as for if I believe that is Lee or not... dont know yet what I think, because as Ive said this whole time... Lee has been what I call Caseys personal "secret keeper" his whole teen life to adulthood.

The reason I believe this is because MY own children would do this for the other I think.... not on purpose.. but out of loyalty.

I do understand that loyalty too, so it makes perfect sense to me that Lee has stayed very under the radar, that he hired an atty (which I thought he would long ago) pops up only when there is serious stuff going on, and waits to be subpoenaed. I do believe he is in a no win situation.

When my kids were tiny to about age 4/5 they had to rely on each other many times due to an abusive relationship I was in. They can even speak some gibberish stuff and I dont get it but each one of them knows what the other means. So for me to badmouth Lee without knowing more just isnt in me.

The private investigator said he has videotape to prove it.

I read Cindy's email to Casey. She sounded desperate to see Caylee, claiming she had a breakdown at work because she was concerned about Casey and Caylee.

FWIW following the email chain raised many questions - inconsistent dates and times of forwards, poor spelling/grammer in professional emails, and unlikely yahoo email addresses. AFAIK, previous document drops confirmed individuals not employed at US and invalid high level server name. Perhaps dummy emails to provided excuse to get out of home and/or encourage a babysitter, IMO.

in one of the doc releases are some of her fake emails to herself. she made up all the names and made it look like she had to work at night so her parents would babysit. all fake names and dead email accounts. she even made one from the payroll dept saying there was some sort of problem and the checks coulndt be released that day. im sure that was to get money from her parents. very interesting read. i think it might be the first doc dump.

Not that I believe this.. and it's out there.. but.. just say the body was hidden else where and searchers were getting close. IF the Anthony's were telling this PI anything.. maybe giving hints etc, he goes there, films no body and walaa a month later a body is there? We also have the meter reader infatuated with the area, so, why would you think all of them would be interested, but the Anthony PI wouldn't? ITA! If that videotape does exist and is dated, perhaps this is why charges are expected to be filed against Lee? Someone would have had to put/move Caylee's remains there while Casey was in jail or under house arrest.

In the jail when she is telling C&G "I wish this had never happened"...IMO, she wished she had not killed Caylee,because of the trouble she got herself into. If, she had not been arrested, I doubt she would have given Caylee or her murder a second thought.mo

I thought the same thing when I heard Casey say that. I took it to mean that she wished that she had never killed Caylee because it certainly did not turn out the way she had expected. If she killed her for her freedom, ironically now she will probably spend the rest of her life in jail and have absolutely no freedom at all.

He bugs me major league also, but he was out there asking for whoever had Caylee to drop her off at a drugstore or anywhere, that's more than her Mother did for her. The big question would be why the PI was there filming in that particular spot trying to prove there was no bag and doing "strategic" filming of the area, not knowing it was spotted earlier.

Then when the body was found, the film was useless, because of the earlier tips of Kronk. Now that the filming has been leaked. Big questions are or should be asked, "Why there, Mr. Baez? And for what reason?"

Nothing could have been seen in the video but water...

I will stick with the meter reader's story and timeline and his credibility...It all coincides with his reporting....

The PI's story makes no sense to me...also the video has not been viewed so far by anyone....

This is all just to sidetrack any potential juror's that might be watching....it is a ploy....and a common use by defense attornies as a distraction......

One reason I can think of is that Cindy was insisting that a "live" Caylee be searched for and absolutely refused to accept that she may be dead. Also, remember her old school friend (was it Kio?) who gave LE a tip that she and Casey use to hang out in this particular area and also buried dead pets there? I had assumed that LE had already searched this area based upon Casey's friends tip, guess not, but other people searching, ie., Gale St. John being one of them, thought it was a good place to search.

Even being somewhat of a hard cover it still would not look the same...My granddaughter dropped a brand new book in the pool and immediately retrieved it and when we tried drying it out it still fell all out of shape..(true, it was a soft cover) but still.....

Maybe that was it. It came from a link somebody posted a few days ago. It was in one of the document dumps that reported what the computer forensics expert had recovered from the computers' deleted files. There was another document that listed all the cell phones they had searched through (Cindy's, Amy's, TonE's, among others, and also Casey's), and there was one line about Casey's phone that said {paraphrased} phone service had been discontinued so the phone company had no information available. I've looked and looked but I can't find it in the last week's threads, it doesn't come up with any of the keywords I've been using.

Maybe I'll run into it some time when I'm looking for something else.

I doubt that he did this for any reward...he specified that he wanted to remain unknown to the crime stoppers line and preferred to call 911...If it was for the money he would not have minded giving his name....


But the man deserves the reward (no matter what he does with it) he may donate it or put it to good cause...but he does deserve it.....He cracked this case and solved a very big mystery....

Maybe that was it. It came from a link somebody posted a few days ago. It was in one of the document dumps that reported what the computer forensics expert had recovered from the computers' deleted files. There was another document that listed all the cell phones they had searched through (Cindy's, Amy's, TonE's, among others, and also Casey's), and there was one line about Casey's phone that said {paraphrased} phone service had been discontinued so the phone company had no information available. I've looked and looked but I can't find it in the last week's threads, it doesn't come up with any of the keywords I've been using.

Maybe I'll run into it some time when I'm looking for something else.

IMO, OSCO computer forensics retrieved a portion of a deleted Yahoo email likely authored by CinA. The email date composed and if communication was actually sent is unclear. Content - questioning who to believe (change within home?), perhaps timing is after the alleged Jacksonville trip w/Jeff, when did media report of Anheiser Busch buy-outs, perhaps after CinA vacation and return to work?

Clue #1. Cindy says that "dad said he went to work at 9.00am, returned home at 6.30pm and didn't come home in between."

She also says "I don't know who or what to believe anymore".

IMO, she is referring to the last day (16 June) when Casey and Caylee were supposedly in the A house after the Cindy/Casey argument (pm of 15 June). Cindy didn't see them in the am of 16/6 when she left for work, but supposedly, according to his statements, GA saw them both when they left around 1 pm on that day.

I think this is where GA made a mistake in one of the TV interviews when he was telling the interviewer what he watching when he last saw Caylee, when Casey and she left on the pm of 16 June. He started to say something, then Cindy corrected him.

That, IMO, shows that by the time of that TV interview, CA and GA had gotten together and got their story "straight" as to when Casey and Caylee were seen together last.

Clue #2. Cindy says in the email "It's been over a month now. Am I ever going to see her again?" She is referring to Caylee, as in the sentence that precedes she says that she still hadn't gotten to see pics of Caylee or gotten to speak to her, even though "you told me everyday that you were going to call me"... "but you choose to call when you know I won't be home. What the hell is going on?"

"Over a month"... that would make it 16 July since Cindy last saw Casey and Caylee, wouldn't it?

Clue #3. The reference to the Anheiser Busch theme Parks takeover... Cindy says "I saw on the news that Anheiser Busch is being taken over by some foreign company"... that didn't want the theme parks. On July 16 Associated Press reported the following:

When inmates want to have a party they put together what is called a "spread"....Take a huge trash bag and fill it with the noodles and hot water.
