I just cannot fathom that this psychopath took any extraordinary percautions in disposing of Caylee. I think she used the areas that she frequented during the critical days, and that would mean the area around the airport.

Poor Caylee will probably be located by the clothing she was wearing, possibly by a blanket she was wrapped in and a garbage bag. Even if her little body is reduced to just bones they can still identify her.
I truly believe if given the specific area, Tim will find Caylee. IMO, Tim has made this one personal because of the lack of interest by the anthony family.

I really agree with you. I don't think Casey took any extra "time" out of her busy schedule to get rid of the body :(. Lenny keeps repeating that she was in a plastic bag--i just wonder how he KNOWS that! Someone on here posted a few days ago that she asked her husband what if one of their children or grandchildren was missing, if he thought they'd not discuss it, and his answer was there would be no other topic of conversation than the missing person. And that's what I know it would be in my house as well. I mean you could support and love your daughter or whoever but at the same time talk it out, wring it out of em. How could you ignore the big white elephant in the room. Doesn't compute.

Good post! Nothing seems to compute with this family, does it? These are the strangest people that I have ever seen in my life. I know that there are others like them that exist, I just hope I never see again in my lifetime.

I haven't seen last night's NG, but it was reported that all searches had been called off. I couldn't believe that was true as LE had not made an official announcement. What a relief.

Date of disposing the body? That's a tough one.

IMO, Caylee died either late 6/15 or very early 6/16. I believe she was initially buried in the mulch area near the fence for a couple of days. The day she borrowed the shovel is the date I think she moved her (back) to the trunk. From there.....sounds like she just drove around looking for a good "spot". Who knows how long that took her?

Again, IMO, Casey is the type of person who believes if she ignores something long enough, it'll go away. That's why I believe she waited so long to confirm a pregnancy that was so obvious to every body else at Rick's wedding. She might have thought that the body would just disintegrate into "ashes to ashes and dust to dust" and that she could just throw it away. I don't think she was prepared for the ever increasing decomposition smell though. That's the only thing that prompted her to action: disposal/burial of the body and abandonment of the car.

They are all controllers. If someone were to say the sky was blue, they would have to disagree and say it was gray and they would HAVE to be right!

They truly do not care what people think of them (MOO) for all they think about is themselves and what they can control or spin to try to control. This is one messed up family with a whole lot of Psychiatric issues. (again, MOO) Don't know that there is anyone who will ever be able to understand them or help them.

I don't know - I think I would handle it a little differently. She can't leave the house right? So I'd keep her in her room, no tele, no computer, no radio - pretend she doesn't exists. I would take all of Caylees belongings and throw them in the room with her. Come dinner time; bread and water...maybe a bit of protein here and there.. I'd even put in one of those commode's in there - let her live with the smell. As far as bedding - the bed would be stripped expecept for one of those military type blankets. Talking is over my friend -- no phone to call for help. And when Baez reports it - do you really think he'll get any sympathy.

I would have made her so miserable she would have wanted back in jail.
I would not care what the lawyer said...considering they guaranteed the bond ...they have alot to say with what goes on.

Wonder if they have ever thought that they would have received a little more compassion if they had acted responsibly and not be covering for Casey .

wow, how can you guys remember all this stuff ? i cant. as a matter of fact, i'm not even half way done reading all the documents that has been released. still have alot more reading to do. i cant hardly remember what i've read already. you guys must work 24/7 on all the reading & remembering & have good memories. all i can tell you is casey is guilty of murdering caylee & she will never tell the truth of what happened or where she put caylee. she will be found guilty & she will go to prison for the rest of her life.

I don;t like to watch ng much because she is so rude to her guest sometimes. Where I live she is the only news I can get on this case so I watch her every night. I think Casey packed a couple of bags and walked out with Caylee in tow.

I think the flurry of calls on 6/16 was nothing more then casey anthony trying to get someone to watch Caylee so she could have a movie night with Lazarro. Her inability to find a babysitter resulted in her killing Caylee in some manner.

At some point on 6/17 she put Caylee in the anthony yard, while she thought of a disposal site.

On 6/18 she borrowed the shovel and removed Caylee's body from the yard and put her in the trunk of the car.

The question is on what date did she hide the body and where.

Date of disposing the body? That's a tough one.

IMO, Caylee died either late 6/15 or very early 6/16. I believe she was initially buried in the mulch area near the fence for a couple of days. The day she borrowed the shovel is the date I think she moved her (back) to the trunk. From there.....sounds like she just drove around looking for a good "spot". Who knows how long that took her?

Again, IMO, Casey is the type of person who believes if she ignores something long enough, it'll go away. That's why I believe she waited so long to confirm a pregnancy that was so obvious to every body else at Rick's wedding. She might have thought that the body would just disintegrate into "ashes to ashes and dust to dust" and that she could just throw it away. I don't think she was prepared for the ever increasing decomposition smell though. That's the only thing that prompted her to action: disposal/burial of the body and abandonment of the car.

I thought about those calls being "check" calls, but I think they were too short for that and she didn't even reach anyone did she. Besides, she could scope out the house and see george left.

Gotta go and research what calls were made prior to her departure that day.

We have the information on this, so we should be able to put a timeline together if we all work at it. :D

I don't know - I think I would handle it a little differently. She can't leave the house right? So I'd keep her in her room, no tele, no computer, no radio - pretend she doesn't exists. I think Cindy mentioned her schedule during the video interview. She alternated early days with someone else in the office. Some days she had to be in at 8:00 and others 8:30. She said she always arrived approx. 15 minutes before her shift started. Her days ended between 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., but usually by 5:30 p.m.

I can buy this story totally except--I think she put Caylee in her car and drove around with her in there until the day she backed into the garage and borrowed the shovel. She intended to bury her in the back yard and laid her body back there but for whatever reason decided against it and left with her again. If she had laid her on the ground when it happened, there wouldn't be decomp odor yet.

I haven't been on the boards for over a week and now this morning I come on and this shot right out at me. I've met Tim in early Sept. and spoke with him by phone 2 weeks ago and there is no possible way I believe this story. Tim is a well respected human being and just wants to reunite loved ones and their familes. TES is funded by donations however Tim nor TES would EVER stoup so low to take a money jar. JMHO....Cindy you should be ashamed of yourself as usual by trying to take the focus off of you and yours and falsely place blame on others. I really agree with you. I don't think Casey took any extra "time" out of her busy schedule to get rid of the body :(. Lenny keeps repeating that she was in a plastic bag--i just wonder how he KNOWS that! When he sued the PD and CO's office for not returning all of his daughters remains he won a huge settlement however he declined the money and asked that they pay to have his daughter reburied....He could have walked away with tons of money but all he ever wanted was justice for Laura. He's a stand up guy and will let this roll off his back. IMO Tim knows exactly who this family is and he's not going to let them distract what this is all about....It's about CAYLEE and nothing else.

I can buy this story totally except--I think she put Caylee in her car and drove around with her in there until the day she backed into the garage and borrowed the shovel. She intended to bury her in the back yard and laid her body back there but for whatever reason decided against it and left with her again. If she had laid her on the ground when it happened, there wouldn't be decomp odor yet.
I can see no motive for why George would have lied about when he last saw Casey and Caylee. At this point they weren't actively trying to cover for her.

Cindy's work schedule is very significant in that I believe she agreed to watch Caylee during the nighttime hours while Caylee slept until Casey returned home, either the same night or the following morning. I also read somewhere that Casey would often drop Caylee off at Cindy's workplace before Cindy's shift ended.

If this email is genuine, it states that the collection jar was at the TES search site.

Could it be that TES has a policy that only TES may solicit funds at their search site?
This would be a prudent policy, as TES would not be able to vouch for funds donated, at their own site, to another organization.

IMOO, I would not put it past the A's to set up their own collection jar at the TES search site. Why would anyone do that? TES was there at the A's request, spending thousands of dollars in the search for Caylee. What kind of family would not want TES to collect funds for TES in such circumstances?

I can understand that TES would put their own flyer on a collection jar at the TES search site and would keep the funds collected. Yes, I recall the incident of "donation of supplies left at Staples" and supposedly George went to pick them up for TES. I also recall that George was seen at the TES command center, but I don't know if he delivered those supplies. And, I'm now thinking the streams of caution tape and trespassing signs were erected on about the same day George made that trip to Staples.

The 15th is odd to me. Remember, she went to the old folks home, then to nana's for dinner where she ate chili. There's no mention as to where the baby spent the night. My guess it was late, and Casey may have not had her bearings together. This also tells me that Casey may have not know when they will return.

My best guess is Caylee was killed on the 16th.

Those guys did leave town (or one of them did) and it was very difficult for LE to get the pictures from them. I think they even had to get the FBI involved. Those boys lawyered up pretty quickly. I never understood why they would lawyer up....all they had was pictures. This whole case is bizarre.

I think she got quite lucky with the name (as far as Sawgrass goes), overheard it somewhere perhaps, and then the family scrambled to find out who she was on the home computer. She had a cast of make believe people in her arsenal of imagination like Raquel. She didn't make up the name Zenaida until she had to give the Nanny (otherwise known to some as Zanny via Casey) name to law enforcement. Before the 16th or late on the 15th, this name never existed in Casey's stable of make believe people.

The way I was thinking, was anything that happened prior and including June 15th would go toward neglect charges. Anything after would be things they would use in a murder trial if there is one. Tim is above the A's, IMO he won't sue. When he sued the PD and CO's office for not returning all of his daughters remains he won a huge settlement however he declined the money and asked that they pay to have his daughter reburied....He could have walked away with tons of money but all he ever wanted was justice for Laura. He's a stand up guy and will let this roll off his back. IMO Tim knows exactly who this family is and he's not going to let them distract what this is all about....It's about CAYLEE and nothing else. TES may have backed off if they felt they had done a good search, and that the family was continuing to try to bring Caylee home when they had to go. I think Tim will comb through every inch of that landfill by hand himself if need be, and walk every square foot of Florida if he has to in searching for Caylee...Being the kind of man he is, I imagine that Caylee has "become" his child.
If Tim cannot search any area himself, I know his supporters will give it an extra push to show their support of him and their drive to work for caylee and what she deserves from the world now.
This was always about Caylee, everyone searching wanted her found...now they(we) know she must be found by "outsiders" because this family has given up on bringing her home and turned their attention to slander and hate....it is more personal than ever because Cindy et al have proven they aren't focused on anything but discrediting those who wish to do what is right for Caylee's memory.

I do not believe Casey or Caylee spent the night at G & C's.

I think there is some truth to George's story about what they were wearing when they left the house and it was 12:50 on 6/16. I do not believe it was 12:50 p.m. and a normal day. IMO, it was 12:50 a.m. and the only reason George recalls what they were wearing because it was not a normal day.

I think it hit the fan when Cindy & Caylee returned home from visiting with her dad and having dinner with her mom the evening of 6/15. Cindy had to been livid over Casey taking money out of her gfs nursing home account. IMO, a lot of yelling, screaming and threats were thrown around including Cindy telling Casey she would take Caylee away from her.

I think Casey packed a couple of bags and walked out with Caylee in tow.

It was in the doc dump. It was in one of the first pages I read I believe in the 2nd doc dump. An investigator was trying to reach them. They said yes, they would give the detective the information. But after that initial contact, the det. had a very difficult time reaching them. I will go look for the report. BRB.

They said on Greta that was a depression that was from moving a hibiscus plant.

They started lying immediately following the arrest. Cindy did, that is for sure, and George lies when Cindy is with him. George and Lee were fairly straight with LE. Good morning everyone.. VERY interesting. I knew most of that but I did not know that George called that spot "suspicious". I really think Caylee was buried in that backyard for a short amount of time - which seems so illogical and crazy to me. I know other killers have buried their victims in their backyards but uhm WHY? then again, why has Casey done 90% of the things she has done?

If she did bury Caylee and/or evidence there temporarily.. Wouldn't soil deposits most likely be found in the trunk?

Early on I had wondered if there might have been a plan - Casey cash the checks from Amy's account and Amy come back an claim her checkbook was stolen, as if it wasn't know who cashed the checks. Once Amy realized the seriousness of the situation, the tide turned.

I really think Caylee was buried in that backyard for a short amount of time - which seems so illogical and crazy to me. I know other killers have buried their victims in their backyards but uhm WHY? then again, why has Casey done 90% of the things she has done?

If she did bury Caylee and/or evidence there temporarily.. Wouldn't soil deposits most likely be found in the trunk?

And we have only learned this in the last 100 days. Seems like any extended family, ex friends, church member, neighbors had already learned this. None of the above have been there to offer comfort or help in finding Caylee. Amazing, NORMALLY, when a child/grandchild is missing so many people are there to help. Answering phone, fixing meals, cleaning, washing clothes, help in doing anything for this worried family. Instead, we have not seen any help. Very strange.

As I have found through my experience, during a tragedy, people you think were your friends disappear; family does too. It is sad, but true.

Early on I had wondered if there might have been a plan - Casey cash the checks from Amy's account and Amy come back an claim her checkbook was stolen, as if it wasn't know who cashed the checks. Once Amy realized the seriousness of the situation, the tide turned.

Concerns me that Amy left her check book in her car. You'd think she would have taken that with her on her trip. My stuff is going to be with me, and I'll lock it up at my destination.

There is just something here that seems a little on the sly side - can't put my finger on it though.

I have a 21 year old. His checkbook is locked in his glove box. He has had a checking account for almost 4 years and has not ran through the lst book of checks. He uses his debit card for everything even when he goes to the bank for cash.

If this email is genuine, it states that the collection jar was at the TES search site.

Could it be that TES has a policy that only TES may solicit funds at their search site?
This would be a prudent policy, as TES would not be able to vouch for funds donated, at their own site, to another organization.

IMOO, I would not put it past the A's to set up their own collection jar at the TES search site. Why would anyone do that? TES was there at the A's request, spending thousands of dollars in the search for Caylee. What kind of family would not want TES to collect funds for TES in such circumstances?

I can understand that TES would put their own flyer on a collection jar at the TES search site and would keep the funds collected. It makes sense to me that Tim Miller would state without reservation that TES had done so. Why would TES collect funds for another organization when they are going thousands in the hole while searching for Caylee?

Why on earth would the A's feel entitled to collect money for their own organization of choice under the TES umbrella? :flamemad:
