Do we know she didn't steal from any other friends? She had access to Amy's checkbook and was able to get a large amount, but she may have pilfered small amounts of cash from other friends' purses and wallets when she had a chance. JMO

Jesse sure seems to be pinpointing Tony and Fusion. Caseys whole life seemed to revolve around them. He mentions how she emulates any guy she is with, how his family is christian and then Casey takes up on that. Interesting, if she was so enamoured with Tony, the late night party scene at Fusion, could not possibly include caring for a rambunctious 3 year old. JMO Sad, since he did love her.

I think she may have stolen it from Ricardo's house. Wasn't she there taking a shower that morning? Someone earlier made a great point that those groceries will show where she was right before because they weren't from a grocery store.

Smoking meth? How exactly is that done? Meth can be snorted (common) or shot but smoked? CRACK is smoked but meth (also known as "crank") would be difficult to smoke. I am thinking that the Anthony's will be proven liars with these dates alone.
I hope there is credible proof that Casey was at TonE's the night of the 15th...then it can't be a he said she said thing.

I don't know. It's like none of them recognized the gravity of the situation. My nieces are grown now, but they used to stay with us on weekends and if somebody had taken them, or if anything had happened to them, oh my word......who ever had to transcribe my statement would have just thrown up their hands and quit. I would barely be able to eek out my name.

since the computer was at Tony's apt and in blue screen mode when Lee picked it up, it really limits who looked up the chloroform. For a while I thought maybe it was one of the GPs, but I have ruled them out, since casey had possesion of the lap top.
I would feel safe if saying it was casey since it was her lap top and chloroform was in her car. I am sure the computer geeks can see if the seraches were done in the same time frame of her checking her email or being logged onto myspace.

Good point...after check clears, you can go back and get the cash. Perhaps she had them order to know which days she could go and get the cash for which stuff? Hmmm...JMO.

I don't believe Lee or Cindy when they say they offered the receipts to the LE and LE refused. Unless they were refusing until they got a warrant in order to get the ducks in a row? Somehow that just doesn't ring true to me, considering LE has been so thorough with this case thus far. JMO

I recall in another case where LE had to wait for the computer forensics, because they couldn't read the hard drive themselves. They related that the FBI has specialized equipment. Seems like that's from the LE...they are going back over things that they were told off tape and they keep asking about specific dates and times(as well as filling in or asking questions when they feel Lee has left something out), which leads me to believe that they are the ones with the *notes*. I agree with you. However, I think I've heard she denied she was pregnant until 7 months. It's a little late then for anything but adoption. I know that is still an option, but I don't know if I would want my grandchild set up for adoption either. I know that is a personal decision though.

I do find it interesting how CA takes all the credit for being the mother, but really providing finances is much less than half the battle IMO.

ITA And a very serious case of acne and not only on the face. All parts of body are infected with sores. With continuous use, some sores heal and scar and new sores break out. First hand knowledge (ex-daughter-in-law>her friends) and education.

I don't agree he was trying too hard to make it suspicious. I don't put a sinister spin on it. I see it as something he felt was "out of the ordinary" and he brought it to the attention of LE.

Honestly, I know I'm in the minority, but Lee does sound upset to me. He sounds like he's trying to keep composed. Yes, he may refer to the bag possibly being packed by someone else, but you have to remember this IS his sister and at this point, he still believes that she may be telling SOME truth or be innocent.

I think he is not given enough credit for being forthwith about Cindy taking the money and the stench of the car and the fact that he DOES NOT believe that Casey staked out in front of Zanaida's house. When he does not believe his sister he says so, when Cindy is questionable towards Casey he says so.

Casey on the other hand in her interview DID seem nonchalant. Lee just seems like he's used to living in or near insanity. He has the calm of someone who is just used to madness and drama. IMO of course. :)

he said he volunteered to go get the cell phone, but LE did that. (the way he says it)....

then when they ask about him leaving, they were concerned with 'gobs' of stuff being found out later to have been there and then gone....

he says, he didnt hold anything back....it got a bit testy.

No. I don't think the body was in the trunk for 2-3 weeks. Only the amount of time it took to get rid of it somewhere. Getting rid of the body was not to punish Casey. It was to cover Cindy.


Well, I do recall that Cindy said they ALL went swimming in the pool either June 15 or 16, and the water was too cold for Casey. Do you think Cindy's "I've already given you 30 days!" was part of their mutual plan to conceal and conspire the remaining events? Unfortunately, I have visualized a 3+hr screaming match in that house on the evening of 6/15, and little Caylee slipping into the pool undetected and unsupervised, and maybe found an hour or more later. Sad, if true.

When he says Casey opened up to him, I think she did tell him everything. She also told him, IMO, that he needed to bring her stuff back & delete some files in the puter.

I also believe that Casey might have smother Caylee when Caylee got stubborn about going back to grandpas' house, and I'm sorry for what I'm about to say but I believe something like pressing her hand over Caylee's face/mouth is what happened, that she might have kept pushing for so long that when Caylee finally shut up, it was too late.

I believe that Chloro was tried to be used as clean-up agent or to mess up with DNA.

I saw the clip of Cindy and George on Greta again where he was talking about the last time he saw them. I could swear when he was explaining he knew the time exactly cause he was watching his favorite show..he started to say what sounded to be news or something and Cindy talked over him and said the cooking show.

My bet is universal ID or fake age of majority card in someone else's name.

I have always thought LE was thinking she was hiding the child from the GPs the first 24 hours, so I think there was some things missed that may have been helpful.

I haven't heard the audio of Lee's yet but read the transcript. There are so many times where (laughs) comes at the end of his sentences.
I thought it was creepy since his niece is missing. Guess I'll have to actually hear it to see if it's a nervous laugh or a 'I'm hiding info' laugh.

Am I the only one that finds it weird that Casey said she hasn't seen her daughter in 31 days, she didn't say 4 weeks or a month, but 31 days like she's been counting the days as they go.


i think she had been, i believe that was the one of the only true things she said in her stmt, because she had been counting.
