Yes, it is. People who do not move very much tend to start sagging due to muscle deterioration. You often see this in people who have been ill and bed ridden for some time. Once they get outside and can exercise they tend to look better whatever their age.

She is 22! No sagging, she has only been in jail a couple of months.
No excercise and sunlight will make her look different. And of course no more 'playtime' either.

IMO, nobody's working overtime to get Casey to the court on time. There is no special driver. Officers take inmates to the courthouse every day.

Sorry, but no special guard to escort her. Two bailiffs from the court room , a blond woman and a heavy set man, left to go pick her up.

I thought that the prosecution stated law that required her presence or a signed waiver. The Judge did say that the court had been a bit sloppy, but to get her there and then they could get her signed waiver.
I think the Judge wants to be certain that she understands what she is signing to. That's just me, cause I don't trust what Baez has told her.
The Judge and the State want to make certain that her rights are not violated or signed away without her complete understanding.
Another issue that they don't want to come up on appeal.
