Back to my new imerging theory.

June 16th Casey makes calls trying to get baby sitter to go see Tony L that night.(flury of calls)
No luck with anyone watching Caylee on a week night, she uses chloroform to put caylee to sleep and leaves her in the trunk.
Casey and Tony spend the evening kicking it, watching a movie.
Casey returns to car to find a noresponsive child in trunk.
Casey decides to wait till both parents are at work on the 17th and stage an accidental drowning.
Casey backs car into driveway and takes Caylee out of trunk and into backyard, wrapped in blanket, lays her on the ground, stages the pool ladder.
She may have tried changing her clothes by the pool, so she wouldn't be in outfit that GA last saw her in.
She notices that there is discoloration or pooling of blood and her drowning accident won't work.
Casey borrows shovel from neighbor to bury her in yard, starts to dig a hole, she either hears the dogs and changes her mind because of dogs or just can't dig deep enough hole.
She then returns Caylee to the car to dispose of her in a different location.

Family members of missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony plan to hold a prayer vigil for the little girl tonight, one week after they cancelled the weekly event to help "bring peach back to the neighborhood."

Anthony family spokesman Larry Garrison announced Sunday afternoon that there will be a vigil for Caylee Anthony at 8:30 p.m. outside the Anthony home. Last week's vigil was cancelled after protesters clashed with family members in the days leading up to the vigil.

An e-mailed announcement said the family is "appreciative of the respect that has been given to them recently, and feels that the vigil should be resumed."

Three-year-old Caylee Anthony has been missing since June. The case has spiraled into a national media phenomenon and has attracted protesters to the home.

"We ask the public to keep looking for Caylee alive and or any manner that one sees fit," Garrison said.

its really amazing that individuals would believe that cindy had no clue 'what kind of person' casey was. she was already checking into things about her with Ryan....weeks before she left the home she told Ryan she stole from her mother. and other things. she shared NEGATIVE information about Casey.

but one thing I feel strongly about: the anthonys COULD NOT STOP HER FROM LEAVING THE HOME.

but after she left:

if they had chosen not to 'wait it out', Caylee might still be alive if they would have tracked Casey down at the first instance she used the credit card. IF it was a fact, she took the cards without her mother's knowledge.

they could have called the police at that time if the cc was indeed stolen and they wanted to get caylee back to them. it also could have been a roundabout way of locating Casey. and perhaps not press charges, but find her, at the least.

simply leaving the home with her own child is not grounds for calling the police....she is an adult.

now, it gets a little hairy: did cindy give her the cards or not?

she claims at least one was stolen (the nite of the 911 call, as she goes thru her wallet)....she claims on 911 that she has 'bank statements" that her daughter stole from her and wanted her arrested.

so...thats the really big question: TRUTH OR LIES ABOUT THE CREDIT CARDS AND BANK STATEMENT.

George says yes, Cindy does not share that with LE. She acknowledges about receipts, but still does not utter one word that she stole money from her and the cc's.

You make a good point although i don't think that's the ONLY reason but it does seem that it could be ONE of the reasons. I've tried very hard in the beginning of MY following this case to give them the benefit of the doubt but I really don't see how any grandparent can do and act the way that these people have to save thei daughter over finding the truth and justice for their grandchild.

Cindy almost had me convinced she gave a care when she told Yuri that she didn't car where Casey was at she just wanted Caylee back.

I hope I have been wrong about them since their actions have changed my mind abotu them. I really do. I hope my initial opinion of them is correct but I don't think it is. At this point at least.

I'm wondering why anyone would give $$$ to the Anthony's?? Seriously...if someone wanted to help, wouldn't they give to missing children organizations in general??? How about Texas Equisearch, who could use the money after hurricane Ike's destruction of their headquarters? :shrug:

Yes the HOA requested that they not hold the vigils in front of their house any more. Something about all it did was entice the protests. This is how much the Anthonys care about their neighborhood. The neighborhood that was willing to take on the first amendment on their behalf so the protesters would leave them alone.

Oh, and she didn't have her calendar on Greta either but she could roll off dates like nobody's bidness. Go figure. :shrug:

Me either..I let my son sit in jail for 2 months for a DWI, I would not even get him out for that...He got time served and a fine in the end, but he didn't come and lay his head on my pillows and eat my food till he paid his dues..He would call me everyday. collect from the jail you know..After a month, I would just not accept the calls...When he paid his dues, I got him a ride home..

Case and Brittany exchanged text messages at 11:30 am on July 16th. If we believe that the searches on Myspace were on July 16th, they were at 12:03pm. Also at 12:02pm her Cellphone account was accessed.

Does anyone have the times of Casey interview at Universal? Time she was arrested and times she was driven around on the Casey field trip?

more so perhaps, and imo, since cindy is an RN, and as such, had to take psych classes, complete a psych clinical rotation, and pass the (national) nursing board exam, which includes a section re psych. even nurses who do not practice psych nursing after graduation would know the signs/symptoms/behaviorial 'flags' associated with sociopathic (and other) personality disorders.

cindy's nursing education and training would tend to support that she chose that word deliberately based on casey's prior behaviors.
imo, cindy did tell casey's friends that casey was a sociopath in part to regain control (and that was probably a pattern of behavior that both cindy and casey had fallen into over the years)- but the fact that she used the word "sociopath" (rather than just compulsive liar and thief) leads me to think that cindy was highly suspicous that casey actually was sociopathic.

They are trying to keep Casey from profiting off of ZFG's name if she were ever given money for her story and uses ZFG. Also the attorney said GA and CA and Casey would have to give depositions and that might get things turned up in the case faster than LE and prosecutors are getting them now.

Should watch the videoo of ZFG's attorney. It's inormative as far as the law suit goes.

The civil trial will not preceed the criminal trial.

Impartial made a great post the other day about the civil claim. I highly recommend reading it. It might get dismissed before it ever gets to the deposition phase. Any one can file a lawsuit. Whether the case has merit and if the court will consider the subject matter is another story.

I tend to trust George. In his interview he said Cindy made him go back to work after the 911 calls on July 15th. Why? Caylee missing wasnt important enought for him to knock off work for a day or two? Cindy said on the 24th that Zenida was to be released, but lo & behold they found a big cut behind her and had to give her stitches plus she was vomiting and a bunch of other junk. The interviewer reminder her that was the same day that Casey returned to the house and gave GA the gas cans. Then Cindy said she must be a day off or something like that. I think she said that Casey, Caylee, Juliette, Juliette's child, Zenida and Raquel went down on the 20th. Zenida and Raquel were babysitting the two children while Casey and Juliette were working. Casey's work was paying all the expenses.

As I have stated before, Casey should have written books with that kind of imagination!

Here is your post. I assumed you were summarizing what the lawyer said would go down. My bad IF the lawyer stated what you posted, he is worse than Baez, IMO. That is absolutely ridiculous that ANY lawyer would make that claim. I sniff another 15 minute man. Just what this case needed.

Cindy said on the 24th that Zenida was to be released, but lo & behold they found a big cut behind her and had to give her stitches plus she was vomiting and a bunch of other junk. The interviewer reminder her that was the same day that Casey returned to the house and gave GA the gas cans. Then Cindy said she must be a day off or something like that. I think she said that Casey, Caylee, Juliette, Juliette's child, Zenida and Raquel went down on the 20th. Zenida and Raquel were babysitting the two children while Casey and Juliette were working. Casey's work was paying all the expenses.

As I have stated before, Casey should have written books with that kind of imagination!

Okay, people have been hauled in, charged with murder and convicted because a huge spot of blood was detected because of the use of luminol.

I am real sure that if Caylee died in that trunk, and the air samples came back positive for decomp, I mean putting two and two together, Caylee is dead and Casey is still able to have a bit of freedom, I am not getting that part, why are they allowing her to have any luxuries if she killed or is responsible for her childs death if they know for sure the child is dead?

Do you think they have thought about the future? If and that is a big IF Casey were not to do any prison time, what would their life be like? Casey already has a bad reputation, not to mention that of CA. It is possible that Casey would no be able to get employment (should she try). So it would also seem possible that she would continue to live at home. The men she would be able to convince to date her may not be the upstanding type that CA seems to think Casey should have been dating (I mean Jesse Grund whose father is a pastor) was shady to her. I don't speak about the intentions of any poster. FWIW, I first of Sammy while reading the AL posts at another bd. There were many posters there asking "who is sammy"? I had no idea who Sammy was until I read upthread that is was a dog. Thanks to whomever provided that info here. I guess the answer has spread back to the other bd by now.

Well, I just am not going to call anyone strange because they may have a different religious take on things than I do. That is all I really know about him. Most all his online stuff is of the religious nature. In the interviews, I have seen of him. He seems very polite to Casey.

My parents brought me up to be respectful of such things. I honor my parents by honoring they way I was taught by them.

Sammy is the Rottweiler that is in the pictures of Caylee as a baby. Mr Grund believes that Sammy is with Caylee because the beloved dog died recently.

June 16th phone calls from Casey to her parents(do we know where those were pinged from) bet it was the anthony house.
I think the broken arm, the laceration behind the ear, and the "concussion"/ head injury could have come from a child being accidentally run over by a car.
The child dies, the idiot mother is scared and desperatly tries to contact someone to tell her what to do.When nooone answers she tosses body in the trunk, drives around for awhile making up a story, decides to go home, no one there yet so burys child in back yard, leaves to get her head straight. At a later date digs child up and disposes of the body as she realizes that due to not calling the authorities she is in trouble
This of course will never stand up in court as party girl has lied too much and allowed to much time to elapse to explain it as an accident. Least she will get is manslaughter

I believe LE has enough evidence that will prove Caylee is gone. I also believe they are waiting on the Grand Jury to come back with an indictment for murder.LE is releasing all of this info because Baez requested it. Due to the Sunshine Law everything Baez requests becomes public knowledge.
