I would be willing to bet you are correct there. I highly doubt PPOF would get her hands dirty or break a sweat gardening. (but I may be wrong).

I live in Ohio where it is hard to grow bamboo. Once mine got established, it was very, very difficult to remove the shoots that were going out of control. I love to garden and I hated that task. You practically need a backhoe to get those shoots out. I imagine it is 50x worse in a climate where bamboo actully likes to grow.

Because it might limit him in how he and his defense team are able to view them and who he is able to share them with? Also, I hate even typing this, but if push came to shove and Casey needed more money for her defense fund the possibility that those photos could be sold for profit would be there w/out some sort of protection.:crying:

I don't think they asked for prints then because the kidnapping allegedly took place where they would not normally have found George or Cindy's prints: Sawgrass Apartments. that's the only reason I think they wouldn't have asked for them.

Also, in the matter of Casey being in prison -- I personally think she is enjoying it --except for the parties she is missing. She didn't want to work - so she has all her meals, can watch TV and listen to the radio and many people are putting $$$ in her fund (which is BEYOND) me. She is safe there, she doesn't have to see anyone or answer any questions -- she gets to see her lawyer, so I think she is pretty happy there. I only hope she gets convicted and has to go to the "big house" -- then we'll see how happy she is!!!:cursing:

I checked and Capstar is a flea control product as well. I wonder if this is a red herring or has any real bearing on the case.

It may be as simple as the house had fleas and someone else was using the computer those days. I am probably just looking too hard at this - but that shovel search is still bugging me. Wonder why she didn't google "duct tape" too.

This is interesting. I'm sure the A's are sincere. I also wonder if there isn't a line being drawn in the sand between Teams Casey and Anthony.

I still expect to see a part of Casey's defense involve problems at home. And I expect to see the apparently brilliant Mr. Conway continue to surgically separate the A's from their daughter in an effort to ingratiate C&G with both the state and the public.

Also I'm not sure about Fla, but around my area fleas are rarely bad in March! It is around summer and July, August and September that they

No the A's are supporting the "defense team" to get these images. He's generic but clearly is siding with the defense.



The state wants this statuette followed:

As far as the work thing goes, yeah, I would think she's happy right now. But I doubt seriously if she is happy with the overall situation in there. She can only watch TV when the jailers allow her to. She can't talk and text on her cell phone 24/7. She can't chase down a "new" boyfriend.

The Anthonys may not "owe" the public anything, but their actions, attitude, lies and arrogance did NOTHING to find Cayley and did NOTHING but cast a negative light on the entire family.

They are a nest of lying, pompous bullies who acted with a sense of entitlement, insulted the police, the media and the general public and quite frankly, I am just one of many who believe that they covered up evidence, hid evidence and destroyed evidence.

You reap what you sow. They grew the little monster who killed their granddaughter. They blamed innocent people for Caylee's disappearance. Cindy especially, loved the camera just a little too much.

It's no accident there have been no personal friends or family members speaking up for them

The whole family disgusts me.

I dont know about the word owe. I just think its a curteous gesture to thank the public for their heartfelt caring for caylee, there were people who sent donations, helped search, said prayers for her safe return. It just would have been a nice thing to do. I think the A's lack common decency.

IMO he already has a copy of what was taken on 12/11 and 12/20 because when the police leave a place that has been searched they have to leave an inventory list of what they have taken at the place the search warrant was served. I can't imagine the A's not letting Baez have a copy. IMO that one is a just because he can motion but he already knows.

Baez is objecting to the request. He said is puts an undue burden on them both financially and logistically to prepare for trial.

Okay, I semi-understand why it would be costly and time consuming for Baez if he can't reproduce and mail or disseminate via email Caylee's images (remains and autopsy), so what happens in other similar cases? In cases of child porn or child molestation, are the prosecutors and defense able to reproduce the images in those cases and mail or email?

Gosh, I'm just thinking of all the ways that can get in the wrong hands if that's allowed... But, sensitive info is shared everyday.

the state has a great point: all of the videos and photos 'to find Caylee' were sold. (seems like it HAS BEEN substantiated, the million dollar question answered)...... it appears that Baez may be the intended recipient of those pics for profit if given the chance, as his client is INDIGENT.

IIRC, Larry Garrison got his share early on and that is what the state is alleging about the pics/videos shown BEFORE she was found:

Multiple hearings set for tomorrow at the Orange County courthouse, where the Anthony defense team will appear in both civil & criminal court to defend tot mom Casey Anthony. A morning hearing is scheduled in civil court regarding the defamation lawsuit filed against Casey Anthony by Zenaida Gonzalez. Gonzalez's attorney is seeking to depose Casey Anthony on Monday at the jail, but the tot mom's defense team is seeking to delay the scheduled deposition. The defense team is concerned that any info. gathered during the deposition in the civil case could potentially be used against the tot mom at her criminal trial. Later in the day tomorrow, Judge Strickland will hear arguments about the discs of photos & x-rays of Caylee's remains that prosecutors are refusing to turn over to the defense. The state fears that since money was made from selling the licensing rights to photos & video of Caylee when she was believed to be alive, that these images of the skull & bones will also be used to make a profit. The defense argues that preventing the defense from viewing these discs makes it very difficult for them to prepare for trial. The hearing is scheduled for 1:30pm tomorrow. I never believed that GA saw KC on the 16th because of the detailed description that he gave of KC and Caylee. Sounded like "the script" to me and of course is the same clothes that CA washed.

I wonder what will happen with the Anthony's if Casey does throw one of them under the bus- for instance Lee. Nothing will surprise me with this case. imo

GA claims he didnt see them UNTIL 10 to 1pm. when they were leaving the home, Casey GOING TO WORK.

which is a 'red flag' to me that he is lying. a 2.5 year old child supposedly in the home and only speaks of them bopping into the living room on their way out?

and then there is that little matter of a phone call from the Anthony home at 7:45am to Casey's cell phone.

That's exactly what I was thinking. He made such a fuss about wanting his own experts to do an autopsy..whined and whined. Now he is whining for the pictures of the autopsy! What? Now he doesn't want to do his own autopsy but wants the evidence that the Pros has? If he isn't going to do an autopsy then what is holding up the buriel? I can't stand this attorney. I think his whole thing is filing motions in order to hold everything up. He never sounds like he is to awful bright to me anyway.

How about incriminating evidence against the Anthony's? The PIs work for THEM - this is Nov - yet they went on Larry King the night before the body was found in Dec. spewing their "we have new sightings of Caylee" garbage and bad-mouthing OCLE?
