I think it was accidental drowning. I think Casey and Caylee went back to the house after George left for work on the 17th and that is when it happened. I think Casey initially panicked, hence the flurry of phone calls to her parents. She couldn't reach them and had a chance to think the situation out and decided to try to hide what happened and deal with the where is Caylee when it came up. Why she would not call 911 is a bit of a mystery but Casey herself is a mystery so I don't read too much into the fact she did not. I also think she may have had the chloroform for whatever purposes young people use it for now. But I think she used it in the trunk trying to rid the odor or the stain. This is, of course, all my own opinion.

Not positive but I think it's what Caylee may have called Cindy. I think we will find out through Cindy's interview if it is. IMOI am certain I read that Caylee called Cindy "CiCi"...I don't have a link though...I liked Landies suggestion of it perhaps being one of the doggies!:)

I couldn't keep listening to it. The sound quality hurts my head, lol. From what I did hear, LE is pretty soft on Cindy. Just letting her talk alot to get information. She mentions Casey working many times and nobody calls her on it.

I think it shows that when he heard this on the news and put two and to together, that he felt compelled to search ofr it...thatbhe did think itmight be relevant. I also think it says good thigs about how concientious he was...things have been said here about why he didn't call the police, etc.....someone not on the up and up just does not jump in the trash to secure what they think may be evidence. He may have called it in regardless, but only someone really concerned with doing the right thing would go dig in the trash for that to protect it IMO.
Tow man's credibilty is high with me.

None of Casey's friends saw Caylee after the 15th. Where was she?

Also I think that something major went down on the 3rd that is the day Cindy wrote about "Caylee Missing" and then also that was the day that Casey was out with friends and Lee called and was coming to get her and she told her friends that she wanted to leave. Then she puts that pic up on or about the same day that she writes the Everybody Lies, Everybody Dies on her myspace.

I can't but I do think that the family "knew" on July 3rd that something major happened with Caylee just not the extent. Why would Cindy write that, why would Lee be coming to get her and Casey wanting to take off before he got there? Then a few days later write the Everybody lies/dies?

It is possible that Cindy had reached a point where she was venting her frustration about not seeing Caylee on that day and had called Lee demanding that he reach Casey and do something about it. That explains why she got so upset thinking that she was about to be busted by Lee and getting all introspective about death, loss etc forcing her to re-enter reality and what she had been pretending didnt happen.

Maybe they typed the date wrong. Who knows. I think we are missing a lot of things here. I hope they get Cindy's interview up before much longer. Of course I'm sure it will just confuse us more.

I'm with you...I think she planned to do this, whether in the split seconds before she did it or weeks/months in advance, she planned to end Caylee's life. It didn't just happen, she realizes the accident, goes into cover up and body dumping mode and then parties like its 1999 with her friends. Accidential deaths don't cause you to act that way, IMO.

I think this is where I always stumble when considering what "premeditated" means. I've been told it can happen in the flash of a few seconds --- as long as it takes the mind to form a thought --- but I always think of premeditation as a process of planning the how, when and where. Not necessarily so, apparently.

OK, XChris stutz says she came by on 7/17 w/o Caylee...driving a dark Suv ( jeep cherokee) w/ NY plates ( I'd assume thats Anthony/TonE's?)....maybe the 17th. 18th, or 19th...geesh! another guy she had waiting in the wings..interesting that he thinks he saw her running on the 15th of July, and even texts her but she denies it. I wouldn't text someone about seeing them unless i was fairly sure, could be nothing though.

She did a search on 6/12 as well. Since Cindy nor Lee had ever heard of Zenaida at this point, pretty much narrows down who did that search. Also speaks to a little bit of pre-meditation at least on pinning Caylee's disappearance on this Zenaida. JMO

I am reading Mr. Birch's statements right now and came back on just to comment on this fact! Geroge tells Birch AT THE TIME he is picking the car up that he...
1.-knows it was towed from the Amscot.
2.-knows it sat there three days.
How in the blazes would he know not only those two facts w/o Birch first telling him, AND know to bring gas? I think he or Lee had to haev been in contact with Casey when the letter was recieved...maybe after the fight that the car towing brought on, she just turned off her phone or refused to answer it to them and thus Cindy came searching for her...???...something fishy for certain about georges comments at the tow yard!
And the description of the odor...I think we can now see that it was nasty, but seemed to be mostly contained inside the car. How the HECK did George drive that car home?...what went through his head?

All of that information could have been contained in the letter they received informing them that their car had been towed. I would imagine that the letter would inform them off how they got the car and how long it had been there, as well as how long it had been at the place it was towed from(i.e. reason for car being towed).

You are missing the 6/12 search for Zenaida. As well, the reason, IMO, that the IM to Mark Hawkins was included was because of the photo of him that they could not identify except for the name on his shirt. They then went to those IM messages to prove that this Hawkins was in fact that Mark Hawkins that was enlisted in the Army. At least that's what my interpretation of the findings were.

I am reading Mr. Birch's statements right now and came back on just to comment on this fact! Geroge tells Birch AT THE TIME he is picking the car up that he...
1.-knows it was towed from the Amscot.
2.-knows it sat there three days.
How in the blazes would he know not only those two facts w/o Birch first telling him, AND know to bring gas? At that point she's believing Casey's nanny kidnap story.....of course she's going to be trying to find that nanny. In fact, this search makes it MORE credible IMO that Cindy did believe the story at first anyway. I doubt she would have gone so far as to execute multiple searches on Z. just for show.

Did you all read Anthony Rusciano's interview? Casey refers to Caylee as a snot head. :( I think that is sad or maybe I am reading too much into it. I just would never call my child a snot head, maybe a sibling when I was younger, but not my baby.

I agree. A phrase my parents taught me as a teenage was " You become like those you spend time with." and you can see that with this family. But what sticks out from all the interviews the phrase everyone keeps saying is "Casey told me this and Casey told me that" Everything Casey speaks is lie. She doesn't seem to quite get the purpose of the interview, which is to extract MEANINGFUL information in order to build a TIMELINE. I've never heard anyone babble away about so much inconsequential carp in my life.

I wish the detectives would tell her to focus, because she gets herself and them way the heck off track with all the non-essential details she keeps going on and on about. Like right now, she has to describe every minute detail of Caylee's swim vest, how it goes on, when it goes on, and now we're discussing another vest ... ARRRGGHHHH.

Who does this? Is this nerves? Exhaustion? Trying to make an impression on LE? Trying to confuse with non-essential information to distract LE from asking important questions?

OK...Please note that this is completely w/o science!:)...I just Right clicked on several old files on my computer, and the top/first date that comes up in the properties is date created, the following are date modified and last accessed..

For example, when I clicked on a document, I saw:
Created: and the date I first wrote the doc.
Modified: and the day I made changes.
Acessed: and todays date. ( but only after I actually opened one)

Okay, I'm listening to Cindy's interview.

She doesn't seem to quite get the purpose of the interview, which is to extract MEANINGFUL information in order to build a TIMELINE. I've never heard anyone babble away about so much inconsequential carp in my life.

I wish the detectives would tell her to focus, because she gets herself and them way the heck off track with all the non-essential details she keeps going on and on about. Like right now, she has to describe every minute detail of Caylee's swim vest, how it goes on, when it goes on, and now we're discussing another vest ... ARRRGGHHHH.

Who does this? Is this nerves? Exhaustion? Trying to make an impression on LE? Trying to confuse with non-essential information to distract LE from asking important questions?

This is making me nuts. I'm trying to feel compassion, but ... hammer

Yeah, I feel the same way. Thankfully, I jammed up after listening to 20-30 minutes of the interview and I don't think I'll listen again, lol. I'll just read here to see what you all have to say.

I realize Cindy is being interviewed as a witness but LE is sure playing smooth with her. Allowing her to go on and on about meaningless chit. Not calling her on Casey's job or the Zanny. I was hoping they'd at least stop her at these points. Tell her to back up and think of WHY Casey was lying about these things.

OK...Please note that this is completely w/o science!:)...I just Right clicked on several old files on my computer, and the top/first date that comes up in the properties is date created, the following are date modified and last accessed..

For example, when I clicked on a document, I saw:
Created: and the date I first wrote the doc.
Modified: and the day I made changes.
Acessed: and todays date. ( but only after I actually opened one)

That is my understanding. If she did a search on the 16th of July, then the 'access' date on the file should be the 16th.

So, I don't understand the report saying the 12th of June is the last access date but the search wasn't actually done until 7/16??. I guess we'll find out soon enough.

Listen. I can see wanting to protect our children. It is the way we are as parents. BUT i think there is a line we have to draw between protecting them and throwing (then running over em) innocent people UNDER the bus. Especially since LE knows that the truth and Casey Anthony are strangers.

I don't think a mother not liking the bf is very odd.

I disagree.. I honestly think that with the charges they already have on her they are waiting to see if they can find the body.

I believe the tests about human decomp in the trunk, it is the only thing that makes sense for that horrific smell. We all know it wasn't pizza or Houdini dead squirrels..

There is no need for LE to rush into arresting her on murder if they can keep adding to the amount of evidence.

This isn't aimed at you specifically but not long ago this board was ripe with posts accusing Jesse of helping Casey either kill or dispose of Caylee when it came out that he left the police dept. Where is Cindy any different from posters here who speculated that he was involved?

I would say they aren't any different except for the fact they didn't have all the information that the family and LE had at that time. I've never once blamed anyone for the death of Caylee I have speculated due to information received and contradictory statemens by GA that GA helped cover up the crime in some way AFTER the fact with the caviat that I may be wrong or change my opinion whe and if the information and need arises.
