Interesting comments from Leonard Padilla last night on Nancy Grace:
PADILLA: Cindy put her hands around Casey`s throat and practically choked her out that night. It scared the hell out of Casey. It had never happened before.
GRACE: Why?
PADILLA: Because of the money she stole from her parents. She was so upset about that, that she just could not control herself, and if you listen to George, he`ll tell you, he lives -- he lives with a controlling woman and a controlling daughter.
GRACE: Now, where did you get the information that she actually put her hands around mom Casey`s throat?
PADILLA: You can ask Casey`s brother, Lee. He`ll tell you.
http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0809/30/ng.01.html
So, it was lee who revealed the choking incident. During this show Dr. Kobilinsky said that chloroform DOES NOT remove or degrade DNA.
Very interesting to me that all the attorneys, defense and prosecutors on last night's show felt that Zenaida Gonzoles has an excellent civil case against casey anthony. Zenaida is also on the witness list, along with over 80 other people.

:seeya: Hi Jo! Sure seems like everyday they release another nugget of information to the public and we seem to be moving towards something. I thought over 80 witnesses was a lot for a trial about child neglect and lying to police.

Good Morning everyone! I hope for more news today that we are getting closer to a charge. I noticed yesterday and last night that Nancy, her producers, etc. all had a printed list of the people on the witness list. I wonder when we'll get it or if we will?
Good Morning!
I wish NG would have another forensics expert on her show to debunk or confirm Dr. K's opinions. I'm not sure I totally believe what he has to say anymore. Does anyone here know if what he said is true about the chloroform?
As for LP, well....I think y'all know my thoughts on him by now. lol.

Yeah, I'd say ol' Kobe's input is a "teeeny" bit slanted now. Not that he was wrong on the chloroform, he was probably right or he wouldn't have stated it on natl. tv. MOO :-)

I believe chloroform is used to extract DNA but what happens after. Is the DNA degraded, compromised and/or destroyed? Only because he said it on TV doesn't necessarily make it true. He could be saying it for a reason and that's to defend whatever may have taken place in the trunk of that car when the Anthonys had possession of it.
I'd love another expert opinion.
After all the debauchery on the part of the" expert" witnesses in the Spector trial, I find it difficult to believe these people. IE Henry Lee, Mike Baden. Opinions CAN be bought.
:rose:Caylee, not forgotten by some
Exactly........
Arggghhh, that was the end of MY innocence, that trial w/ all the bought and paid for experts. Lost some faith in judicial system and I sure would like to be able to put it back up there on its pedestal where it used to be for me...
You know, we keep hearing how the Anthonys are broke, blah blah and have no money. I believe it was mentioned again on NG last night when they discussed the civil suit.
So, who's paying these people? The lawyers, Dr. K?

:shrug:Good morning everyone!:seeya:
I have been up since 4 am. Early report day for this girl-so between reports i have been reading ..reading and readin more on this case.
Two more things I have read -REALLY bother me.
The first(and i will search for a link)....Has anyone heard Cindy mention that George had worked in the backyard and his hands were BLEEDING?
Now -why o WHY would she even MENTION something like that? i was looking at pics of the backyard search and there was ALOT of little flags out there. Im just wondering WHAT they found there.
The second thing that bothers me (this morning)-A member of a message board contacted Noreen Renier. Noreen seemed as though she was willing to help-Cindy called and she asked for newspaper articles-an item of Casey's and an item of Caylee's. Cindy refused to send her anything. Now WHY in the world would she ask for someones help and then refuse to help THEM? BTW according to the email she has offered her services for free to the OCSO

So we can assume that they found George's blood in the backyard? I worry about these folks . Really.
And yes- i think that Cindy goes through the motions -and then when she realizes -SOMEONE is going to find the "truth"..she ends it RIGHT then and there.
What she fails to realize is-the truth WILL come out-soon. jmo

Good Morning.......I believe he is right that it will not degrade DNA.....BUT will it clean?.......Could someone have thought it might grabbed it in a hurry to clean and deodorise that trunk needing something strong....and threw some extra in for good measure. ANOTHER nugget we found out on NG the reporter w/ the red hair said neighbors saw them.......did not say who.......cleaning the car.
As far as what Lenny said.......well he`s a lawyer also and I find it hard to believe he would say that bringing Lee in to it. Also Lenny had several days in there where not much was moving on the bail out......he could of changed his mind at any minute so Lee was probably cooperating as much as possible w/ security issues and just blurted it out not knowing just how BAD that sounds for Casey. Lenny is slick and probably had all kinds of Q`s pertaining to security and who knows what else he learned. Pretty Slick indeed.......
I have to run but read the last few post by Stef (rest of her name escapes me) from last night it was probably in last 4 pages last night......And she came up with a real good theory of the flurry of calls. If I can find her name I wll be right back with it.......
I like the theory that the phone calls were not because something happened to Caylee/cry for help. She would never admit to hurting Caylee esp. a few short hours after the big blow up between her and Mommy Dearest. She had JUST left in a huff.
BUT I also don't believe she was calling her parents to watch Caylee either basically for the same reasons. She took off with that baby and I can't see her begging her parents for babysitter duty right after Cindy supposedly tried to strangle her.

I don't know the particulars in this case but there are some "experts" and lawyers who will do it just for the notoriety in high profile cases.

I remember when Cindy said that George had cut his hands in the yard. My impression at the time was that she didn't really understand what a cadaver dog does. She also said that there had been wet diapers in the trunk, and the dogs might be hitting on that odor. IMO, she was just trying to make an explanation for whatever the dogs might find, not knowing that those particular dogs are only used to detect death (decomp).

Here's what I found on chloroform and DNA degradation.
http://books.google.com/books?id=MkO7KK4ezmMC&pg=PA13&lpg=PA13&dq=does+chloroform+degrade+dna&source=web&ots=Na8xw4KlKJ&sig=MnLIJxWp56-rbR9ezusLtoA7qdo&hl=en&sa=X&oi=book_result&resnum=5&ct=result
"Efficient DNA extraction procedures, as well as accurate DNA quantification methods, are critical steps involved in the process of successful DNA analysis of such samples. The phenol-chloroform method is a sensitive method for the extraction of DNA from a wide variety of forensic samples, although it is known to be laborious compared with singletube extraction methods."
This leads me to think that cloroform does not degrade the sample otherwise they wouldn't use it.
Then there is this...
http://cat.inist.fr/?aModele=afficheN&cpsidt=19949700
"The degradation activity was lost on pretreatment of the DNA with a phenol-chloroform mixture, and the activity was recovered by pretreatment with a mixture of DMSO and a buffer containing surfactants. Mn2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, and Cd2+, as transition element metal ions, were effective as to the degradation into dNMP."
This leads me to think that cloroform actually stops the degradation process.
All of the above is for what it's worth but all I could easily find that I can understand.

Having read Steff's theory last night, I had another thought ...
Tony is in on this.
Instead of Casey keeping Caylee sedated in the trunk, she had her sedated at Tony's place.
HE helped her figure out what to do w/the body and etc...
There was something about his interview w/LE that just didn't sit right w/me.
I'll have to read it again, later.

N/T, I have always respected Lawrence Kobilinsky and still do, altho he has gone over to the dark side. I doubt very much he is going to damage his career by stating an opinion on chloroform that isn't true, especially for casey anthony. I think his role in this case is to advise baez, who hasn't a clue about dna.
Noreen Reiner, there's a blast from the past. This is the psychic jackie peterson sent items to in the scott peterson case. Reiner told her Laci was dead and that was the end of that relationship. Looks like ole cynthia isn't going down that road.
Another peterson simularity: "We're men, we bleed" - SP, and cynthia's remarks about george's bloodletting in the yard. Rubbish to try and explain the unexplainable of the cadaver dogs hitting in that yard, imo.

If the Anthonys followed or researched the S Peterson case, they will likely not accept help from Noreen, imo. Noreen was called in by, I believe, Jackie Peterson and was given an almost new shoe by Scott who, probably thought, Noreen wouldn't pick anything up. Morning J. WS has done some intensive research on those cell phone calls, interesting theories. For example, on 6/27 the day she supposedly ran out of gas and left the car at Amscot, it appears she was travelling all over the place prior to that. The call to Tony to pick her up at Amscot, appears to have been made from THE ANTHONY RESIDENCE. Interesting in that she did have food items with her when Lazarro picked her up at Amscot.
Some are theorizing it was Jesse Grund who was driving her around.

Lat night on NG, when they were showing snipets of Cindy interview with LE - there was a part I have not seen. It was when the detective was leaning over and holding her hand - which I had seen in Part II video - BUT he was talking about the smell in the car, the squirrels, George using the car - hitting something - etc
I don't remember this part. The last part of Part II that I saw was the detective telling her she needed to be on their side and quit telling the media.....
Is there another part to the interview I missed? Is there a part III? I know on GA and Cindy interview videos that I watched, they did not come to and end - like with them leaving the room and saying goodbye or anything.
Anyone know?

'PIERCE: The car was towed in late June, and the Anthonys didn`t get it back until mid-July, I think the day of or the day before they called the police. But there certainly was time to clean out the car. As a matter of fact, we`ve heard some reports that neighbors say that they saw it.'
Neighbors say they saw it? The clean up of the car? In this time frame? After the Anthony's picked it up and prior to LE taking it?
I've heard the reports of a neighbor seeing Casey back up into the garage prior to her dumping it at Amscot. But never anything about neighbors witnessing any cleaning of the car after the Anthony's picked it up.

Thanks, Regina. I've read some of the research on the towers/pings but didn't know what the 16th showed.
Still trying to figure out if she left on the 15th WITH Caylee, or if we believe GA, she left the 16th with Caylee. Did she leave 15th w/o Caylee and come back?
Too many variables! I want it NAILED down! lol
Steff has done alot of research on this day. She believes the phone calls around 3 up until 4 something were calls from home. She also believes that Casey was with Tone at blockbuster in the photos...I believe they were at 8 o'clock without Caylee.

You know, we keep hearing how the Anthonys are broke, blah blah and have no money. I believe it was mentioned again on NG last night when they discussed the civil suit.
So, who's paying these people? The lawyers, Dr. K?
They have those book/movie/photo-op plans. No matter how the case ends up, they will have $$ coming in for those. There should be some bucks around to pay the lawyers. Oh, and don't forget their national exposure. I am sure they are counting on the publicity. Advertising they don't have to pay for.
Dr K isn't someone they hired, he is part of NG's scene. I don't know if the TH's go on those shows for exposure, to get their names up there, or if the show pays them for their "expertise."

I think you just hit the nail on the head there. Because we don't know what happened --- we just know that it DID happen --- we can easily be pulled into the Anthony scheme of involving others in this crime. I firmly believe this was all at the hands of Casey, and no one else.

It's the right corner of the backyard. The bamboo is along the fence line. And the clear area of dirt that has the flags, IMO, looks so empty, that I think thats where the hibiscus bush was that George clams to have dug out. There are better pics of it somewhere.

Has anyone looked on the map at where George says he followed Casey in Cindy's vehicle and she took an off ramp and then he lost track of her? I believe him...I'm just wondering where she was going?
He knew Casey was lying to them...and when cornered she got nasty..ie/ the gas can fiasco when she didn't want him to look in the trunk. I wonder what was in there? Maybe food from the house?
And where was Caylee?...Not with the 'nanny' and not with Cindy and not with Casey...?

I remember when Cindy said that George had cut his hands in the yard. My impression at the time was that she didn't really understand what a cadaver dog does. She also said that there had been wet diapers in the trunk, and the dogs might be hitting on that odor. IMO, she was just trying to make an explanation for whatever the dogs might find, not knowing that those particular dogs are only used to detect death (decomp).
I remember seeing her on a couple of shows attempting to discredit the cadaver dogs. She asked about sweat, blood and urine....and every time she would be told NO by a cadaver dog expert on the show.
When Cindy made the 911 call, I believe she was frightened.
Cindy has made statements leading the public to believe LE are morons. When documents are released, we learn Cindy twisted facts and her blah, blah to the media is not true.
What made her change? Did Casey confess to Cindy? Lee? George? Does the family know the truth?

I skipped a bunch of pages from last night's thread so I apologize if this has been mentioned, but relative to Det. Melich's posting on WS, it is not the first time this has happened while a case is ongoing.
In the Maria Lauterbach (pregnant marine) case, Capt. Rick Sutherland (Onslow county sheriff's office) was posting on the message board associated with the local (civilian) newspaper. In fact, through his reading those boards he was under the impression that Cesar Laurean, the suspected killer on the run, was visiting the site to keep abreast of the case. Sutherland requested the IP addresses of visitors to the site in order to narrow down where Laurean had fled to.
If I am remembering the facts wrong, someone feel free to correct me. I know some posters here were on that board also.

I haven't read the Yuri thread at the place we can't talk about, but from what I hear he's not answering any questions or discussing the case.

As for LP, well....I think y'all know my thoughts on him by now. lol.
I think it might be a good idea to look at the transcripts of Nancy's show before he decided to go to the dark side and compare those to his words now.

They could have put a big smear of Vicks on their upper lip to help cut down the stench when they breathed. What I would like to know is why some items were removed and some were left in the car. How did they decide what to leave in there? Was just a table knife, pants and papers removed? Was anything put into the car, like the Dora backpack? Did the backpack have anything in it?
I just can't imagine how they handled the stench. Vicks might have helped (a little). Good question-who KNOWS what they put in the car. I think I read Casey had pants and boots and shoes in the car. I wonder if they cleaned the shoes ? I am sure Det. George would know what to clean...jmo

I want it NAILED down! lol
That is the million dollar question. Padilla doesn't think so and he is getting his information from lee, supposedly. george wasn't home that night, he was working, I suppose it could just be an honest mistake about him seeing them leave at 12:50 p.m. on 6/16.

You are correct. In fact on this board he was emailed a list of questions which he answered (or tried to) and the poster was given permission to post his email.
I haven't read the Yuri thread at the place we can't talk about, but from what I hear he's not answering any questions or discussing the case.
Rick Sutherland gave us way more information than what Yuri appears to be providing. And he did tell us if there was something they couldn't answer due to the investigation.

Yes, yes, thanks for refreshing my memory. I remember those lists of questions now. I was in and out of the boards right around that time and kept missing the thread to submit questions in. I hate when real life gets in the way of the boards ;)

I think George is the odd man out in the family. It's as if Cindy ruled and ridiculed him and the kids followed suit. I feel the most sorry for him, of the accounted for family members. Caylee is the one I hurt for most but George seems to be the oddball in the house.
I so agree about George. I think in his interview when he was asked questions that Cindy had given him the script for his was nervous. Yet when he was asked things she had not prepared him for he was straightforward. Ex: following Casey in car. Bet he got into trouble when this was released. To me, Cindy is in charge and he better tow the line. She will give him information only on a need to know basis, and she doesn't think he needs to know a lot.

Because she had no other place to go OR came back to get the laptop and the JC Penny card and whatever else she couldn't take with her in front of George. She really could have pulled into the garage, put the door down, left the car running with Caylee in it and gone in to get these things and stayed too long, on the phone , looking for money, etc and in a matter of 30 minutes or so, Caylee could have been dead or close to dead from carbon monoxide. IRRC, early on there was a report from LE, or somewhere, that Caylee did not die in the car seat so if that's true, this carbon mono theory doesn't fly. moo

If they don't have evidence that Casey murdered Caylee (accidental whatever) but they have evidence that Caylee is deceased....what charge would she get?
Because of Casey's neglect of not knowing where her child is....she died. But they can't for evidence reasons pin it on her.

I agree. I also think that after reading the forums Cindy (she is the mastermind of this operation) has seen how people feel about the protestors. SO-I think, she thinks that the big bad protestors make them look more like victims and that this will get them more sympathy and also more donations. I will be very surprised if they ever have a vigil in the house or backyard because that would be out of cam view and Cindy is all about being on camera. Maybe if Fox offered to put cam in back yard she would go there. Cindy attitude of entitlement is discusting.

Thanks so much for posting this - now that I know that choloroform does not remove or degrade DNA, I feel that Caylee will finally get the justice she deserves. I am positive that the stain will have Caylees DNA and that will be the end of it. Case Closed. Casey will finally get what is comming to her - BIG JAIL TIME - Thank you god - at least Caylee will get the justice she deserves and maybe just maybe Casey will lead them to her body so she can get a peaceful resting place.

I honestly don't think Vicks would help much. My mom died sitting on her living room chair. She was found about 10 hours later. My sister closed up her home and waited for me to arrive 24 hours later before going back. When we opened the door, I had to run to the bathroom to be sick. The smell was overwhelming. We eventually found out it was decomposition fluids which were on the chair where she died. Nothing could get the stench out of it and we had to have the whole thing re-upholstered and my mom's body hadn't started to decompose when she was removed. My uncle who is a doctor told us her bodily fluids which escaped at the time of death continued decomposing in the heat and humidity of summer. It was absolutely gross and, if a corpse had been in the trunk of Casey's car in the heat, I honestly don't know how anyone could clean it out. They must have constitutions made of cast iron, imo.

Lee? George? Does the family know the truth?
jmo
She reminds me of a defense attorney trying to explain away circumstantial evidence. They can come with some very reasonable alternatives for that kind of evidence, as well as some ridiculous theories. In the beginning, she may not have known what a cadaver dog does, but even after she did, she tried to come up with other reasons for the smell in the car and whatever might have been found in the yard.
I'm not sure that she has changed her thinking, but she has finally learned that if she wants to help her daughter, she HAS to be quiet. Probably her new attorney has convinced her. jmo

I followed the Susan Polk trial. I thought this woman was totally off the wall. Even though she obviously did kill her husband I actually felt she could have gotten off with insanity. I think she was insane.
Casey and Cindy have her beat hands down. You have a missing precious grandchild and you are busy cleaning the car before you call the police. Sorry, I don't get it and hope I never am able to undertand what these people are about. If I could understand their thinking, I would worry about myself. ( well, I do worry about myself anyway. Who spends all this time on computer trying to figure out if the Anthonys have ever told a truth, or who did it, or how, or who called who) I need to step back from the computer and take a deep breath before I hammer myself.)
This case is driving me mad. And I do mean both kinds of mad. Nuts and angry.

Could be. And Casey and Cindy were always telling "the friends" that the other was crazy.
Amy, at that point, had not realized she had been ripped off, would still have some allegiance to Casey.
I'd say that Amy's text was about them finding the car which would give an explanation for Casey's non-chalant "Oh, ok, my mom texted me something about it".

Boy would we all be going nuts with no new info. BUT, bet the ANthonys would be affected more. Yes, take down the cam, NG discuss something else, reporters do not go to any court hearings, or house for interviews, protestors stay away. Bet meltdown would be soon. (Unfortunately, some of us would meltdown too) But wonder how long before Cindy would call news media to give them an update, and ask why they are not out looking. Because we know that if she is found dead, it is all our fault.

It is disturbing, Caylee was at a great age. I played with my kids everyday, I was always on the floor of the living room or outside in the yard playing ball with them. She doesn't share any cute stories with her best friend??? I remember my son called his hockey/soccer net toy a funny name one day; he said, I want to play "hockers" (mixing the 2 words together), I must have told everyone I knew that day, it still makes me laugh 13 years later. I have so many great memories of that age, where are hers?
Those memories still bring a smile to my face. My DH told everyone he had 3 children (we have 2) and I was the oldest....mud pies, tents in the living room, sandcastles, hide n seek, searched for leprechauns in the bsmt on St Paddy's Day, turned the wading pool into a huge bubble bath.....
It has been said Casey was jealous of Cindy's relationship with Caylee. Casey could have changed that by paying more attention to her daughter and less attention to her cell phone. jmo

Cindy was trying to explain the decomp in the yard, and that the dogs would hit on "old blood." Greta did not correct her on it, but if I'm not mistaken, someone on NG said that cadaver dogs would not hit on anything besides human decomposition, and old blood does not fall in that category. Cindy also said the dogs hits were inconsistent... and we all know that is not true. TWO different dogs from two different counties hit on the same spots.

She told her brother Lee Anthony it was a squirrel that crawled up in the engine before telling Huizenga it was an animal stuck on the front of her car.
But, as I recall, you're right and she also said two dead squirrels crawled into the motor. Quite a trick! :D

Speaking of Cindy and incredible, remember when Cindy was going on all the cable news shows and had an answer for everything, justifying and explaining away this, that and the other thing. She always had to have the last word and she put her self out there as having all the answers, insistent on her version being the "correct" version on every point.
Well, to illustrate this character trait and to show how far it goes, I noticed in the interview with Dets. Melich and... Edwards, I think his name is, when Cindy moves across the table to look at the calendar, Melich picks her purse up from the chair to place it on the table, and explains he's moving it because some people might forget it's there, Cindy has to keep saying that a woman wouldn't forget her purse (or words to that effect). Melich says again that he moved it because he's seen it happen where people have forgotten their bag (presumably because it was out of sight)... and Cindy can't let it go she just has to come back with a comment, "No I don't think someone would forget that" (or similar verbage.)
For the life of me, I have no idea why Cindy had to be right about something like that. The guy was just moving the purse; why not just say, "Thanks," and move on? It must be maddening to live with someone like that. I played that part of the tape twice because it annoyed me so much.

Hi, Amy. Kobi has agreed to testify for the defense. Casey's attorney has to pay him... which will come out of his paycheck.. whoever is paying Baez. The family does not hire the experts.. the defense does.
Not sure whether these experts are paid by the shows themselves or what.. but when one is called a "contributor" I would assume they get a small stipend for appearing and voicing their opinions. That's just me, though.

THERE IS ONLY ONE VICTIM IN THIS ENTIRE CASE.
ONE VICTIM WHO HAS HAD NO VOICE AND NO CHOICE.
ONE VICTIM WHO HAS BEEN OVERLOOKED AND FORGOTTEN.
CAYLEE....SHE IS THE ONLY VICTIM.
Every one else has been victimized but they had a choice in what happened.

THERE IS ONLY ONE VICTIM IN THIS ENTIRE CASE.
ONE VICTIM WHO HAS HAD NO VOICE AND NO CHOICE.
ONE VICTIM WHO HAS BEEN OVERLOOKED AND FORGOTTEN.
CAYLEE....SHE IS THE ONLY VICTIM.
Please do not forget that in the midst of all the misdirection and media frenzy over dramatic content that keeps us scratching our head,. that there is a little girl not sleeping in her own bed.
Casey is comfortable. Cindy is comfortable. George is comfortable. Warm shower and hot food. Clean clothes and their own shoes.

THERE IS ONLY ONE VICTIM IN THIS ENTIRE CASE.

Amy seems to be just the type of person Casey could easily bamboozle, and thus the reason Casey latched on to her. It seems to me that all of Casey's so called "friends" were temporary and just being used.
I think young people are very easily bambozzled by their so called friends.
they tend to want to believe what their friends tell them rather then what we as experienced adults will tell them.
so many have to learn from experience.

Remember when they said Cindy said it smelt like a dead body in the damn car. Then when tapes were released she said she did not say that. I can see her saying oh, that is not my voice. LE mixed up my take with someone elses.
Yes George said he was watching the news when Casey and Caylee left, but I KNOW what he was watching and it was a cooking show. I am always right.
DNA and dogs do lie, I am the only one who knows and tells the truth.
Yes, I said Casey should be voted Mother of the Year, and I should be voted Grandmother of the year.
I have lost so much weight looking everywhere for Caylee.
Yep, like how they have all become victims, the focus isn't and has never been to find Caylee.

GREAT post! I am pretty sure the ONLY reason she is losing weight is she KNOWS her house of lies is just about ready to fall. IMO if LE doesn't charge her -they are crazy. SHE has told just as many lies and destroyed just as much evidence as Casey. She makes my blood boil. My mama died when i was young..i always feel really bad about it. Then i "meet" mama's like Cindy and think-maybe it wasn't really THAT b ad...

Amy said she talked to Cindy at 5pm while she was at the mall. Those phone calls I think reflect Amy warning Casey that Cindy was on her way. There was a text right before that I think at 5:22 from Amy to Casey.
Wow, thanks, that sure is interesting.

Why should other innocent citizens go without protection because SHE chooses NOT to tell the truth. I think its BS-and frankly i am SICK of LE coddling this family.

This is a problem for the Anthony neighborhood --- thus a problem for the Homeowner's Association to handle. The Homeowner's Association should foot the bill for whatever security they need, and they might bill the Anthonys accordingly.

Oh so true. It is so sad. I felt so sorry for George, Cindy and Lee when this was first on the news. I prayed for them. And then they spoke.

I'd guess that Casey told Amy that Amy would have Lee's old room, Casey would get her parent's room...but whose room was Caylee getting if Casey old room was going to be the storage room?
I'm sorry to come in in the middle of this but where were Casey's parents going to be? Was she making plans with Amy for when her parents gave her the house? If so, maybe the chloroform was intended to be used on C&G. She couldn't be that stupid, though - I wouldn't think.
I wonder if Casey will bother to attend the vigils now. She didn't bother last Sunday.
Casey probably thinks "they're SUCH a waste".

And in return the Anthony's will sell a few more pics..or stay at Publix a few more hours collecting donations. Pfft..i wish LE would get this over for Caylee.

JMO though and all that jazz.
I've read the thread, and Yuri does not answer questions about this case... not at all. It is mainly a support thread to him for the good job he is doing and because of his broken leg.
He did say that detectives look at websites all the time, because you never know when suspects will post someplace and drop clues.
I'm on the fence about whether it is appropriate for him to post there due to his involvement... not sure whether it will be an issue when the case comes to trial or not. But as long as he does not talk about the case, then I assume he knows what he is doing.
My son is in law enforcement. In fact, he is a detective with the sheriff's dept. here. But he won't even discuss cases with us or his wife and kids, until after the trial, especially if he knows he will have to testify in court.

No she will use appeals it won't be that quick.
I am really MAD that the LE hasn't charged her ...obviously they dont' have anything on her!!!!!!! Pulling officers from other violent areas? She just gets all kinds of protection..I am so glad my tax dollars are going to that messed up LE department. IMO LE screwed this up from the get go.I don't think they screwed up at all. They recommended a no bond for Casey until her daughter is found. I've never heard of that type of request before. The judge knew she has a right to be out on bond. He made it high, obviously a compromise on the prosecution's request.
Perhaps you missed Beary's press conference, in which he said they are working very carefully on this case. No one wants them to go into court half-cocked, and Casey getting off with no chance of retrying her. That would be double jeopardy.
As far as LE, that's their job, and the commissioners pointed out that the money is there to pay for the surveillance. The Anthonys could alleviate the situation by not going out for confrontations. Cindy likes calling the cops. She's been doing it for much longer than the present situation events.
It's a two-way street. imo

Yeah, right, Casey. She's such a freak. Hmmmmm.... maybe she was, after all, considering causing G&C's deaths.
Now my imagination's really running - what if she figured, What the hell... and experimented with the chloro on Caylee to see how effective it was, etc. (before using on G&C) and it ended up killing Caylee.

Uh oh, looks like casye's text messages back up all of Amy's transcripts to LE. What is Baez going to do with this mess:D
the o nly thing he can do is try and destroy the character of the witnesses but that will not work since there are so many that can say just about the same thing about the lies Casey told them.
Not to mention all the info that is in black and white or recorded.
Casey will never get on the stand to be able to deny anything.
Lord I would love for her to get up there and try to testify...
I think that would be almost funny if it wasn't for what she did.
Can't wait for Cindy to have to explain her contriversal statements too.
Cindy is trying to put reasonalbe doubt in people's minds that Jessie could have killed Caylee but that is not going to wash either.
Baez will have to try and make the jury believe that the forensic evidence is not what it really is....I do hope that they pick a jury
that have some brains and sense of practical logic and will see through all the defense's Gobbly Gook.

Good Morning ALL! I escaped my "TIME OUT" to say that like him or not, Cindy is what Dr. Phil would call a RIGHT FIGHTER. It amazes me that she can't seem to SEE that when it's so obviously pinpointed by most of you early on?
Imagine a Right Fighters frustration, having a daughter like PPoF, that lies and does everything just the opposite of right? My gosh, no wonder we need the new AA Group (Anthonys Anon) One day, mayyyybe, Cindy will see that admitting you have a problem is the FIRST step to recovery?

But they agreed until Lee advised otherwise.
Why did they initially agree??
Why did Lee advise differently??
Why did they 'go along' with Lee? (vs. clearing 'themselves')?
What was that "changing of the minds conversation"??

Where did she use this chloroform??
No one saw a girl holding something over the face of a child??
Once she used this chloroform, and placed her in the trunk (lets saw for a few days, at least two...before the 'shovel' occurance)...
no one saw a girl placing a child into the trunk?
What's the track record for the time between 1-8pm on the 16th?? Anyone know? Phone records, pings, text, etc??She could have looked like she was changing a diaper. Lots of moms do that in the back of the car. There were diapers in the car. imo

/rant
Am I mistaken or did Casey not leave her purse in the car when she had Tony pick her up? LOL

True. And if you notice, NG is already morphing into covering other cases. She does not devote the entire program to this case now. I bet Cindy would absolutely shrivel up if it goes quiet now. But that might be all it takes to get them stirred up again.
