I've been doing a little more research about inappriate laughter or giggling. I still think with him being so forthcoming it's a nervous or neurological issue of some sort. I may be way off base but he wasn't covering anything up with his deposition so who knows. :shrug:



I hate to admit it, but I'm an inappropriate smiler.

I think his is more of an arrogance thing. I just can't go along with it being a nervous laughter from some reason. It was almost like he was laughing when he wanted the police to believe him that he more ritious than the rest of his family. Like can you believe that? kind of laugh.

I dont see anyone doing her bidding in that moment in time....she was tied up with mom and bro....and didnt have her phone to alert anyone after her 'disclosure' and the 911 call.

but Lee managed to slip out. and Lee was alone with her more than he testified to. IMO

the times are critical.....as to who could have did what.....but it doesnt solve the case of missing Caylee as far as I can tell.

the coverup, IMO, was to 'sanitize' Casey's lifestyle AND lies regarding her life. nothing more at that point in time, meaning, that nite or the next morning.

I would love to see the deposition of the female officer who was the first to respond to the 911 calls.
It would be interesting to see if her account of the evening jives with Lee's.

Her email may have been deleted from account, but they wouldn't be deleted from the accounts of people to whom she emailed and who sent her email. IMO.

Lee is a freekin' liar and he's been covering this up for a long time. Remember last week on NG, Lenny said to look at Lee way back when he was sent out to look for his sister. Something happened then, he found out something and has been covering ever since. But, then again, he sounds like he's trying to convict Casey when he's talking to LE.

Remember that even if he couldn't get into Casey's stuff on the PC using her PW, he could log on with his mom's PW, as administrator, and do whatever he wanted to that pc. He'd still need Casey's PW to the myspace page and other websites, but he could easily access her email through the admin acct.

Remember that casey set up a helpfindcaylee myspace page the early morning of July 16th, she must have been using the other computer the GPs owned. She could have done a lot of deleting while setting up that myspace, before LE came back for her. I wonder if that is what LE was trying to get to the bottom of with some of those questions.

Nope casey wrote about her mom not having enough wine and beer yet the fridge was full. Then she said in order to get thru the day, she'd need to get drunk. It was her mothers birthday. She was writing online to Lee about how she couldnt endure to be there. Lee only showed up for a short time. Casey was stuck there. Remember? Did you read the myspace messages early on or read what she wrote?

Lee was pretty clear that Casey wasn't there for her mother's b-day. IIRC she was at Voyages for Troy's b-day which was the same day. JMO. I think Casey was asking Lee to bring beer for Caylee's b-day party since she was underage at the time and couldn't get it herself. JMO.

No, and I think the reason this interview stuck in my mind this long was because after hearing his comment I assumed Lee lived in another state...partially because he said he had not been home in a year (or two), and because of the onlines messages between him and Casey, (as opposed to an actual phone call). Then one day someone posted a map showing the various locations including Lee's home, and I was very surprised he lived in FL and so close by.

Maybe one day I will track down that link.

See that's just weird to me. When I go to NY I have the same phone number, I dont use the hotel phone, I use my cell, these kids are 20 something. They would have used their same number. So I'm out on that one.
Kind of strange but nonetheless I think it was way too late for Caylee. Im still with some other posters that Casey may not have even had Caylee. I'm totally out on it, and if LE cannot pin down a location that the accident or crime occurred, like in the Mcguire case, then we have a big problem.
I think that any seasoned investigator only needs to look at what Cndy said on film about the pool and the ladder. I think this families answer is a media campaign the likes of other cases recently in the news. And that, is their answer. Money. Movie Deals, Stardom. I'd prefer a jail cell for them actually. I have no room in my heart for these people. No room.
I think that Casey left Caylee there, and the huge fight on the 15th was about figuring out an Alibi on how to alert people to Caylees "absence"

I am anxious to know how LE's conversation shook out with Heather.....and her so-called 'reaching out to Lee' emails...he claims SHE contacted him to set the record straight about what she was reading in the news.

I'm going to explain something that leads me to believe my theory about Lee. It is on topic but it's an experience that helps explain.

I have a doctor that i see and this doctor constantly smirks and when you tell her something serious she giggles but she is taking you seriously. It reminds me very much of Lees deposition. I started doing more research on it because his being so forthcoming at the same time each time there was a serious and uncomfortable question he giggles.

I may be wrong all together but I guess we will see during a trial

Where is Caylee?

I originally thought the investigation should start at Sawgrass, since the only part of Casey's story that has some verification is the Zenaida/Sawgrass connection. No coincidence, so how did she get that information.

Has Dante ever been interviewed? According to the original 400 doc. dump, he resided at Sawgrass, and LE left a note on his door for them to contact them IIRC.

Caylee is most likely dead. But when, where, and how is still up in the air. I agree with Jesse's assessment that a timeline should be made when on prior occasions Casey said Caylee was with Cindy, and not in fact with Cindy ... investigate receipts, cell phone pings, etc., to find out where Caylee actually was ... may provide some answers as to what Casey did with Caylee on those dates, to provide clues what may have happened on or after the 16th of June.

well, thats what SHE told christine in the jailhouse call, that SHE was the one that set it up. and she gave her the password to the myspace....but I dont believe that was her OWN original myspace was it? a newly created one, judging by what she said: 'setting up the myspace'.

the laptop was turned over on July 16th. not sure if she was using it prior to her arrest that day and it being seized. (perhaps it recovered from its 'virus')....July 21, LE pulled off the pictures of the father's day visit and presented them to the Anthonys.

I think she was doing a search for chloroform in relation to the sex antics of the crew she was hanging out with. There was one of her male friends who had a tawdry pic of chloroform being used to get dates or whatever.

I think she already had it, but maybe one of the guys had bought it.

I don't think Cindy and George ever intended to take LDT's. This was a story contrived by the 3 of them. Pretend C & G were willing to take one and then pretend Lee talked them out of it to protect them, this way the public might start believing they were innocent since they agreed to summit to the test.....nah, I'm not at all convinced.

Cindy would not listen to Lee if she really wanted to take the test to prove she has been speaking the truth.

However, all anyone has to do is go through the history. When they see a lot of those links, they will know they are ads, depending on the site name.
My google searches all come up clean. Comics, clipart, etc. I don't search for adult items or things like that.

It was said there were SEARCHES for chloroform. So even if she had seen just that pic of myspace chloroform banner, it would not be so scandalous, because it would show up with the link for the myspace page, or just as an image link.

I was digging around the other night on Casey's friends myspace pages, and I found a silent video of Caylee. It's weird. I had to save it but I dont know where to upload it. I cant do that. I'll look for the address but If I do; everyone will rush to it and then they will most likely take it down. She's at a riverbed or something. She's out doors like camping or something. I've never seen it before.

Where is Caylee?

I originally thought the investigation should start at Sawgrass, since the only part of Casey's story that has some verification is the Zenaida/Sawgrass connection. No coincidence, so how did she get that information.

Has Dante ever been interviewed? According to the original 400 doc. dump, he resided at Sawgrass, and LE left a note on his door for them to contact them IIRC.

Caylee is most likely dead. But when, where, and how is still up in the air. I agree with Jesse's assessment that a timeline should be made when on prior occasions Casey said Caylee was with Cindy, and not in fact with Cindy ... investigate receipts, cell phone pings, etc., to find out where Caylee actually was ... may provide some answers as to what Casey did with Caylee on those dates, to provide clues what may have happened on or after the 16th of June.

most certainly, receipts, dates, cells, how often casey was not home with Caylee....which is precisely what LE asked of Lee...not that he would know the answer: but planted the seed that if caylee wasnt with his mother when she was bunking, where was she?

I don't think Cindy and George ever intended to take LDT's. This was a story contrived by the 3 of them. Pretend C & G were willing to take one and then pretend Lee talked them out of it to protect them, this way the public might start believing they were innocent since they agreed to summit to the test.....nah, I'm not at all convinced.

I think separately -- the chloroform searches and the chloroform detected in the trunk could be explained away.. but the totality of them combined is incriminating. I think she was using it to put Caylee to sleep, probably tested it on those yapping dogs first. I believe she may have put the chloroform on a doll and place it near Caylee, so if she would wake up, she would be put back to sleep by the chloroform.

I was shocked to find out how many times they have used chloroform on those Animae cartoons, that are popular.

Then she did say Cindy had changed her bahvior since then. I'm wondering why she thinks that? I mean I saw in the beginning how Cindy was but to flip flop like that any people who know you notice it? What made her flip or is she really working with LE and not letting Casey know it?

I think Casey's mea culpa to her earlier crimes is meant to deflect from her guilt in the most recent.


I think you hit the nail on the head. I have watched a lot of true crime shows & read so many books too over the years. Whenever a known liar pops up right away admitting something that they did wrong, that is always the first thing I think of and I'm usually correct. They think that if they admit to a smaller offense that it makes them look credible when they deny the larger offense.

For example: On the First 48, have seen many times where a suspect will admit that they didn't commit the murder....they were home kicking it and smoking some blunts with their buddies. Sticks out like a sore thumb to me.

My opinion is that Casey alone is responsible, but I can certainly see why the DA's office is taking their time filing any murder charges here. I don't think they know the degree of murder and I don't see how they could know what the cause of death is either. On the other hand, I'm not privy to what they have.

The other part still bothering me is Casey using the name ZFG and that lady being at the apartment complex. I hope they have discovered some kind of connection that led Casey to use that name.

I'd like to see her locked back up without any bail on some murder charge, but I think LE is just biding their time since they have the security of the economic charges to fall back on. In the grand scheme of things, let her have these couple of months of 'freedom' with CA and GA. I kinda see her having to stay in the same house with those two whackos as a sort of backwards halfway house, like she is halfway back to the klink.

I did get the creeps watching some of his interviews with the press. He seemed so into his role as the level headed member of the family. Lots of inappropriate laughter then too.

I think that his volunteer little midnight trip to TonE's for Casey's things is very strange. He was gone far too long since he himself says that Casey's things were packed. The computer story doesn't sound right.

At first I really liked Lee but I think Lee started getting off on his 'high profile.' I remember once he said something like, 'We need to find Caylee so I can spend my time finding these other missing children.' That isn't an exact quote, sorry, but I remember at the time thinking he was sounding like Deputy Dog. He said it like he was taking up searching as a full-time vocation. Very full of himself. The thing is, she did clearly state that Casey, had Convinced her mother Cindy, of this. That she sold Casey and she's in PR. (!!!!)

I had high hopes for Cindy at first also. I thought that as soon as she could have a go at ole Casey that the truth would come out. I guess in my mind I was thinking that Cindy would get the truth like my own mother or I would in that situation. What a disappointment.

If I were Cindy, had I bailed Casey out and was providing a place for her to stay, and she kept it up with the lies, I would personally drive her down to the jail and then tell her I would see her next week for visitation. I understand she doesn't want to throw Casey away, but she is enabling her.

As far as JB saying she can't discuss the case with her parents or whatever.....bull-hockey. We're talking or you're walking outta here. No negotiation.

Barskin I see pierced ears in the vid link you provided. It's a ringer for her if its not. I'm playing them side by side.

What she saying doesn't make sense though. But my point of view was I've heard kids make up stories about mommies, daddies or brothers that don't exist but they are referring to someone else and just calling them that. Example: My son used to call my niece his sister.

The IP address will be the same, it doesn't matter who accesses it. It will show that the Yahoo account was logged into at the Anthony home.

I think she is just covering here tracks by saying between 9 am - 1 PM. Also the June 9th date (I know that was the wrong date) However, since Caysee was obviously thinking of the 16th...George says she saw Caylee and Caysee (crap, can't rember how to spell Crazy's name) about 12:50 pm-while he was watching some show on TV.
