anthony family. Not Lee, not Cindy, not George. They will not be prosecuted for obstruction of justice, absolutely nothing.

Last night on NG one of the reporters said that people are donating from around the country. She said they are typically donating $20. IIRC, George deposited a few hundred bucks when she was first locked up.
I can kind of understand it a little bit, but with all the people involved it does seem like the ball was dropped somewhere along the line. If a searcher told Tim, then Tim basically said to LE:
"one of my searchers told me that Hoover told them, that somebody else told him, that they saw kc's car parked on suburban drive..."
Since it was such a convoluted way to get a tip, coupled with the fact that it came partly from someone working with the A's, coupled with the standing water in the area, I can see it being placed on low priority by LE. Does anyone remember the day Tim almost lost the 4x4 in that area? Perhaps TES did try to act on that tip but couldn't search because the water was still there?
Another thought: Interesting that Hoover blabs to TES, blabs to Padilla, follows and films D. Casey in the area, etc. Perhaps he insinuated himself into the A camp because he wanted an in to help LE (double agent so to speak). Just musing...
Nah. I think he thought he'd get famous instead it may turn out that he may face charges. That's why he had to lawyer up. Any lawyers left in Florida? Good lord.

Yes it was according to all credible sources which leaves me to believe that they weren't in the exact area where Caylee's remains were found and this is an attempt by the defense to muddy the waters. No pun intended.

I just finished the last thread about plant DNA and whether it could be narrowed down if there was anything found in the under carriage of the car, and/or on Casey's foot wear. I find it even more interesting that Cindy washed those grey pants..my guess is that indeed they would find some plant matter and/or dirt on them.
Aside from that tho? I am remembering how interested LE was in which car wash Casey took TonE's vehicle to be washed, as apparently Casey pointed it out to him on the way back from the airport.
From another case involving a car wash it would seem that in general they have cameras...I wonder if LE has checked the tapes to see if Casey ever took her vehicle there to wash it?
Does anyone know if it was an 'automatic' car wash or one that you feed $ into and wash it yourself? If it was an automatic they generally do an 'under carriage' wash..but if it is/was a manual..I just can't see Casey down there doing it.
I am hoping that LE checked it out...wouldn't it be 'interesting' if the plant matter was matched from the site of the reamins, the car..and maybe a pair of shoes Casey was wearing at the time?
She's tricky and she lies...but I don't believe that she is that 'smart'...
Just my opinion of coourse...

I think George said alot in the Grand Jury Hearing, I can't imagine them giving her 1st degree murder on what little info we had back then, it was said thats why they aren't visiting Casey because she feels he turn on her. I believe Jose is telling her not to see them because they will turn on her and he has the best Dream Team money can buy and she will walk.
Sorry, had to step away awhile & just getting back to the board.
I watched the video with Hoover & his attorney. The attorney was asked did they tape the exact area where Caylee was found. IIRC, he said no, but they were very close.
If it were being orchestrated by the defense, why would Hoover say Casey's car was seen there? WHO saw Casey's car there, and why would they tell him and not LE?
I believe that the area was probably underwater, but obviously the bag had been breached. Even with water, wouldn't the dogs have picked up something? It wasn't a lake but a swampy area, and it sounds like her little bones were everywhere. Bottom line, why did no one even make an attempt with dogs?
This whole thing is making me very ill. Now we've got someone saw Casey's car there in June, Roy Krunk calling LE 3 times in August, then the mixed-up confusion of the PI & Hoover being there in November, Equusearch knowing about the tip in November .... all in this one little 300-foot-long area. If LE would send divers into lakes, why wouldn't they put searchers into that swampy area (with their hip boots)?
I want to hear what Roy Krunk has to reveal next. Something stinks. Too many people dropping the ball. Something's not right.
Good Morning All!

Good A.M. floridamom --
I agree they had NOTHING to do with killing Caylee. I also don't think they mislead LE with malice, I think they desparately wanted to believe Casey and since LE wasn't listening to her, thought they were her only EAR and that it would help her if they found an alive Caylee.
I want to believe that since Caylee's body has been found, as it was, and there is no DOUBT about "who did it" that they are just trying to digest the horror of it all. With all the displays of anger ... their attorney has advised them, and they appear to be hearing, to lay low, NOT to attend hearings, and for them to not make a media statement of their change of what they believe. He is encouraging them, perhaps, to do nothing to heighten media attention to their relationship with Casey at this point -- vague statements being made, no significant change, and their sorrow/hurt/ANGER toward their daughter not be the topic of HeadLine News.
As for George and his ~sneakin'~ to talk to the FBI ...
Just another example of his character. No George fan here. He should have "manned UP" as the MAN of the house and done what he needed to to put an end to this instead of enabling his wife to live in denial, his daughter to perpetuate this fiasco and etc...
He even sent LEE over to the house when Cindy was bringing her home.
It was when they realized that something was WRONG that he should have taken control of the ship, and he didn't.

I think I understand what you're trying to say. There is a differnce between not accepting and flat out lying in hopes the murderer goes free. What about the victim? It is as if they don't matter. Caylee, case in point.

Yeah, what was that all about when NG asked Jessica if she was friends with Casey because she referred to Casey as "Casey" (first name only)? It was tense for a minute or 2. I thought Jessica was going to cry.
Poor Jessica! She looked so shocked when Nancy insinuated that she and Casey were friends. Here was Jessica, the reporter of the day who broke this story and Nancy attacked her. Jessica did hold her own.
Here's a clue Nancy - the defendant's name is Casey!

The caylee murder is particularly frustrating for us because we are seeing and hearing about the actions and lengths that these folks went to in attempts to protect what they had left after the murder....and we can see what Casey is....but deep down..I think some of us understand the lengths some would go...We just hope we would NOT behave the way they did.

I just read the Greta transcripts with her interview with Zenaida. Well, that was a total waste. Nothing came out of it that we didn't already know. What was the point?
Mornin' n/t- while I didn't see Greta's show- just reading what happened made me feel bad for ZG and her children. Being accused of something as serious as kidnapping, having detectives come into your home and go thru each room, question your children- then losing your job and your home because your boss and your landlord don't want you there because of false allegations made against you.
It just seems like the inmate was such a white tornado in so many people's lives- wreaking havoc and chaos in her web of lies and thieving - from her maternal grandparents down to a stranger.
I wish ZG and her children were getting checks sent to them like the inmate is getting- I'd bet that ZG has worked legitimate jobs in her life to provide for herself and her children- something that the inmate didn't seem to want to do for very long- and now the public is giving her free room and board and extras.

got a question if anyone has good recall-
the knife that was removed from the car- was it ever stated if the family removed it from the trunk or the backseat/floorboard?
IRRC- Cindy said she washed that (and the pants) but was the knife taken by LE and any more description other than a kitchen knife?
I was wondering if the knife was used to try to cut the duct tape- or to scrape stuff off her shoes, or as a weapon and with it getting washed...there goes any trace evidence.

I think the searchers really did not expect to find Caylee so close to home. They seemed fixed on the airport. Even thou someone did put up a graphic that showed all the search areas and the area where she was found was searched very early on........
I think that everyone gave casey way too much credit - we actually thought that she was a little bit smarter than she actually was...so much time and effort spent on pings, searching though hundreds of pages of transcripts...trying to figure out where she had placed little Caylee....she gave zero effort in disposing of the body...no thought process what so ever.....!!!!!!!

Intent comes in not as a necessarily long premeditation, but in any case where a person purposely does something to another that could probably and not just vaguely possibly could cause the death of another.

Wow, that DID come out of the blue, didn't it? I know NG has called Casey by Casey before herself.
FWIW, in state prison, we were NEVER allowed to call an inmate by their first name and we weren't to use a "courtesy title", "Mr." either. An inmate was to be called by their last name ONLY. If your were in prison, you lost the privilege of that respect. That was difficult in some cases.

I've thought for about 6 1/2 months that Caylee's outfit on the video was the last outfit she wore (other than possibly being put in pjs) and maybe that video evidence they have LE can place the book and clothes at the site.
I agree with your whole list- any or all could only help in the case.
Other things could be- the early reports of the scratches found on the trunk (which I orig. thought- oh- she stood on the top of the trunk to hoist a bag into the Dumpster at the Amscott) could now show having been marked up from maybe backing into low brush, foliage in the dump site area.
If the "second phone" did exist that she said she lost- it was found at the site
Caylee's shoes
Caylee's backpack
pesticide residue that matches the chemicals from the home that she may have sprayed in the trunk/on the bag/s to try to kill the maggots/flies

What I like about Nancy is she does not let "things" slide.
If she has a question about what someone has stated she most times
asks that important question that we all want to know.
Where as some reporters do not ask the "right " questions they allow
the people they are interviewing to express anything without questioning their answers.
Or challanging them for what they have said.
If it takes getting antsy with them so be it.
But I resent reporters who ask a question and when it is answered
they don't ask when, why , or where.....they just let it ride.
I say go Nancy make people explain their thoughts.
I actually can't believe the guy last night who claimed the new information about the bugs and the vegitaion growing through the skeleton/skull actually works against the porsecution.

Good list, Peter and good question. I'm really fuzzy about how they determine what is releasable in the documents. Since we haven't really seen a "smoking gun" yet in the documents, and I have NO DOUBT there are some, I tend to think they get to keep those items 'til trial. I'm still "out" on whether or not she planned this for a long time....I tend to think not.....but that really doesn't matter, as we all know, premeditation can happen in the blink of an eye.
That duct tape did it for me. I needed confirmation, and what I got is good enough.
I don't recall if you were on last night or not Willow, but I posted that what I heard on NG confirmed for me that it was intentional....and what made me change my mind was the "duct tape on her mouth." Prior to that, I was not 100% convinced it was not an accidental death (although I always believed Casey killed her). Last night was a turning point for me.
What is so SICKENING is the thought that Caylee was most likely in the trunk of her car w/duct tape over her mouth the evening Casey and TonE were skipping happily through Block Buster.

I don't think the word tot is disrespectful. Nancy Grace has been calling Casey tot mom for quite some time in this case. What do you think is disrespcetful about it? Caylee was a tot and Casey is her Mom.

Hello adalena, I think that casey and Caylee in the same moniker is just no longer practical and downright wrong. An innocent and a demon so to speak. I try to disassociate the two from now on because the one left breathing is beyond reproach, despicable and evil.

imo, Baez is trying to get Prosecution doing all this "busy work"
for no reason a'tall.
He has NO intention, whatsoever, in using that information.
Like requesting tip information then not picking it UP cuz he couldn't afford it.
What value could there be in knowing WHO all the searchers were?
NONE
Just wasted time and effort, if you ask me.
I agree V11. Wasting LE resources has been a major part of the defense strategy. The constant Caylee sightings from all over the country was not only a way to raise reasonable doubt but an effort to keep LE spread thin and unable to focus on building the case against casey.
I was shocked when Baez thought the trial date was set for March and the prosecutor had to set him straight. I truly believe that if she is convicted ineffective counsel will be a serious appeal issue.

I think of it more along the lines of a toxic spill.

Good Morning All!
I say give G & C & Lee immunity and then maybe we will all get the truth. IMO they did not participate in killing Caylee, but maybe they mislead LE later in a desparate belief that Casey was innocent. I think George has know all along but Cindy wears the pants in that family and won't let him talk. He is very forthcoming in his interview with the FBI when he was all alone....and asked them to not tell Cindy he was there.George is an enigma to me. I listened to the FBI interview and it was pretty clear that he knew Caylee was in that car at some point. As someone that had worked in law enforcement, he knew the smell of death. He stated it's a smell you never forget (paraphrasing)
He also said that he knew Cindy needed to stop dissing LE and others that were trying to help. He said he knew the interviews need to stop. He implied that he was aware that everything pointed to Casey.
Then he went on LKL and talked about rotting pizza in the trunk. He was very adament about it---said he knows what the smell was because he saw it (rotting food/pizza) And sat there while Cindy stated that they knew Casey could never harm the child.
He did the exact opposite of what he told the FBI he would do---talk to Cindy about interviews and lied about knowing the smell was pizza.
This is a good example of why I can't get behind the A's. I feel for them because of their tremendous loss but at the same time their behavior has been inexcusable, imo. And as someone said last night, their lies helped no one.
Sorry if I'm repeating myself about this. I just can't get past it. I think they should be held accountable and if that means being charged with a crime, then so be it.

Compensation from whom, $$-wise??
Dang sure ain't gonna be Casey.
IMO, she's been ~compensated~ with the clearing of her name, in that SHE wasn't THAT ZG.
Perhaps some of those who are reportedly contributing to her care now would be so kind as to give her a JOB so she can get HER face out of the media.
jmo
It seems she was the only ZG contacted by LE and it was only because of the inmate that she was even contacted. If Casey has any sort of estate, monies or future monies I'd think an atty could try to get a portion of that for his client. Not really sure tho- as I just don't have that much exp. with the law and with attys. (ttl)
Just thinking tho how many people either lost their job or quit working due to a "missing child"- Lee, G & C, and ZG but it all ties back to Casey.

Will the next doc dump have the evidence that proves Casey killed Caylee and it was intentional on Casey's part or does LE have to keep it from being released if they are presenting this at trial?
I was thinking:
prints on duct tape
prints on garbage bag
garbage bag matches bags found in the house
soil on Caseys shoes match the scene
soil on shovel matches scene
chloroform mixture in the anthony house (from op last night)
soil at scene matches soil in trunk
Caylee was wearing what she had on in the video from the 15th
Caylee had her PJ's on
Caylee was wrapped in a sheet that matches the house linens
What else?
Anyone?
not so much evidence, but the jailhouse visit in August with her parents that has not been released.
IMO, it might be Casey lashing out and thrashing about at her parents.....similar to her very first phone call from jail with Cindy.
and/or something slipped about her feelings about Caylee and Cindy's relationship.....and perhaps somewhat incriminating as to 'state of mind' when she left the home: not the 'just another normal day' per Cindy and George.
George's account has always been suspect as he never discussed the day up to 10 to 1 with LE. He has Casey and Caylee 'simply appearing' in the living room with backpacks on.
secondy, there is the matter of a phone call being made to Casey's cell from the Anthony home at 7:30am or thereabouts.
that creates a BIG problem for the Anthonys and their account.
also: where are the families detailed cell phone records? GA, CA, LA.
those records have not been released.
IMO

Good list, Peter and good question. I'm really fuzzy about how they determine what is releasable in the documents. Since we haven't really seen a "smoking gun" yet in the documents, and I have NO DOUBT there are some, I tend to think they get to keep those items 'til trial. (Don't they know they're supposed to share with us?!)
Yep its alot of work to think of all the possibilities. I want to know!

That is so interesting about the names in prison.
It must be difficult, especially with common names like Smith,Jones, etc.
Of course, in this case, if a reporter referred to anyone as "Anthony" it would be total confusion. Which Anthony? Last name Anthony or first name Anthony?
I don't like "tot mom" as I think it gives Casey too much credit and is sensational.
I also wish NG would drop the "desperate search" part of her opening statement. The desperate search now is not for Caylee, but for the truth.
I used to despise NG, but, in this case, I have grown rather fond of her. She's a trip!
I have told my DH if I ever go missing get NG and Tim Miller on it right away. Oh, and bring in Lenny too, just cause I like him.

I think the killing was definitely premeditated. The way she searched the web for breaking necks, chloroform, and the way she double wrapped the body in plastic garbage bags, duct tape and hid that evidence in heavily wooded area. And that it was perpetrated against a small child. Title XLVI CRIMES
Chapter 782 HOMICIDE
782.04 Murder.--
I think Casey not only killed her baby, I think she planned to kill her parents too. Her friends said she invited them to live with her in her parent's house. That her parents would go away soon to another state leaving her the house and everything in it.
Cindy's FBI interview further confirms this when she tells the investigators she received a change of address from the post office saying Amy had already put in a change of address to the Anthony home address. I think they were lucky to escape her murderous intent.
what many don't understand and I didn't until I spoke with a friend in the business is that a broken neck is not necessarily visible in bone. No bone is directly connected to another, and if there was no cartilage left, there is no way to tell, especially in a child that was Caylees age.

Yes. Instead of working for him, Prosecution should closely examine his "conduct" with his client and the crap he has pulled and file a motion to have him expelled from the case on misconduct while at the SAME time, turning him over to the bar and having him ousted, for GOOD.

Good A.M. floridamom --
I agree they had NOTHING to do with killing Caylee.

Right, tot = toddler. But I recall hearing "tot" much more years and years ago. I think it's been more or less replaced. I never hear anyone say "I have three tots at home"......it's usually "toddler." This is a good example of why I can't get behind the A's. I feel for them because of their tremendous loss but at the same time their behavior has been inexcusable, imo. And as someone said last night, their lies helped no one.
Sorry if I'm repeating myself about this. I just can't get past it. I think they should be held accountable and if that means being charged with a crime, then so be it.

spot on. "their lies helped NO ONE".....meaning finding out the disposition of Caylee.....it was a concerted attempt to 'help' Casey's situation.

Well the Anthony's have already "cut him out" of the funeral.
i so flip flop on this. one day i want them all to go to jail then the next i tell myself ,well if maybe one of them would just tell the truth (and i do feel they know the truth) we would finally know what happened to caylee for sure. i do think casey will turn on them. the thought of her ever getting out of jail sickens me. i'm so sfraid of that 1 nutty juror.
yeah, I'm a flip-flop too and it's been blown out several times.
I'm hoping Prosecution will be able to SPOT that nutty one and rule them OUT.

Yes. Instead of working for him, Prosecution should closely examine his "conduct" with his client and the crap he has pulled and file a motion to have him expelled from the case on misconduct while at the SAME time, turning him over to the bar and having him ousted, for GOOD.

Excellent post Pickle. I just think he is a wimp and is afraid of losing Cindy's financial support. I do not believe his life will be easy because Cindy will never forgive his (as she sees it) betrayal.Thanks. Wimp is a good description.
Imo, Cindy has it backwards. Imo, they betrayed Caylee by covering up for her killer. I wonder how they'll be able to live with that.

IME, you *can* use a first name in that case, just to differentiate an inmate but even then the inmate's ID number is usually used. Jones, 671534! Or if you have 2 Jones' on the floor, you just look at one and gesture like this :cursing:.

The only difference to my understanding would be that it's illegal to profit if you've been convicted of the crime you are selling out on.

Reminds me of programs available in some prisons where the victims family is provided the opportunity to face the murderer and talk through. This is FOR the family, so they can reach a form of forgiveness in order to move on with their lives vs hanging on to that hatred and further destroying them.
When the murderer is also family, it is SO difficult to differentiate, in this case, "daughter" vs "killer". G & C don't want to accept the truth. For that, I have empathy.

Hello Neffy,
Should they find #080's fingerprints on either the tape - bag or something else at the crime scene - the A's will accept IMO.
I also think the murder ocurred during a moment of absolute rage..
#080.. could have stopped her actions if she had taped Caylees mouth and nose....(that is if suffication was the manner of death)...but she didnt...this would then make it premeditated correct?
If she quickly snapped her neck then it would not be considered premeditated in a court of law....uggh I just dont know...

Well, thanks, pickle. I think we're all adults on here and we also can use proper names. Casey is Casey, we don't have to refer to her as an inmate number. And, she was Caylee's mom, whether we "like" that or not. I'm convinced she murdered Caylee, but that doesn't change the fact she was her mother. Geez. Casey is Casey, Caylee is Caylee. What the heck is wrong with using names for all people involved in this case? Is it supposed to be a feather in our cap or something if we don't use the name "Casey"......I think even the judge and all attorneys involved say "Ms. Anthony." Doesn't diminish her crime, IMO.

I can't understand the A's having to get in more digs by mentioning LP. I'm surprised that the atty. repeated it to the media. If I had been him, I would have let it go. JMO
ITA, with everything that is going on in their life, Lenny should be their last thought. I wonder if they are still watching NG every night.

Excellent post Pickle. I just think he is a wimp and is afraid of losing Cindy's financial support. I do not believe his life will be easy because Cindy will never forgive his (as she sees it) betrayal.
He's probably afraid CA will not let him share in any future money making deals. JMO

IMO, they're going to displace their anger on anyone and everyone they can to keep from having to admit the totality of where it should be placed 100%.

I'm wondering if the defense will sell the autopsy photos and claim somebody must have hacked them off of the website.

Didn't Lenny say the only way Lifetime would go forward is if there WASN'T a conviction, or did I hear him wrong?
I thought he said indictment, meaning other people that could be involved. JMO

Quote fixing LOL
I thought that was disgusting the way the villagers acted.
BUT I understood why they did it :)
I dont understand their actions, not at all. If there was a protest to be had, it should have been on the courthouse steps; at the office of the bonds people, go make a statement where the problem originated.
Casey was bailed out, not by her parents. the individuals who should have been the recipient of this outrage were not confronted.
misdirected anger. I do understand they were an easy 'mark' because they allowed her to come home and sit out her bail time there, with comfort. that may outrage some, however, the people who effected this situation are the responsible individuals for giving her freedom.
I am not fond of mob mentality. they serve no purpose. all they did was upset innocent families who reside on that block.
IMO

Well the picture was from the A's camp so I believe that will never be seen but Kathy Blelich was sent these emails and sent it the FBI not sure if it was close to the tape being made but those do exist
The emails existing is not in dispute. It's the fairy tale hacking story.

I think I can still watch her (though I don't EVERY single night) and make comments about her rudeness. My opinion of her rudeness does not mean I have to change the channel. There are others on her show I wish to hear from, and sometimes we get some real 'news'. I detested her big mouth last night......but last night's show made me turn my opinion from "possibly" accidental death to "for sure" murder.
There are many others on here who also feel she is rude (judging by comments this morning) but still watch her. I don't see a big deal.
she is reruns on the weekends. but i'm sure you know this also. and i'm thrilled you know think "for sure murder" after watching nancy. have a good one!

I just read the Greta transcripts with her interview with Zenaida. Well, that was a total waste. Nothing came out of it that we didn't already know. What was the point?IDk if I'd say that...was everyone here aware that LE searched her home ( didn't "tear it apart" tho. Just a cursory search) and questioned her children ( in the home only AFAIK, but they were still questioned)???
Some keep saying she has nothing to be up in arms and suing over, but I'd be none too happy to not only be questioned in an alleged kidnapping myself, but to have my CHILDREN questioned and my home searched too? And then there is the perception of everyone who knew her, especially those that knew she was questioned by the police. How many times on this MB have we seen statements like " Yeah, they SAY he's innocent, but they DID question him! Why would they question him if he had nothing to do with the crime?". Public perception counts....ask Richard Jewel. He was eventually cleared too...but it SURE impacted his life!
Zenaida did not have as much LE presence in her life as he...nor will she likely have anything near the long term impact. But I bet NONE of us would be too happy to be in her shoes!
I would have lawyered up as soon as LE brought me in/contacted me...and I would have answered their questions and cooperated fully. I don't *think* I would sue, but who can be sure? Maybe she has been harassed via phone and email ( she sure seems defensive on her MySpace...like she has been harassed there!)? It's hard to say how this has impacted her life unless you are living it to be honest.
There may be MANY other Zenaida's...but she seems to have been questioned more closely by LE for some reason, so maybe others found her more "suspect" too. I feel LE probably took a closer look at her for the similar cars ( us girls tend to mix up models and go by looks when ID-ing cars,LOL) and the Sawgrass connection.
It's JMO...but I can def, see why it "bothered: her.
I was glad to hear her come out and put it out to the public that she did get more than a passing glance byLE.
Again, JMO.

Okay. Suppose it was a spur-of-the-moment thing. Casey fights with Cindy then runs off and kills Caylee. Seems to me that, in that case, the timing might be spontaneous, but she'd been thinking about it for awhile previously. (web searches, chloroform, etc.) So would it still be premeditated or not?

Im sure that one of INMATE # 08049710s personalities hacked those emails. IN MY OPINION, of course.:D
Cindy screwed up and did it herself. All it takes is then press of a button.
She had to have belich on her email list. She clicked the wrong addy sent it to the wrong person.

from what I understand from a computer nerd I know, all she had to do to fake a hacking would be to hack her own email. Ie, take a few bogus shots at it from another computer. Eventually find the authentication token for the server it was on, which as a user of said email she would have access to, and then hack it specifically.
Now I don't quite understand that, but I believe my crazy niece.
