I have known people who lied occasionally and families that had a few liars in them, but NEVER have I EVER had intimate knowledge of a whole family like this that lies like they do. To the outsiders this family looks so all-american- till they open their mouths. And here I sit so worried the impression my family gives my neighbors- jeez, thanks Anthonys, I now realize how normal my family is. It must have been evident they were not desireable to have as friends, since the whole neighborhood didn't associate with them before and definately can't stand them now, I would imagine. Me? I would be praying so hard everynight the Anthonys would move. I am not even a neighborly neighbor, don't really hang out w/ my neighbors, but we are all speaking terms and stop in the street occasionally and chat. One family has a couple parties every year and we go. I just can't imagine such people on my street. I am just aghast, I guess.


That whole house tells lie after lie. Lee is probably the most honest and I thought he was quite candid and open with LE but a bit big for his britches. I think they fed each other lies all the time and it was easier to accept the lies then the truth on anything for years and years. What they are struggling with now is that they are frustrated that the rest of the world doesn't operate that way. They probably lie about little things around associates and co-workers but it never bites them back. Perhaps many realized it but figured it wasn't worth the time or avoided them. Come to think of it, they don't seem to have many friends.

I am not sure that the Anthony's said Ortiz, I think it was message board users that found him and because he died in an accident (which was something Casey had told someone) they assumed it was him. I could be wrong.


You aren't wrong. When the obit story came out posters started looking at obits of males in the area that had died and came up with Ortiz. Casey never said his name and Cindy said she didn't remember the name on the obit.

Afte watching cindy Part 1 and Part 2, I just cannot cut her any more slack on the denial front. Death and terrible things happen every day and one suffering a loss doesn't want to accept it. Years ago a policeman came to our front door to tell us my father had committed suicide. My first words were No, No, No. I didn't want to accept but unfortunately it was the truth.

It is just beyond any understanding to be sitting with a detective, holding your hand, explaining truth to you in a kind way, and yet you deny the truth and circumvent LE's investigation. I'm incredulous at Cindy's statements, particularly in Part 2, and am unable to extend any sympathy to her.

I'm only beginning to delve into todays information released...but two things seem aparent to me
1). Cindy lies as much as casey...even by contradicting herself...she is like a Kleptomaniac but with lies ( can't think of the term this sec.)...it is like she can't help herself. Casey's lies can be dumb, but hers are purposeful a least. Cindy just tells such meaningless fibs at times...
2). There is definitely enough to charge murder, I think there is likely nearly enough total ( what we haven't seen) to get the DP ( not a DP fan myself though)...IMO, they are trying to wait for remains to clinch the DP. I don't see any other reason to wait much longer. Getting a Homicide charge should be easy w/this info., but getting the DP is much harder when dealing w/a jury....I think they want the ultimate proof of criminality and premeditation.

I don't see why they would wait a few weeks for the arrest, unless they are trying to give a chance for her to capitulate and take LE to the body. That would save the expense of a trial. Maybe they are throwig out a red herring and plan to "surprise" her with an arrest sooner?

If, however, Casey did describe an injury in that detail, it is because she has observed it...a typical way of relieving oneself of the burden the truth is laying on the psyche....tell a partial truth to aid inrationalizing the memory until it becomes totally depersonalized. That injury WAS Caylee's almost w/o a doubt. The Psych.s working this case know it too.
A fall, being hit by a car, being struck with an object, or getting hit as someone attmepted to revive her from something ( drugging?) could all result in the vomiting, breathing probs., trouble breathing, blacking out.

Wow I have been reading for days. I have not yet watched any of the feeds, haven't gotten to that yet.
I have read and re-read the posts and some say that they feel that Casey used chloroform to knock out little Caylee and put her in the trunk until morning. I have thought this as well, from the get go.
My question is did CSI have to test the trunk of the car for chloroform specifically to get a positive or negative result? Or would this chemical just stand out? I wonder what prompted LE to look for chloroform? Maybe it was the computer searches found on Caseys computer?

If this was becoming a habit for Casey to knock out Caylee by placing a rag over her mouth and nose would Caylee have memory of the rag being put over her mouth? If so, she had to of mentioned it to Grandma(Cindy) what mommy was doing? Anyone?

I firmly believe that there will be an arrest in this crime even without a body, JMO, if we the public are privy to all this information just imagine what all LE has under there hat!
