I agree...the nite terrors were about caylee
I'm thinking they were more about Casey...as in what would happen to CASEY if it were found out what she did to CAYLEE. I don't think she cared about Caylee enough to have nightmares of what she did to her(Caylee). JMO

I never really paid much attention to that before, but you're right! So much detail...and at the strangest time. When I'm under stress, the last thing I can do is concentrate my thinking enough to give so much detail. If my child or grandchild was missing, I'd be doing good to remember what year it is. JMO
Thats what bothers me. Many of the questions asked could have had a yes/no answer. But that wasnt enough for him. He had to go on and on an onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!! If one of my nephews vanished i would be lucky to get out the yes or no.

This is from the link above and I found it to be quite interesting. because it tells be the stain in that car was extremely imortant in determining this along with where the hair lay in the trunk.
"Investigators said they're confident those tests will provide "iron-clad proof" that Caylee's body was in the trunk of the car, how her body was positioned and that strands of her hair fell out after she died."

If chloroform was used to get the stench out of the car, then they need to get their money back
The Anthony's indicated the odor was horrendous.
Is there a statement by any of LE indicating they smelled the odor?

You make a good point about what in particular could they be looking for to prove criminal intent without a cause of death.
Everyone they have interviewed doesn't believe Casey would intentionally harm Caylee. So where do they go from there? I suppose they could try to hang their hats on the chloroform, and the searches on the computer. Depending on when those searches occurred, there are ways to combat the searches: The chloroform "ad" by her friend on his/her myspace ... she could have clicked on the ad, not understood what the joke was, and did chloroform searches to understand it. And since it's Cindy's laptop, who performed the searches ... Cindy or Casey.
Personally, if there are significant amounts of chloroform in the trunk, since chloroform evaporates twice as fast as fingernail polish; it makes more sense that a cleaning agent with chloroform, or chloroform in its pure state, was used to get the stench out of the car or to clean the trunk for whatever reason.

9:30 a.m. The Orlando Sentinel has received hundreds of pages of legal documents related to the Casey Anthony case today.
The documents, including several CDs, are being released by the State Attorney's Office in response to a public records request.
Audio interviews of Casey Anthony's brother, boyfriend released The CDs show images from Anthony's Photobucket photo-sharing Web site, as well as photos from a file titled, "Anything But Clothes Party." Another CD includes a July interview with Cindy Anthony, the grandmother of missing Caylee Marie.
The documents also include a computer forensic report and multiple cell phone records.

Yes, didn't Yuri Melich say that in court? Something about the unmistakable smell of decomposition?
I am wondering what Baez has up his sleeve now that I saw him on the Today show this morning.
He responded when asked about how Casey could be out partying when her child was missing. He said something like --you are assuming that everything wasn't okay during that time.---
I think they are going to say something like...... Casey gave caylee to Zanny to live with her for a while first THEN Zanny kidnapped her. This is all fabricated of course to explain the partying pictures and reports from friends that nothing seemed wrong.
I am beginning to feel physically ill whenever I hear Baez spinning.. errrr....talking.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bL1_tsrCOy8
He also said this when he spoke outside of the Anthony home the night they dragged Casey's sorry behind out in handcuffs on August 29th. Baez says we are assuming Casey is not talking, and that weare assuming that she does not know where Caylee is.(around 4 minutes 7ish seconds into the video)
http://media.myfoxorlando.com/photogalleries/092408baezsheriffletters/indexGallery.htm
Yet he responds in his letter back to Sgt. Allen dated September 22nd, for them to call him when they are more interested in searching for Caylee.

And that is EXACTLY why I think it was "nervous laughter" as opposed to true ha-ha type laughter. If you (or anyone) doesn't believe that, are you saying you believe he literally finds the smell of his dead niece funny???? I don't get that at all.
I think he was laughing at George's reaction to the smell, not the smell itself.
To me, nervous laughter is more like a short giggle...IMO, Lee laughed entirely too often and too long for it to sound like nervous laughter. It just sounded strange, so strange.

I think it was more like: "I'll get even with you, you B...Caylee is MY daughter, you renigged on the agreement you made when you insisted I have this baby. You've controlled everything and everybody in this d*mn house, but I can and will control Caylee's life, and YOU WILL NEVER SEE HER AGAIN! Revenge is sweet, I get the last word Mom!"
Ahhhh. I thought cryme made sense, but I still didn't know about the "if I can't have her" part. Now, that sounds like Casey. Remember, she was 19 years old, just ready to make her escape, when Caylee came along and tied her down to living at home more than ever. Think of the resentments that brewed, especially as Cindy treated Caylee like the golden child that Casey never was. I wonder if Casey had her own play house with a telephone and a kitchen, like Caylee was given? Killing Caylee- what a way to get back at Cindy!

I don't think evidence of her positioning rules out her being wrapped...but if she wasn't, that adds to the depravity and carelessness of her mother IMO.
She may have been wrapped in something such as a blanket that could readily transfer liquid by seepage(ew!...too nasty to talk about), OR if the remains were in something like trashbags and leaked, the decomp. fluid may have pooled around the body.
That is enough talk of the specifics of the remains for me right now...I am making my self upset and ill.

Those are good points and yes, any talk of that little one in the trunk of that car is very upsetting.
I wonder if her hair was caught on anything in the trunk, hence LE's knowing Caylee's position in the trunk.

He was making a joke about it, almost like laughing imagining his dad's head outside of th window as he's driving the car home. I don't see how that visual (again, knowing what the odor is likely) could make him laugh. JMO

I don't agree. She only knew Tony for a few weeks. I think what happened with her had been percolating for years and came to a head when she was confronted with her major larceny- the embezzlement of her GGFs assisted living funds. Cindy probably gave it to her with the big guns on what an irresponsible person and bad mother she was. That, I believed caused the explosion.
I agree, I think Caylee was gone by no later then June 16th.
She met Tony May 24th for the first time at a party. June 1st is the first time they slept together and I guess became girlfriend/boyfriend. I dont think he was the be all to end all in 16 days and some of that 16 days he wasnt even in Orlando.

She may have but I believe it was to an empty house.
I recall reading somewhere the A's were on vacation June 9th to 15th.
The closest I came to finding that info was on LKL.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_J4VbGgk-0&feature=related
Cindy told Larry when they got back they found a registered letter. Since it was the weekend, they had to wait till Monday (June 16th) to get it
Let's presume Casey was at Ricardo's between June 9 to 15.
"IF" Casey did leave Ricardo's during the night, Casey may have taken Caylee to her parent's home, put Caylee in her bed and drove back to Ricardo's leaving Caylee alone.
Here's what's bothering me now.
Let's suppose that's what Casey did.
What if Caylee got up during the night?
What if Caylee got into the medicine cabinet or got a hold of something under the sink?
What if Casey came back in the morning and found Caylee dead?
Cindy already stated that their home was child proofed but Caylee was so smart, she managed to remove child proof knobs n such.
How is Casey going to explain to her parents she left Caylee alone so she could go back and spend the night with a guy?
We heard Casey say she was petrified of Cindy so I'm guessing panic set in, she avoided them for 30 days and the stories to explain away a missing Caylee began to surface.
I don't know if anyone else has addressed this yet, if so disregard, but you have the dates wrong.... JULY 15 was when they got the car, and it was a Tuesday. Just FYI.

I don't think he is either, not at all. But it's so easy for us on the outside to sit back and dissect every word he says, every "absolutely" and every "chuckle" etc.It is only your OPINION that anything about this case is "easy" for other posters. Speaking for myself only, everything about this case has been gut wrenching. I have tried to hold out hope that at least one person in Caylee's life would put her first, that one of them would honor their relationship with her and work to bring her home...but time and again their actions tell me this is not so.
The circumstances of this case hit very close to home for me...and the denial and covering, and excusing are very familiar to me.
I have empathy, real empathy...not sympathy for the entire family except Casey. But that does not mean I cannot see their behavior for what it is. My sorrow for their loss doesn't buy them a single excuse from me...I HAVE been under the scrutiny and I haev had to come to terms with the unbelievable and the indescribable... IMO, some words and actions are just unacceptable and dishonor Caylee greatly. She deserves loyalty and the proection of her rights by her family even in death. I have seen little if any evidence of that.
JMO.
*I still pray for Caylee's family, I still hold out hope that one of them will "step up' for her. And I pray that they find the support they need to survive this and come out better people than they are now. The only one I consider a "loss" is Casey. I think only God can give her help or hope now.

If the chloroform was 'all that', how come George wasn't feeling a bit woozy from it during his car ride home? Huh? If it smelled like a dead body in the damn car, how could they tell if it also reeked of chloroform? They had such distinctive sniffers that they could seperate out the smell of chloroform and decomp? And BTW, my husband is a mechanic on the side and uses all kinds of solvents to soak car parts. I asked him last night if he wanted to get his hands on chloroform, would it be possible? He told me a story of a girl he dated who worked in some factory job in W Va amout 15 yrs ago and she told HIM she could bring home chloroform anytime if he wanted some, for use as solvent not for get-high purposes. He said she never brought it home but I asked him was it a big deal or could she just walk out with it- it wasn't locked up, counted or anything, he said no. Easy for her to walk out with it apparently. Glad he got away from that woman and found me. Anyone volunteering to bring home chloroform sounds like t*r*o*u*b*l*e to me. Best hes gotten from my is free gloves and masks. Oh, and good bandaids.
I doubt Cindy had access to chloroform at work. Why would they have it, that was orthopedics office? Since she has proven to be from a family of liars (that Cher song "Gypsies, Tramps, and Theives" keeps running through my head) then I would not put it past Cindy to steal drugs, but then again very few ortho offices have anything more than free samples, and those aren't narcotics usually. She may have been hitting the sample closet regularly, but some docs offices encourage the occasional purge of free drugs from the reps once in awhile to make room in the sample closet for other stuff. I have worked for docs who did this. But this was back in the late 80's., and never ever narcotics. Lots of antibiotics and inhalers, IIRC.
Anyway thats my 23 cents worth on that subject.- AB:seeya:
My thoughts...Because the Decomp smell overpowered the smell of the chloroform. And the fact that George didn't ride in the trunk all the way home. Remember too, they used equipment to detect the chloroform not just a human nose.

I'm leaning toward the "accidental" side, although there are different kinds of accidents too ---- some that just happen innocently and some which are caused by carelessness, negligence. I feel certain that even if Caylee's death was accidental, Casey could not imagine facing Cindy with having let that happen. I can also imagine Casey being in a momentary rage, and Caylee the recipient of that rage.
Um sorry for visual but I can see Casey trying to "quiet" Caylee by putting her hands/pillow in her face/mouth/nose for too long until Caylee did shut up... I don't know but I don't think it would take long for a child to asphyxiate, maybe Casey was surprised herself that it happened...

She either wanted to keep the baby or was just plain stupid, if she was running around at 7.5 mos pregnant posing as a non-pregnant woman with 'female problems" and no plan to adopt, where did she think the baby was going to go? and how could she keep that secret from her parents until almost time of delivery? I mean, I now its done all the time, gramma shows up at ER cos daughter had bad tummy ache and lo and behold heres a grandchild on the way...eeks- So that makes me think she wnted the baby in a way. Wasn't Kristine wanting to adopt caylee before she was born and Cindy put the brakes on that one? Well thats one story/lie the family is floating.
Always, almost always, grandparents are in far better position to provide the cool toys for the grandkids than they were their own kids. Cindy hadn't gone to nursing school until later in life- I think she has been a nurse 7 years now, something like that, so maybe their income in Ohio wasn't supportive of cool lil tykes playhouses. I know my kids would have DIED to have one. Not even any of their friends had one, always at the friends grandparents or at the playground. My grandkids have one and guess what- 6 grandkids and not a one of them uses it.
Grrr. sits in our yard like an afterthought. So I bet Caylee got alot of stuff Casey and lee never got. Pool in yard for example. jmo
Yes, I think Cindy provided for Caylee's needs like a mother, but also treated Caylee like a grandmother, spoiling her with special toys. etc. I remember thinking about how strange things were in that house when they showed the interior with the zillions of pictures of Caylee on the walls. Like I said, the resentments might have reached the boiling point.

In the interview with Amy H. she states that the morning that she discovered her money gone, Casey convinced her that she was sleepwalking and must have misplaced her money. Amy also states that she believed this theory because she had different pajama pants on in the morning. I find this very strange and am wondering if Casey did not use the chloroform on Amy and then change her pj pants to support her lie that Amy was sleepwalking. This whole crew of people sometimes sounds like their from another plantet.

* Investigators seized Casey Anthony's laptops as well as computers and cameras belonging to George and Cindy Anthony.
The investigators' reports show that Casey Anthony's computer files included an image titled "girl" which depicts a drawing of a little girl with long straight hair and in a striped shirt staring up at a teddy bear that is hanging from a hangman's noose.

Can they get her for murder 2?
Without a cause of death, it's going to be difficult. They can take all of the lies, her "new" crowd of friends, not wanting to miss out on the parties, etc., and try to make a case for an intentional killing. The problem with that evidence is going to be the people that knew her and observed her with Caylee will be testifying it is their belief she wouldn't intentionally harm Caylee.
Malice can be implied ... reckless disregard for human life. For instance, if Casey left Caylee in the car to go to a party, and when she came out, Caylee was dead ... that is implied malice, sufficient for murder 2.

and maybe this is where the chloroform comes in. She takes Caylee out to the trunk for the rest of the evening so she can ........you know (not going to type it). How far is Ricardo's place from her parents place. I would think CA would not let Casey just drop Caylee off in the middle of the night and go back to Ricardo.. You said,... I think some find it easy to...it is, what it is. I didn't replace your qwords with anything, that would have been misrepresentation. I know at I feel in repsonse to Lee and the whole crew, I know why I feel it...not understanding how this case affects them and encompasses their whole lives isn't a factor in my opinions of them.

need2no
09-26-2008, 12:08 PM
Casey knew this act was the ultimate revenge against Cindy, the thing that would hurt her the most, and in her intense anger at Cindy, Caylee became the readily available and logical weapon.
As you stated earlier and I agree, the straw that broke the camel's back was the thief from the GP's. Casey had backed herself in a corner. Not only did she now have her parents incensed at her, but she had involved the entire family by stealing from the GP's. Stealing from Cindy and Lee could be kept as a closely guarded secret, but Casey stepped out of the circle when she wiped out GF's ALF funds. Without Cindy replacing these funds the entire family might have had to chip in, or poor GP might be on his way to a sub standard state facility to live out his remaining years. There was no getting out of this one. I also think Cindy was beginning to think she was going to have to raise Caylee, and I don't think she really wanted all the responsibility on her shoulders, regardless of her threats to Casey, and I think on some level she enjoyed and didn't want to lose the one thing she could hang over Casey's head to try and control her. If she took on full custody she would likely have felt burdened at her age while Casey went out and led the carefree party life and Cindy couldn't do a d*mn thing about it.
Meanwhile she turns her anger on George and he heads out the door leaving her as a 50 something year old nurse raising a young granddaughter while life goes on for George, Casey and Lee.
There is plenty to indicate that Casey was anything but a good mother. BUT, let's not take things out of context. If you used facebook, myspace, etc there are literally millions of images like the one above. Some are just fun, some are politically motivated, etc.

ITA. Casey could have copped to the accident/panic defense at any time. I believe she would have received leniency, even if she told the police on 7/15 that's what had happened. Or on 8/15, or 9/15, or heck even yesterday.
But she didn't.
And now Baez has let the clock run so she's amassed additional FELONIES that she could very well be convicted of before she's ever charged in the death of Caylee. Even a manslaughter conviction at that point, would dramatically increase her sentence.

A question I asked my 14 year old.
Do you think putting a toddler in a car trunk over night in FL in the summer would be a safe place?
Answer-
No, the trunk would have very little air circulation and even at night in the heat it would cause death. It is not a safe place.
I think any death that happened in the car is trouble for casey, especialy if those chloroform searches were done before Caylee vanished.

If she were convicted with what they have now, she would go to prison jsut for being suspicious of murder. As bad as Casey is now, scary thing for that to happen because it would relfect on our justice system.

This whole crew of people sometimes sounds like their from another plantet.ITA, sleep walking doesn't start when you are Amy's age. It starts in your youth, http://www.emedicinehealth.com/sleepwalking/article_em.htm
I wonder if Amy had this disorder and told Casey about it and Casey used it to steal her cash that night? JMHO

The police have, and continue to do so, given Baez and Casey EVERY opportunity to pony up an "accident".
It will be interesting to see what the defense is actually going to be:
1) Absolutely 100% not guilty, child is still alive;
2) Accident and panic, thereby admitting little Caylee was indeed in the trunk of the car after all the denials and BS about test results.
3) One of the "friends" did it, again admitting that Caylee was indeed dead.
My quess and only a quess is that she will plead NOT quilty...What has she got to loose. Defense has always got the hope and prayer that there will be that one hold out on the jury, We have seen it before and we will see it again. JMO

Maybe this is where push came to shove, Casey was having herself a blast partying all over town, different guys, claiming a good job which happened to coincide with free babysitting by Cindi, perhaps Cindi had enough. TonE said Cindi often called, he could tell by the song that played on the phone that it was her, Casey always took the calls outside or in another room. Many times casey had to leave, her mom said get home. I imagine Casey did not like to have this embarassing interruption, then the confrontation in front of TonE and comment cindy made, I hope you have lots of Money! Possibly enough motive to get rid of Caylee. So why would Casey want to get in touch with TonE asap from jail? Cover tracks? She was so busy making phone calls and everything, she had no time to cry for Caylee.
That is exactly what she will do. QUIT givin them ideas hammer LOL

I'm really not locked into that theory at all. I believe it was an accidental death though, and drowning in the pool seems a logical assumption...I live in FL, and toddlers drowning in pools is sadly an almost everyday occurrence. :( I really didn't stop to figure dates that carefully. How do we know they don't have a crime scene? Everything they have released is discovery in the child neglect case. If they have that much on her to prove child neglect and have stated that they will not realease other things that will go directly to GJ for indictment, they obviously have some more damning things than even we've seen. And what I've seen so far has been pretty damning (even goes a little further than just proving Child Neglect, IMO.)
Suppose the crime scene is the trunk, which is why they are being careful to check and recheck their findings. JMO

09-26-2008, 12:34 PM
IMO
Using your theory about the chloroform as a cleaning agent, do you think it is possible that CA & GA found the bottle of chloroform in the car after it was picked up and went to the computer to see what it might be used for. Saw something that said used in cleaning and ASSUMED that was why Casey had it (since they seem to believe everything else she says) and tried to help her out with the clean up before calling the police? Just a thought..no evidence to back it..

I've been thinking.... initially I thought this was probably an accident, something went very, very wrong at some point when Caylee was in Casey's care, and then I just now realized "wait... Casey, the one who likes to be the center of attention? Isn't she way, way too much of a martyr to not take Caylee's death as a dramatic opportunity for herself?" Yes, if this was an accident Casey (IMO of course) would have called 911 right away, called her mom, called someone and at this point everyone would still be feeling bad for Casey, the poor mother who lost her child.
Now I am completly convinced that whatever happened was no accident... Casey did something, such as used too much chloroform and ended up killing Caylee instead of just knocking her out. Or she locked Caylee in the trunk and she suffocated. Something along those lines. Whatever she did was either intentional or the result of something she did intentionally, otherwise Casey would have used it to her advantage. Make sense?
Does anyone else agree that it was pre meditated (sp) murder? or am i totally wrong here?
I'm with you...I think she planned to do this, whether in the split seconds before she did it or weeks/months in advance, she planned to end Caylee's life. It didn't just happen, she realizes the accident, goes into cover up and body dumping mode and then parties like its 1999 with her friends. Accidential deaths don't cause you to act that way, IMO.

Almost 1,000 pages of new documents, recordings, photos and video were released Friday morning in the Casey Anthony case.
The documents include more police reports, cell phone records, and transcripts of investigator interviews, including with an Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputy who authorities say lied about his relationship with Anthony. Also, photos of Casey Anthony at an "Anything But Clothes Party" were released.
The stack is the latest release of information from the State Attorney’s Office. WESH 2 News and WESH.com staff is currently going through the information and plans to post details as soon as possible.

the evidence is beginning to stack up against Casey that this was premeditated.
"I'm a spiteful b*tch." She seems more than comfortable talking with her brother.
After watching a lot of Nancy Grace, a clear picture comes about and have to agree with the bounty hunter too that first bailed Casey "there is 'some' truth in everything she says....picking and sifting thru it is unnerving!
I wish LE could find the body.

I don't buy the accident theory for obvious reasons but the thing that gets me the most is she didn't tell one single soul about it. Not Amy. Not Tony. Not Ricardo. Not Christine. Not Lee. Nobody. There was no outcry to anybody.
But especially, she didn't tell Jesse Grund. There was no love lost between Jesse and Cindy so I believe had it been a true accident, she would have received support from Jesse and his family in dealing with the aftermath (including dealing with Cindy).
To me, that speaks volumes.
But that's just me.

I'm really not locked into that theory at all. I believe it was an accidental death though, and drowning in the pool seems a logical assumption...I live in FL, and toddlers drowning in pools is sadly an almost everyday occurrence. :( I really didn't stop to figure dates that carefully. I just am absolutely firm in my belief that it was not premeditated murder though.
I dont see it being a possibility.
If Caylee went to the nursing home during the day on the 15th, and then Casey left with her that day or the next as GA claims, there would be no timeline where a drowning fits.
I am just as firm in my belief that it was not involuntary manslaughter.
I just cant believe that she was leaving the parents house after the fight about the GP's money she stole, and Caylee just happened to have an accident that day that would free Casey to go live at Tony's alone. And then not to report it as an accident and then lie that Caylee was with the Nanny is just more icing on the cake.
Not buying it.

GA called the amscot before he picked up the car???
He had an old metal gas can??? I thought his gas cans were plastic.I am reading Mr. Birch's statements right now and came back on just to comment on this fact! Geroge tells Birch AT THE TIME he is picking the car up that he...
1.-knows it was towed from the Amscot.
2.-knows it sat there three days.
How in the blazes would he know not only those two facts w/o Birch first telling him, AND know to bring gas? I think he or Lee had to haev been in contact with Casey when the letter was recieved...maybe after the fight that the car towing brought on, she just turned off her phone or refused to answer it to them and thus Cindy came searching for her...???...something fishy for certain about georges comments at the tow yard!
And the description of the odor...I think we can now see that it was nasty, but seemed to be mostly contained inside the car. How the HECK did George drive that car home?...what went through his head?

I think Casey set out to kill Caylee. She wanted to take Caylee away from her mom, Cindy, and she did that for good. Very sad.
It's the same type of stuff that goes on every day in divorce matters. If I can't see the kids, then you can't either so I will kill them.
Casey was angry at Cindy. Cindy had planned to take Caylee from Casey.
Why "some" continue to talk smack about Cindy is just beyond me. She and her husband are the ones who loved that child and well, I guess they have to blame others. I blame the person who killed her. She is solely responsible. I do understand the pain Cindy and George are going through ONLY because I have tried to put myself in their shoes. Has to be very difficult for them. A child they raised - how could she do something like this? Their world is crumbling around them and that is sad to me. First they lose Caylee and now most likely Casey. Sad!
All the above are my opinion only!

In a nutshell, without my coffee. ;)
Murder 1 ... premeditated; felony murder rule
Murder 2 ... homicide with malice, but without premeditation.
Voluntary Manslaughter ... unlawful and intentional killing of a human being, but without malice.
Involuntary Manslaugher ... unlawful killing of a human being without malice either express or implied, and without intent to kill or to inflict the injury causing death, committed accidentally in the commission of some unlawful act not felonious, or in the improper performance of an act lawful in itself.
IMO
Thank you so much for posting that information for us Imp. Going to be very interesting to see which one they finally settle on.

No, iluv. I think your right. I believe Casey meant it when she said she was a spiteful B! I believe she did indeed intentionally kill her child-JMO
No matter how hard I try, I just can't wrap my brain around this idea. Especially if she did it simply to hurt her mother.
I can understand being extremely ticked off at someone. But when you want to get back at them for something, you, like, key their car door, (BTW, I AM NOT CONDONING ANY OF THESE ACTIONS!!!) or spread nasty rumors about them or something. Doing something to inanimate objects is one thing, but a little girl? Who walks, talks, giggles, plays, has favorite foods and favorite songs? A little girl you CARRIED for nine months??? A living, breathing human being? Like you're keying a car? Just to "get even with" someone? That child did nothing wrong.
I honestly can't comprehend that mentality. Maybe it's because it's looking as though I may never have a biological child of my own. If Casey hadn't wanted to raise her little girl, I would gladly have opened my heart and home to her.
As always, my own opinion.

I am reading Mr.
JMO...BBL...reading more...
I had those same questions? I think it backs up Cindy saying her father was going to get the car. But then he didn't. My head hurts.

I'm puzzled by the 2 million movie deal...
WHY would Lifetime, which is jointly owned by DISNEY pay for a movie about a DEAD child...
There IS no 2 million movie deal. Or ANY movie deal. That has been verified. Lifetime has denied this.

I need to go buy another computer to hold all the questions we have.
I'd already forgotten about Na-Naw. Wonder what Caylee called Cindy's mom.

Reading the computer forensics portions...If Casey's service on her phone wa DC'e on 7/29, would the phone service provider delete all of her records at thattime? it seems they have had trouble retrieving her end of the records...???

Wow Simon Burch -- the tow guy seems like a genuinely nice, compassionate and astute man! I'm very saddened as I read this but glad that someone like him was involved with the case. What a great witness.

Where is that mentioned? That is referred to in Willaim Waters interview...a text her recieved from Casey.
I'll look it up later when I get the new info. read if you ( or anyone) would like.
His statments are pretty short though.
I thought it an odd nic. and that is the only time I have heard it referenced by anyone, so it stuck out...none of the names I know make sense for this to be a nic. of a friend...It's not another drug reference maybe?
I'm sure he spelled it right as it was a text.
The little oddities like that really stick out for me
JMO...
Let me know if anyone has trouble finding it.

Not positive but I think it's what Caylee may have called Cindy. I think we will find out through Cindy's interview if it is. IMO

I have no freaking clue. :)Join the club! The more i think I know...the more i find out i have forgotten...I am def. going to have to start a notebook on this information. If I had the Green, I'd buy the transcripts!
ETA: Have we heard of Eric Baker prior? There isn't any interview of or pertaining to him that I've seen...maybe the brown haired guy in the truck?...a potential witness to things relating to the homicide charges?...a drug connection?...

Oh yes, and especially if it turns out that Victor Fernandez is indeed listed as an owner of the silver Ford that the real ZG drives.
How does one get ZFG name if step father was Victor Fernandez.
Wouldn't make her name Zenaida Gonazolez-Fernandez?
