I hope if Hanna's stepfather/mom's boyfriend, had a hand in this, that he also gets found out.
He made Hannah sleep downstairs, alone that night even though she was afraid to be seperated from her sisters. He was the first one to suggest that, "That boy down the street did it." It seems that he knew from the beginning who did it. I just hope the wheels of justice don't miss anything here.

There seemed to be a lot of things NOT RIGHT w/that family but my god to find your daughter hanging has got to cut you to the core and that is something I don't think you could ever heal from..... tho I'm glad a sibling didn't find her....

He's capable of tearing out a metal partition bolted to concrete, and his attorneys feel safe w/him unshackled during their conferences? I see this was in September, guess I will read on to see if they got this motion--and if all his defense team is still alive and functioning fully.

If this kid's story is true, seems Dogmatic was spot on with her reaction to "stepdaddy." I hope she hadn't had to suffer thru his "attention" prior to her murder.

I remember this little girl. Everyone was saying it was her parents, and it was the neighbor in the end.

I didn't suspect the family members but the more came out about stepdaddy and his child porn the more I couldn't help but wonder if he was involved too. I still think he was involved.

It makes me sick that we could have so many pedophiles in this country and cases like this coming across the newswires almost daily. Something has to be done to make the punishment for these crimes so much more substantial.

We can put someone in prison on a lifeterm for nonviolent offenses, yet we can't even keep a pedophile locked up for 20 years.

Well if the guy is telling the truth, the boyfriend should get nothing less than the death penalty.


Well, he said he didn't rape Hannah, but the dna test results tell a different story, so although I'm inclined to think the "boyfriend of the Mom" was somehow involved, we may need more than a liars testimony to convict him.
