100% minus 30% not searched = 70% was searched?

I find very strange June 18th, her last phone activity was at 18:57 (about 7pm);
jump to June 19th, 8:30am

If there were no pings for that block of time, phone could have been turned off for some reason.

If the phone battery were dead, would the phone still ping a tower?

JP Chatt is Amy's current boyfriend. We haven't seen his interview yet, and he's not named on the prosecution's witness list. Maybe there's some money strings attached to Amy's relationship with Chatt?

According to DG casey is innocent of everything and someone else took caylee and put a dead body in the car. The anthonys are victims according to DG. They have done no wrong. LOL

Except that Cindy commented to Casey's friends that Casey was an unfit mother, and didn't take action.

I think I heard that LE only released things that would not be used for the trial. So could that blank period of phone use be some that they are holding on to. I am asking, I do not know.

Don't forget that she was a crime buff like us. She watched CSI, etc. It is my opinion that she is not that smart. She is impulsive and thinks after the fact.

Was thinking about LE telling Cindy that Casey hadn't been out of Orlando, (but this may have applied to the ZG accident). Not sure if they meant not at all during the time frame they were investigating - if so, she could have been out of the area with her phone turned off, or with a dead battery. In this case, how would they know she had not been outside of Orlando?

After spending numerous hours going through all the docs, I'm convinced that they have not released everything. There are too many redacted documents and for good reason I'm sure.

Thanks, I keep trying to remind myself that what they have released is stuff they are not going to use. So, if what we have is not usable, can you imagine what else they do have. Wow, I can hardly wait.

Please, let Caylee be found.

Agreed. I think they're holding onto anything that would pertain to a future murder trial (such as the official findings of the air samples, hair, and the stain found) and only releasing relevant documents to the child neglect charge.

Baez' statement was that of an experienced Attorney, because the first thing that any Attorney is going to tell their client is to shut up to anyone other than counsel - and ever since Baez has been retained, that's exactly what Casey has done, as she should.

Perhaps he should follow his own advice..:D

Look I am not going around and around with you like others do on this board. The REAL fact of the matter is that CAYLEE is CASEY'S child. Her first priority should be that child. The fact that neither Casey or Baez have morals is not something I am going to argue with you. You come on this board to frustrate people with this attitude that you are "in the know" and to glorify yourself and truth of the matter is you are hiding behind a "nic" just like the rest of us. plus, Baez should've done everything he could've to get Casey to cooperate - for her own good.

As it is, Baez risked Casey's life on the possibility of the recovery of Caylee's body - maybe even not that if the DA is willing to go forward with a lesser charge!

At the very least, Baez should've been professional enough to keep good communications going with OCSO and the DA.

His defensiveness is unnecessary and destructive to his clients case.

What we have received was because news media used freedom of information act to get this and a judge said they were to release all that was not being used in court. I could be wrong, have been wrong before, but know that someone here will correct me if I am.

even though these boards were my home boards, I've spent all of my time re: this case over at another place (HFTM). There have been some over there as well figuring out these phone logs and pings and stuff.

It would be great to compare all of the different results from this board, HFTM, WS and SM.

Anyway, question for you guys:

I think so - Songbird over at HTFM is working on the logs.

Des, I don't know the dates because I've been super busy at home and I have no patience looking through logs - but if you go over there they might have a thread set up.

Was hoping maybe somewhere here knew and could explain the calls to me, lol.

If indeed there is more evidence of a physical or forensic nature, then you'd better make sure Cindy Anthony doesn't get to it first and "wash" it away...

Great advice, because I was a victim of that which you speak...I'm still trying to understand what exactly I did to get banned other than ask where a specific poster was that I hadn't seen for about 4-5 days...merely mentioning the poster got me banned...that was it.

Anyway, I'm hungry to know if anything new news is brewing as well. Thanks everyone for your tireless sleuthing--I've never seen a message board quite like this one. I have alot to learn! :read:

this is certainly a sad, tragic story, and i think it has affected so many of us with children and grandchildren.As far as i am concerned the whole Anthony family has reacted in a strange way. My question is if casey left every morning with caylee, she had no job or nanny, then where did the child stay all day?
I thought i had heard the george and cindy had taken a vacation, too bad they didn't take little caylee. I feel she is dead and by her loving mothers hands. If she were my daughter i would have to let her stay in jail, but her actions are telling me a story of to much tolerance from her parents as grew up.Surely they could have seen some of these traits that is showing now when she was growing up. This girl will never be the mother of the year as her mother says

They will use it in the neglect case, if it comes to that. She will definately be charged with the Economic charges which will probably result in probation with no prior offenses. The neglect charges will more than likely be dropped when they charge her with Murder. We are just sleluthers, but LE and the FBI are professionals and they know what they are doing IMO

I think that she used the shovel to manuver Caylee into a garbage bag so she would not get her princess hands dirty. That is why it did not take very long for the use of the shovel.
