Some people just simply should not be able to produce children...Imaging being this little girl and your mother talking to you this way and doing this to you. My heart aches for these poor babies. God help these children.

:rose:May God heap blessing on this poor little darling! Hopefully, this terrible event will bring some real life angels into her life and further tragedy will be averted.
My experience with Social Services tells me that she will almost certainly be returned to her "mothers" care...but I hope that now there are people watching what goes on at home more carefully....
I cannot say for certain WHAT could have transpired to move this person to refer to her four year old as a "sl*t", but I fear there may be other abuse that wasn't witnessed. So many young mothers expose their children to bevvies of males, and every small child I every worked with whose parent used such terms was the victim of blameshifting in response to discovering sexual abuse. Sick but true that the child will be blamed rather than expecting the perpetrator to pay for what they've done...that name, just stuck out to me like a sore thumb in this story...again, years of experience causes me to read much into that brief mention.
Hopefully, the responding LE and Social Workers who follow up will be experienced and have their radar up for signs of further mistreatment.
When will "we" begin to realize that no child victim should be forced to continue to live with their abusers any more than we would force a battered spouse to return in the name of " keeping the family unit intact". It's sick, and I've NEVER witnessed a single case where all of the counseling, and repeated attempts to reintegrate worked. They may happen, but I haven't seen it.
:rose:God bless and keep ALL of our precious little ones!
