took alot from caylee's room shoes clothes..i believe stuff from the medicine cabinet to...they took alot of stuff from caylee's room perhaps someone knows more but that's what i saw

The items from the last 2 search warrants haven't been released, YET.

The State likes keeping the media and public waiting for more. I forsee it coming pretty soon, though.

Do you, or anyone, remember how much time lapsed between the first search and the State releasing the info to the public?

If to much time goes by w/o the release of the searches that were done after the body was found, IMO, i'd say something very damning was seized.

The State doesn't have to release all to the public. There are many pages missing in the docs that have been shown.

you think it is becouse all that he was preparing for is now SHOT! i think he truely believed caylee was alive...or casey truely told him where caylee was?.........all his hopes where on her alive all his dumb statements....it is also interesting to know that this casey guy was working for biaz before the ants....wonder if all those photo's he did of caylee where nothing but marages to set up reasonable doubt?

The only thing I can think to account for this is the pre find Caylee to the post find.

I believe we all knew but for some reason and it's not that flicker of hope that Caylee was alive it just makes it more real if that makes sense.

I think bringing Caylee home from those nasty woods in the condition she was found in was just horrifying. No one can really talk about it.

If I were Casey Anthony's attorney I would beg for some kind of deal. We don't know all that the prosecution has but just what we are able to access is enough to convict her to me.

Sometime we get so wrapped up in all the details of these cases and lose focus on the most simple facts because we always naturally want to learn of more incriminating evidence, and this case is no different. I would say that the most significant piece of evidence in this case is not reporting the body missing for 31 days. It really is an astounding fact. Everything after that just looks like one lie to cover up another lie. I have no doubt that she will be found guilty, unless the jury is stacked with REALLY dumb people.

Yes, we are all here for Caylee. I also pray that this new year will be the year the truth and justice will be brought for our angel.
I can't explain the reason I've been here from the beginning. I just know I fell in love with this baby the moment I saw her face and heard the news of her.
Her picture on the cover on People mag has been next to me and my puter every day and I feel that she is mine.
I hope and pray that '09 will not pass too far before we know the truth and that the monster (Casey) who killed this baby will be convicted for what she did to her own flesh and blood.
As harsh as this sounds, and I know that many don't feel the same, but I want the DP brought back to the table and that she get the needle for what's she's done.

SavannahStar, Good morning, I was not being serious about it being a good PR move. With the reports of the A's wanting Casey at the funeral I thought that was disgusting that they would want her there myself. Why would they want her there.
The only reason I can see them wanting Casey there is to show unity.
If my daughter was in jail on f#$@ing whim and I thought someone else had murdered my granddaughter I would definitely want her to be there to bury her daughter along with the rest of the family members.
But if I was asking for immunity to testify in court against my daughter for the murder of my grandchild at some point I would have to make a choice. In order to get immunity I would have to leaning toward Justice for Caylee. Casey would not be part of that choice.
To me the A's wanting Casey there tells me they are supporting Casey and believe that she did not do this. jmo

This is a high profile case and I could understand why they would not want those things at the memorial BUT how will they stop it? Will they have their own bodyguards checking everyones belongings? Also, the no cameras is BS. They'll probably give the highest bidder the right to film the whole thing, imo. My guess it'll be FOX.

Thank you for bringing this up. I thought it would be on page 1 here not page 4 but anyway, I almost fell out of my chair when LP said that about the PI's telling him that they had to go and get Caylee and that she was dead! I suffered through Jane Velez Mitchell show last night with JW (:cursing:) and I have to say that I don't understand why everyone seems to have such a problem with the meter reader. I think it is more suspicious that a PI for the a's videotaped the same general area a month before the remains were found. Regular people find remains all the time just by luck.

I know the hurricane happened after the august calls from the mr but someone said on here( I don't remember who, sorry) that orlando had a lot of rain in june and july. So even though the hurricane hadn't happened yet, this particular bag with the remains could have been under water. I travel an hour to my board meetings and I see bags on the sides of the road all the time, so i do not find it odd that the mr saw a grey bag, a white bag and finally a black bag over the course of 5 months in the same general area.

I would think you could shoot video there all day, but if you did not go into the brush and lift and remove things, it would not be visible. :shrug: IIRC no one could see it from the road and MR had gone behind brush to relieve himself.

I also do not believe that the PI took a video of the EXACT same spot that the remains were found. He may have taken a video of the general area, but, assuming for a moment that he didn't know where the remains were, what are the odds that he videotaped the exact same spot a month earlier? Casey threw little Caylee away in a trash bag, to what she thought, would never be found. Her little body was under water, horrible animal activity, left to lay there forever, till everything was gone. No proper funeral. There is no doubt in anyones mind (other then Jayne Weintraub) that Casey murdered her child...

I really don't know for a fact what they have to offer, but they have had LE running in circles since July.

yes it makes sense. I read another poster describing a flat land from the road in alittle bit ,then a ditch or gully to hold back rain water. they said they body might have been further in but with the flooding that occured at sometime it carried the bag to the ditch where it got wedged. and all the overgrowth, you had to be in the exact spot.

I bet casey told someone but by then it was 2 months later and trying to describe the spot was difficult to say the least. so the PI had a general idea but not close enough. I still do not believe Cindy, George or Lee (or anyone else) had anything at all to do with Caylee's death, or with tossing her body in the swamp. I believe all of that was Casey, alone. I believe Caylee's body has been in the swamp, more-or-less shoved beneath a plameto, since Casey put her there in desperation to get the corpse out of her car, in June. I believe George, Cindy and Lee have suspected the truth since day one, but that Casey never confessed anything to them ---- nor will she now. Also remember the body was placed under a palmetto bush. This would not be an easy task. The palmetto leaves are very sharp. Casey couldn't have just layed her there, she would have had to kick her back or push her back in under the bush with a shovel. The palmetto would have held the bag in place for a period of time as the water receeded.


That is correct....that probably is where the shovel came in...she probably push the bag to the spot behind the palmetto bush...No one would have seen this form the road...

I believe that the meter reader stated that there was a marking at the site..a broken branch or something to that affect...That could indicate that Casey did have all intentions of coming back and moving it at a later date.....JMO

ORLANDO -- Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, is concerned investigators may want to question the private investigator he hired back in July.

Dominic Casey was hired to try and find Caylee Anthony after her mother, Casey, was first arrested.

He was terminated in October.

Baez said during his time working the case, the investigator acquired privileged information, and Baez said someone needs to oversee any questioning.

Caylee's remains were found earlier Dec. 11 in the woods near her home.


I wonder why Baez fired him, perhaps he got too close to the truth?

Dominic is now working for the A's at this time. He tells Hoover Caylee is dead on November 15th
IF IF IF this is true that means if Dominic knew Caylee was dead someone or all in the Anthony household knew too for almost a month before Caylee was actually found.

YES!! Think of all the people that went and searched and volunteered their time and money. Think of all the food and water that was donated, etc. when all along Casey knew exactly where to look, knew exactly where Caylee was and still knows exactly what happened. Her family could have helped out. If they had said "No comment" all along I think that would have helped more than the constant inconsistent rattlings of the A's. Let's see how many of them actually testify at the trial, I don't think they will be able to do much to argue autopsy results since it's just skeltal remains. The lowest rate for PIs is $75.00 per hour, plus expenses. I'm sure the PI dug up all sorts of info. about Casey, little of which Baez would want to use, but NO clues as to where an ALIVE Caylee might be. In any case, this particular PI was apparently in the employ of the Anthonys when the supposed video tape was made, and NOT in the employ of Baez, so the questions about work product are moot.

Yes, I believe someone is reading boards. It was after it was announced that the A's would seek donations to bury Caylee that the attorney denied that. It was after the memorial chaos that the attorney said the toys would be donated. It always seems to be after the fact. Look for it any day now that there will be a heartfelt thank-you from them to the MR.

I couldnt believe she was telling them the "clues" she found and how they should continue their investigation. they just sat there and listened.

This is for public safety and their's also. A lot of people down there hate them and would love to hurt them or desecrate the site. I wouldn't doubt a headstone or 5 will disappear.

Why didn't Lenny go to LE on the 15the and tell them, or is he claiming he is just now hearing they found the remains on the 15th? Why did it take weeks after that to go get Caylee?

yes, if they knew then why did they go to calif {money for the interview}. I still dont know what to think about all this video tape stuff and who knew what when.

Well, Dominic called me on the 15th, told me Caylee had been found. Hoover told me that he asked him, Is she alive? He said, No, she`s dead, but we`re going to go get her right now.

Dominic is now working for the A's at this time. He tells Hoover Caylee is dead on November 15th
IF IF IF this is true that means if Dominic knew Caylee was dead someone or all in the Anthony household knew too for almost a month before Caylee was actually found.
Was it LP who tipped off the FBI who in turn confiscated the tape, pictures and cell phone?
Could this be the reason Lee hired a lawyer and the A's now want to cooperate and need IMMUNITY?????

IF LP knew this information in November, IMO, he would have been all over that area with his own search team.

LP needs to get off the national news shows. In the beginning I took every thing he said with a grain of salt. Now the grain of salt isn't even big enough.
