Wouldnt Al beardsly be able to make a victim impact statement to the defendent where he can tell oj/court how he feels oj was setup and that he does not desire or feel its correct for oj to have gone to trial let alone being convicted and facing a life sentence ?Wouldnt this also help oj in future appeal attempts?

Beardsley said all of that from the witness stand. Did zero good.

Personally, I think he was bribed by Simpson.

geez, I don't think so. the jury said none of the witnesses were credible so I can't imagine the judge feels differently.

the other part to this is beardsley still has a court appearance hanging over his head to produce the ring HE says orenthal gave him.

Beardsley will probably try to use an impact statement to plea his case for why he should get to keep the ring!!

If Beardsley was a REAL man he would turn that ring over to the Goldmans lawyer. But then we know he is not a RM, he is pond scum IMO.. If you have dealings with OJ, you are pond scum, yep...

I believe Judge Glass used his 911 call for his victim impact statement:

WE'VE JUST BEEN ROBBED BY OJ SIMPSON!

Nuff said!
