How can they hate ZFG? She hasn't done anything!!! :shrug:
One thing I CAN say folks, all of these hate messages are just going to help Zenaida win her case. Keep it coming!!

He did say 'charged'. I think he mis-spoke. Unless the transcriber was also confused with NG's interruption. But I thought I heard him clearly say 'charged'.

I don't hate her, I just think she is out to make a buck.
I don't see her getting any money from Casey Anthony. NG even had to "FYI" her attorney about her stealing gas cause she couldn't afford to buy any, lol.
Her Attorney could be called an ambulance chaser though. JMO - His commercials are embedded into my mind. Variations of them have been on the tube for 20 years. "Have you been injured in an auto accident?"

Uterine tumors - surely they jest. Bleeding ulcer - maybe, depending on her prior medical history, then maybe yes, maybe no. She'll need expert medical to testify.
BTW, where can the complaint be seen - is there a copy of the actual document that tells what they are actually suing for - and apology or $$.

I picked up one of the "gossip rags" this week because they had something on the front about this case. I know they are frequently full of it but sometimes they will also get information before LE because they are willing to pay for it. Anyhow, someone told them that Casey would use drugs to knock out Caylee when she couldn't get a free babysitter so she could party. And that one of her drugs of choice was Xanex (pronounced zanex). And that Casey would say that Caylee was with "Zanny the nanny" when she had drugged her.
To me, that sounds like something that Casey would say and think it was funny. And if she was in the habit of drugging her it would certainly be easy to overdose her.

I forgot now where I seen the lawsuit. Think it was FOX Orlando.
And 15k is the standard minimum in Florida for civil suits. Which the lawsuit seeks.

Was Cindy @ work @ the time of the calls? And were they all to her cell phone, none to her work phone? Where I work (hospital) having your cell phone on is a big no-no.
Cindy worked in Home Health, cell phone use is common and usually not frowned upon, unless it is to excess.

Using your post to jump in on the ZG discussion Amy.
I also thought GMAB when I saw the uterine tumors, but then thought of how attorney's in cases like this will name and claim anything affecting their clients in order to start high and be able to negotiate down to reality. I think it's a way to get the attention of the defendents and be able to come to a reasonable, reality based settlement.
I see this as an attorney based claim. Her attorney asking her what health probs do you have? And listing them all in the suit whether they truly apply or not to the base reason for the suit. The uterine tumors will be thrown out for sure, but then the court will have to consider whatever other claims made about health probs that may have affected her because of her defamation claim. To me it's like a I've got this boat to sell, I'm asking X$$$ for or BO (best offer). Don't know if this makes sense to anyone but, it's my best offer. :biggrin:

My feelings towards ZG are probably slanted in the respect that she now can try to go forth with her suit in a Civil proceeding and get the players, like the Anthonys, in sworn depos locked into a story and cross examined. Maybe even before a possible murder trial. On another show Prime News (I believe) her attorney stated they will be going after innocence or guilt. I want to see this happen.
Also I do not want the Anthonys to make a dime off of this fiasco they have helped create. There are reports they are shopping around there story....photos etc.... and maybe this will stop them in there tracks!! I also want to see that happen and to find out if and how much they may have already brought in.
I wish Jesse would sue for much of the same reason plus I really think he will always be connected with this nightmare even more so than ZG.

And I thought I was being unduly bi[(hy because of how I feel about her and what I believe she did.... I only noticed it in the latest video where she wears those tight jeans, white Tee and those oh-so-glam (barf) white goggles on her way to see her home confinement officer.
ITA about the defiant stance. I remember when she came out of jail, she whispered to Baez something along the lines of wanting to walk out with her head held high. YEGADS!

Poor Zenaida has been nationally, publically accused of kidnapping a child. A child she's never laid eyes on. Has no knowledge of either Caylee or her mother Casey. She has been vilified for no other reason than her name is the name that Casey Anthony (the liar) is the one Casey gave to LE and everyone and anyone who would listen to her as the person who has caused this whole horrible tragedy.
It doesn't matter what kind of life she has or is living, how many tatoos she has, what her employment history or relationship history is. This is a woman who was living her life and was suddenly thrown into the spotlight as someone who had committed a terrible crime...kidnapping a baby that was not her own. Simply because Casey used her name. I'm wondering why all the other hundreds of other Zenaida's have not filed suit as well. FGS, IMO it doesn't matter at all what Zenaida's life, relationships, history is at all, she's been thrown out there as the person who did something horribly criminal and she's a victim. Another victim of the PrincessPantsOnFire Casey Anthony. Why shouldn't she stand up and scream FOUL? Why shouldn't she have an attorney on her side to legally represent her in order to let the world know that she is not the criminal kidnapper of a missing child? Why should she have to go thru this part of her life and maybe into a long lasting part of her life with a label attached to her she never asked for, had any thing to do with or deserved? Why should should she stand by and just let her name and person, as well as her children and other family members, be dragged thru the mud for some lying little b**** who picked her name out of thin air and planted a label of kidnapper on her?
I don't know if I agree with her filing suit, but then again what other recourse does she have?

Hi there Oregon I don't know if you are still here but I get what you are saying. Also if say you have ulcers that are stress related or even something like a bad back......something like being accused of such a high profile and hideous crime could easily make those conditions worse.
I'm still here TT and I'm glad you got what I was trying to say.
I agree, I also think that many physical probs anyone may have originally can certainly be made worse by stress.
It has been documented that stress is a HUGE contributory factor to many existing health and physical probs.

And there is no worse crimes than ones against children. We all know what happens to these kids after they are taken. It is not the way that Cindy acts all la dee da about......these people really just love her and want her as there own. That's just bull! Cindy`s MO is too blame and name others to take the spotlight off her daughter......someone needs to stop her......if it just so happens to be ZG.......SO BE IT!!

I know with me it is. I have fallen in love with this lil baby I never knew and my heart breaks that she will never be here for others to fall in love with.
I'm a grandma and I cannot even begin to wrap my head around grandma Cindy's words, actions or behaviors.
I've said it before and I will say it again, if Casey were my daughter I would continue to love her as my child, I would stand next to her in support, but I would never ever condone, hide, cover up or blame anyone else for her actions and behavior.
You can love and support your child but, you don't have to like them, protect them from reality or lie for them. Especially with something as heartbreakingly serious as a grandaughter gone missing and possibly (likely) dead at that child's hand. :no:
My DD and her son, my grandson, live with me and she and I have had many discussions about this case and even she has agreed with me on that. She has even said that if, God forbid, this scenario were to happen with us, she would expect me to do whatever I needed to do to hold her accountable. She as a single mom who adores and would lay down her life for her son cannot begin to fathom what has happened with this whole case. Yet, she has said over and over again, she would expect me to hold her accountable. She has agreed when I have said, I would not have her in my house on home confinement, I would slap her silly to get the truth from her. We both agree that Casey should still be in jail. That the Anthony's way of handling and dealing with their daughter is so very wrong. So I know it's not just me, an older grandma woman who feels this way, it is also a younger, single mom daughter who feels the same.
We both wish that Caylee had been ours. We both wish that that lil baby had had a better mom and grandma and was still alive and enjoying the life of a lil girl who had her whole life ahead of her.
We both pray and send :rose: for Caylee each and every day.

I think Xanax does play a part into Caylee's disappearance, however, I don't think she was locked in the car or trunk simply because she would have died of heat exposure long before she was 'missing'. The heat in Florida wouldn't have allowed Caylee to survive hours locked in the car. And I don't think she would have left the car running for air conditioning, because others would surely notice a car left running. Though who knows, she did seem to run out of gas.
I can't figure out where Caylee was during those times, but I do believe Xanax comes into play.

That's just the thing. She was never charged with anything. In fact, SHE wasn't the one even accused by Casey. Casey DID NOT recognize her pic (of course, not, there being no Zanny the Nanny in real life.) LE checked this woman out and SHE WAS NOT CHARGED WITH ANYTHING.
There really aren't many people @ all who believe Zanny the Nanny is a real person. Anybody who has read or heard about this case (and that's probably a fair number in that area) surely has seen that NONE of the ZG's LE found were believed to be Casey's "Zanny."

You're probably right--but HE sure makes her look foolish (and greedy) to make such a claim. I think the lawyers should be looking @ what image their clients end with when they have them add such liducrous claims.

I remember that Cindy A worked for an orthopedic group. It has been said she is on medical leave from her job.
And I think it is on the interview that she says her work phone number. Hmm. Am I remembering correctly? Anyone? I really don't want to listen to Cindy A talk and talk.
