Not yet, the Judge is reading case law given to him by the Defense. At first he said he would waive her right to appear, but he Proescution did not give up. He did say she would have to appear at the rest of the hearings. JMO

You know what I can't understand? If you or I were to have a trial, for anything, & hire an attorney, don't you think we would be responsible for paying for the experts to review the evidence? If Baez or Casey or the Anthonys or whoever can't afford these experts, why did they hire them? Know what I mean? The old "champagne taste, beer budget" thing.

What I'm saying is most people would just be out of luck if they couldn't afford their experts & would just have to find cheaper experts.
