No matter how many times I watch her "interviews" it makes me sick. That woman is crazy. Plain and simple, she's out of her mind and Caylee's disappearance had nothing to do with it. I didn't think that nefarious when I've heard him do so ( I haven't heard the new audio yet). I still cannot say my little Angels name without my voice breaking and tearing up....sometimes one must put some removal there just to deal with the pain.
In some circumstances it would bother me to hear a child depersonalized...but not now from George...his voice breaks & strains anytime I have heard him talk about Caylee.

I do agree with you....using the 'term' 'that little girl', Ive used it in reference to my son "that boy'....so no, nothing wierd about it to me.

I do however feel when he was speaking of himself, his job, etc. it wasnt in the same 'mode' as cindy.....it was more of way to put himself at ease, talking about something 'good' in that moment of time.

cindy is a different mode altogether...she behaves that way all of the time....too many words without substance to detract from the matter at hand.

Nope. I honestly believe Casey came up with that story because Amy was in a car wreck and was injured etc during the tim Casey was lying to her mother about the Nanny and Juliette etc.

The idea of the wreck may have come from Amy's. But specific injuries to a body came from another source.
Zanny- concussion, diffuculty breathing, laceration behind ear
Raquel- Broken upper arm (common in child abuse cases)
This string of lies started on June 16 until the 24th (getting busted with gas can day) Amy totaled her car earlier in the month

Ibelive his story to LE was the truth abotu what happened that day. I also believe Caylee was in the trunk on the 24th when GA got the gas cans back.

Kakax was kind of enough to post the entire list on the earlier thread. It sounds like her lawyer put her up to joining these groups for 'show'. I doubt it'll work for her defense. Too little; too late.

Concerning the gas can incident. Apparently the car was not smelly at that time or George would have surely noticed it. It also doesn't seem likely that Casey would have driven it to her parent's house if it was giving off that odor either.

I think he knows what happened at that point and I think he is protecting CA at that time from a nervous break down.

I will tell you one thing, I sure do NOT believe GA had anything to do with what happened, but his statement sure has me wondering of CA accidently helping casey and not knowing what she may have been doing. Like loaning her the car.

In the GVS interview and the LE interview, he said that Casey did not want him to look in the trunk. In the LE interview he said Casey got them out and gave them to him. In the GVS interview, he said she was ahead of him going to the car. Maybe he just worded in differently in the two interviews. If he had said the exact same thing in the two interviews, some people probably would say "He had it memorized." JMO

If there was a slight odor it could have been masked by the smell of the gas also. And they were outside so wind direction would be a factor. But Casey DID NOT want him in the trunk, gas cans aside.

Kind of extreme, EXCEPT if Caylee was in the trunk at the time and she was diverting his attention away from it.

I also just listened to Cindy's mother's interview. Another fib by Cindy comes out. Remember when Cindy said that Caylee had called Cindy's mother? Didn't happen. She got 2 calls that sounded like a kid jibber jabbing as she says and they actually sounded like they were taped.

She was asked if she ever thought it was Caylee and she said, No I would be lying if I said that.

I was also shocked by her openness about what may have happened. She said at one point that maybe Casey just "snapped".

It was hard going for me too, until I realized that she was mostly repeating whatever Casey had told her. I posted my thoughts on the afternoon thread, just before it closed. For me the most important part of the interview was just before the tape cuts off. The det. is holding onto Cindy's hands, as if trying to "ground" her. What she says then shows genuine anguish, in my opinion.

(A little venting here: gosh I wish I had EVERY interview organized on my hard drive, NO videos, ALL transcripts only......I HATE watching videos and trying to catch things. I agree with you. And the more i think on it i think Casey had a point when she nfirst said...'all they are thinking about is Caylee' because Cindy knew for years and years her daughter had a problem and she never sought help for it. The only time she consulted a councelor was after a huge amount of money was taken and when she felt threatened losing the child she had coerced out of her daughter. in other words she didn't give a damm about her daughter she was using her and still is.

I totally agree that she would find out she is a pariah... Im just thinking she isnt as tough as she is putting up a front on. The "missing child" incident she has put into some compartment and deemed it as "didnt happen".... or whatever people like her do to make themselves okay with the things they have done.

I don't know why they are acting as they are but I've had this crazy idea for the past few days that just won't go away. George, being former LE, KNOWS how inmates charged with child abuse, or worse, are treated by the other inmates. Didn't Casey leave her purse in the car when it was abandoned? In video tape Cindy's interview, an officer places Cindy's purse on the table and said he didn't want her to leave without it. Cindy responded that "women don't leave their purses in their cars or other places". Zing. If a woman does happen to leave her purse in the care, it's not out in plain view. Casey wanted the car stolen with the purse, with the car seat, with the baby doll.

Also, I keep thinking, who claimed Caylee on their taxes. If parents, grandparents, guardians are providing primary support and maintenance on a child, they claim the child on their taxes. Cindy was paying for the medical bills, clothing. Did Cindy claim her???? :confused:
