ITA with you I can;t keep up. I come here everyday to see if they have found caylee. to see if casey is back in jail. wish they would lock her back up. Don't post a lot but read a whole lot. I wish they would put casey back in jail. I wish people would not send money to the a's until we find out the truth in this case. I just believe in my heart the a;s know casey did something to caylee. They or covering for casey now. trying to keep her out of jail. I understand what the attorney is doing or trying to do and prove but it does look bad.

I think he is going to try and show that if the Anthony's can claim they are getting donations for a search fun etc knowing that Casey was responsible then ZFG can have one to show that she needs help with her expenses too.

Not sure how this will play out but I think having her sign up for government assistance would show better than what they are doing setting up a fund.

I may be wrong about the reasons for this. It doesn't say what teh fund is for but just alludes to what she has suffered.

People arenot going to want to help her if they don't get specific information as to what the fund money is going to be used for.

I commend her for her law suit because I do believe she has suffered because of this. I just don't think the Attorney is going about this the right way and not giving specifics as to what the money will be used for.

If it's to cover her legal fees then Why did he take the case? If it's to help her with her kids etc then it might be more receptive. Know what i mean?

I think you're right about combining these latest charges with the existing ones.

What will be interesting is if the state charges her with something else before November and drops the neglect charge but keeps the lying and fraud charges. I wonder if the trial will proceed or if they'll regroup to remove the witnesses and evidence pertaining to the neglect.

Well,Dunnie said she "scarred" her daughter at age 2 for life from seeing her Grandparent or GGP in a nursing home" I am not on Cindy's side by any means, but should we forever stop the grandchildren from visiting a nursing home to see ANYONE? I have reminded my grandchild to kiss and hug a relative, yes she was reminded, and she will or she won't depending on her 2 1/2 yr mood, or was she just being cranky from needing a nap? Caylee wasn't forced. Was this GGF a threat to Caylee? No, he's a GGD that wanted to see and feel affection from his daughters grandchild. I have seen this video many times, I see nothing wrong with it. I'm disabled with a almost 3 yr. old grandaughter and grandson, when I become completely crippled, should they not see me for fear , or do you teach them that people get old they need a still need a hug and kiss. Leave Cindy out of this video,then it beomes a normal video between a elderly person and a 2 1/2 yr old. Normally I agree with you, this I can't. I've worked in a nursing home, they live to see family. JMO

If you're expressing your opinion, you don't need a link, but you need to indicate it is your opinion. Most of us use acronyms like MOO (matter of opinion), JMO (just my opinion) or IMO (in my opinion) or something similar. Or state "I think" or "I believe" when you say it so there's no doubt as to if it's your opinion rather than a fact.

But, if you state something as fact about the case or one of the principals in the case, you need a link to back it up.

My Granny was in long term care years ago. My mom and 2 sisters worked @ the hospital/long term care complex. When my nephews spent a couple of weeks each summer w/mom, she would sometimes take them to work w/her. They spent enjoyable hours w/Granny and the other old folk. Granny and the other old folk (for the most part, as long as the kids didn't get too rowdy) enjoyed having them and other youngsters around, paying attention to them.

The boys were 5 or so, but my 2 sisters kids were often @ the long term care from the time they were really little tykes. None of them seem carry any scars from being exposed to old, infirm folk in their formative years.

Someone also said that Annie Downing was her "best friend" or "closest friend" and there has been very little about her. I believe that she may have said something important also. I believe she lived at Sawgrass Apt. along with a friend named Dante. Cannot remember the last name.

Kristina Chester was her 'good friend' who said she last saw casey AND cayle on June 12 or June 13.

Matt Crisp has a friend who lives in Sawgrass. Katie Robinson.
She knows Casey from school but they are not 'friends'.
