This is THE key peice of evidence they need. I'm hoping that Casey did not place Caylee in diffent dumpsters.
If that's the case, she may never be found :(

So far that is the way it looks, exactly like the Trenton case, to this day, as far as I know he has never been found, and i believe that Melinda got rid of him also.

No, given the hot, wet climate in Florida, decomposition is quick and often complete. If she was going to be found without her mother's help, it would have had to have been before now. By this time her physical remains are likely gone.
I am afraid that her mother will never pay for Calley's death specifically though LE may be able to prosecute her for related charges. I find solace in the belief that Calley is with God :rose: and that her mother will ultimately have to answer for what happened to her; if not in this life, then in the next.

I don't think Caylee's body will ever be found. Casey probably threw the body in a dumpster, maybe the one closest to where-ever it was that she abandoned the car.
But look at the Mark Hacking case. They knew within a relatively short time that Lori's body was tossed in a dumpster, they knew which dumpster and the waste management company knew what section of the land fill that the dumpster was emptied. Yet it took two months and dozens of searchers to find.. pieces. They never found all of Lori. If that's all they can find of a full grown adult, I just don't see, at this point, that there's much hope for finding Caylee so that poor little thing can have the decent burial she deserves.

It's 3 months since she "disappeared"... a small body in such a vast area to search... exposed to the elements... I just shudder to think. It seems hopeless, but I believe in hope.
Besides, Casey may think she's smart, but IMO she should think again, even though it probably hurts too much. She's getting more and more tangled up in her own diabolical web of lies and her friends are discovering more and more just what she is and how she treats people.
Someone knows something. One day it will come out and Caylee will be found. I just hope it's soon. I was going to say she needs to be brought home, but stopped in mid-sentence. She deserves much better.
JMHO...

We will never find Caylee unless her "mother" tells where she put her body, but I can't imagine that ever happening. IMO:flamemad:

There is always the "hope" that they find this precious child's remains...but without the 'evil one' telling where she is at..it gets dimmer day by day !

The only way we ever find out is when Caylee cops to it for a man 2 plea.
She serves 3-7 , is out in 2 and a half with time served, and that's that.

This to me is the WORST part of this.... just leaving her little body out somewhere to rot.... how can you hate someone that much??? So much that you could toss your child out like garbage and never look back.
Yeah I know it's just her 'body' but her little soul is looking down and sees that the people looking for her aren't the ones who really should care about her..... that's heartbreaking to me!

Sadly, I think she will not be found. Casey had too much of a head start and the wee one is so very small.
At this point, I hope that they have enough evidence to charge Casey with murder. And I hope it's a long trial with hundreds of witnesses. I want her to have to sit in that courtroom (hopefully knowing that it is televised) and listen to person after person testifying to her lies and manipulations. I want her to have to sit there and listen to it without the opportunity to respond. I want her family to sit in the gallery and listen to the testimony that conflicts with their own as the dots are connected.
I want that cold hearted witch to be exposed. Naked and exposed for what she is.
It's not enough I know. But it's a start.
My own opinion of course.

I don't think her body will be found. I believe it is buried beneath thousands of pounds of trash in the local landfill.
Since Casey gave herself a 31 day head start on law enforcement, she allowed four weeks worth of trash to be piled on top of her daughters precious mortal remains, IMHO.

No. Too much time has passed and between the heat and the rainy weather it seems like so much is against it. There are so many children that are never found, like Trenton and Natalie Halloway. How can she get away with this? I dispise Casey so much for hurting this precious child.

Sadly, I don't think she ever will be found. IMO, the odious creature dumped this poor baby's body in an alligator-infested lake or swamp, thus insuring no evidence . This is precisely why she has such an arrogant attitude. However, there is still hope a case can be brought about by circumstantial evidence. We all pray for justice and for this sweet child.
No. I do not think that Caylee will ever be found.
It would take a near miracle of happen stance for that to happen.
Sadly.
I also think, that this is why no one is even looking for her.
It's beyond a needle in a haystack- with the weather, the gators- etc.
Nevertheless- It is heartbreaking to know-that she was probably disposed of like so much trash.
Rest In Peace Caylee- There are more people sending you love-then you can ever know. :rose:

I try to think the best about people, but in this case,I feel this little beautiful little girl will never be found. For one,the woman is way too cocky, like she knows theres no way LE will ever find her,she had a 31 day head start to cover her a**. i tried to think at first she did not hurt her baby girl, but once LE talked to the nanny, who she swore took the precious girl,I felt she did hurt her baby girl. She has done something with her and I pray LE will find her

I believe that Casey made sure that Caylee's remains would never be found. Waiting a full month to announce her missing ensured that, too.
I don't think the prosecutor needs a body to go forward with a murder trial. There is enough evidence for any juror to see this.

I'm going to keep praying they will find her remains.
Laci and Conner came home from that HUGE ocean.
As far as Casey going down for this...there is no perfect crime
Sociopaths are so confident that they over look that fact.
Perry March comes to mind..he's where he should be & they never found Mrs. March.
God have mercy on all the murdering
lying souls is all I can say

Texas EquuSearch Returning To Orlando
http://www.cfnews13.com/News/Local/2008/10/4/texas_equusearch_restarting_search_for_caylee.html ?refresh=1
ORLANDO -- Texas Eqqusearch could be back in the city as early as the end of next week to restart the search for Caylee.
Equusearch Deputy Director Mandy Albritton said they will be working on a case in North Carolina. Then they plan to come back to Orlando.
Albritton said Sheriff Kevin Beary has made it very clear that he wants Texas Equusearch to come back and finish the job.
If Caylee can possibly be found, these are the ones who will do it! :patriot:

Could an alligator have eaten the remains? I don't mean to sound gross, but is that possible. This is in Florida.

remains will ever be found; sadder yet, I dont think there is much remaisn left of Caylee; I don't even like to think about it, how Casey made sure there wouldn't be any or few remains (i think of the gas cans); this is why right from the beginning Casey has been smirky, snarky, arrogant and downright nasty, while thumbing her nose at the police; she knows they will never find Caylee. Casey face is the face of evil; she is even worse than someone like Susan Smith, who cracked and told the truth finally. Casey will never crack.

My prayer is that Caylee will be found. I do not believe we will find her, This mutha is too cocky as she struts her stuff. she knows she is gone forever (imo). I cannot even let my mind or fingers go there. do we think she would toss her somewhere to eventually be found.?? She is very savvy, very smart, the o.J. type. "try me, question me, I have all the answers, I am no dummy. She is gone, so prove what you think I did. It was not me, don;t know where she is, I gotcha " I think Casey is very clever, very resoursful, and very conceited. her brother strikes me the same way. I pray so hard that I am wrong, and that this child is found, so that we can guarantee a conviction.
