180 days in jail - that's what a Rusk County Judge ordered for 18 year old Blaine Keith Milam back in August after he pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault of a child(sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl). Milam, along with 18 year old Jessica Carson, are accused of beating to death Jessica's 13 month old daughter.

KLTV 7 News learned that Milam did not serve his entire sentence. Rusk County Jail officials say Milam was put on the work release program because the jail was just too crowded.

I don't believe the exorcism story any more than the one that the little 18 mo old BABY killed herself using a hammer. It took them long enough to come up w/the exorcism crap, after they ran thru all the other stories. Probably tho't about a dozen or so scenarios, and tho't they'd just keep going thru them til they tho't someone would actually believe one.

Surely the POS who was released because of crowded prison should have been on a sex offender list, and he should never had been allowed in the house with a BABY in there. Stupid girl, wonder what she tho't was so exciting about a POS sex offender that she would even consider having him breathe the same air as her baby.

:angry::angry: How do you hit a small, defenseless, tiny, beautiful, blond haired, big blue-eyed baby like that??? HOW THE HELL DO YOU DO IT!!!!!! I am so sick of hearing what parents are doing to their children. Can you imagine what that poor baby was thinking as this was happening to her. The pictures of this beauty are breathtaking!! I hate people sometimes!!!!! HOW COULD THEY?? Makes me cry really. I have an 18 month old at home. I would NEVER even imagine doing something like that to her. When she cries, it is my INSTINCT to go to her and lull her to stop the crying. How can a mother let this happen to her child. I just don't get it. Makes my heart ache. She is in a better place now though. In the arms of God. Unfortunately, like too many others. How horribly sad.:sad:

Maybe someone should 'exercise' the truth out of these two!! OMG... my daughters are 5 & 6 now and even in their sleep if they cry, I'm awake and by their side. I hate when my kids cry after being disciplined or scolded for something... but I cannot imagine the difference in my childs cries as to being scolded for not cleaning her room versus being beaten with a blunt tool (don't want the icon) and unable to get away!!! SICK!!!

Do you know what's even worse, there are thousands of childless couples out there that would've taken her with out question. Why can't these parents think of that when they do something like this??? The only comfort I can think of is that this little girl is in the arms of God and angels and the people that took her life will spend eternity in

I have a thought the jail is crowded you need to let out a few pick the people that are there for minor things shoplifting etc.... not rape murder etc.... use your brain...........

I am just stunned they let these people off with a virtual slap on the wrist while that child is dead forever. Some people are a waste of air and space.
