Also, I've been thinking of the dumpster since it's come back up again for discussion. A big thing was made out of it earlier...ie pictures of it (which we haven't seen yet) and pictures of something in it. I am wondering since they found no body when they searched the landfill where it was dumped supposedly, if she dumped Caylee somewhere else, but they did find either Caylee's clothing or something definitely identifiable of Caylee's in it? jmho

Very good memory Kath, when the first slew of documents were released iirc the media reported that there were many photos of the dumpster and a CD of information pertaining to the dumpster. I wonder if they found Caylee's clothing, backpack, diapers etc. Since we haven't seen this information I am hoping it is on the list to be taken to the Grand Jury.

I am still working on the lst cup of coffee, so my brain is a little sluggish, but didn't Tony offer to take her to get gas?

Why would George allow his daughter and granddaughter to ride around in a car with a broken gas gauge? IIRC, he said the gauge was broken. Lee said George was meticulous about their cars. A sending unit is around $100. He probably could have found one in a junk yard for much less. I would be worried she would run out of gas on a major highway or in a not so nice area of town with the baby.

There are many questionable things about her gas stories and needs. As you say, a gas station was close by. She had to 2 men supposedly help push the car. A damsel in distress. Yeah, they would have taken her down the road for some gas if she was to lazy to walk.

Tone driving her to her parents for gas cans which had gas. Amy driving her to Target for a gas can. WHO buys cans at Target? Especially when it's an ER situation and they can be bought at 7-11 or an Auto Zone. Run in. Run out. Get er done.

When the circumstantial evidence pointing to Casey's having murdered her daughter is reviewed on TV and on our message board, I can't remember hearing what the results were on the analysis of the shovel that Casey borrowed from a neighbor.

Does anyone know anything about this...the forensic results AND...what was the story that Casey told police or the neighbor about why she needed to borrow the shovel.

I made a calendar of events using the last set of documents released. No one mentions the 16th. I am hoping this weekend to work more and use the other set of documents and the interviews with Tony's 2 roommates.

It has been reported Cindy and Casey had one heck of a fight on the 15th. I have never believed George's story he saw the two of them at 12:50 p.m. on the 16th of June. He had way to many details. I think she took Caylee and left during the middle of the night...maybe 12:50 a.m.

That had to have been pretty stressful night.....mad as heck; probably a crying 2 year old in the back seat because she was taken out of her bed during the middle of the night and is confused; no job; no money; probably no gas; all her friends are single.....Did she strike out at Caylee?

I would be real curious as to any cell phone calls she made that weekend and the pings.

I still think it's good. This will insure (if Zenaida wins) that in the event of any future movie deals, the funds won't go to Casey.

Good point Regina! It would be incredibly incriminating if they found Casey had disposed of Caylee's things. Even if the baby sitter had taken her, a mother would keep those things as a source of hope that her child needed them and would be using them again. It's highly abnormal for someone to DELETE and discard all items pertaining to their child unless they're trying to forget something and move on... I'm still horrified to hear that she may have begged for one more day in order to get her "good life" tattoo inked in.... :cuss:

I am very depressed this morning after reading these Doc's. I haven't even gotten through half of them yet. I really don't think I want to either. I can't concentrate at work and am near tears that this has gone on for 101 days.

A this stage of the game I just wish Casey will admit that Caylee is dead and where she put her. I would even accept an a accident theory and she paniced at this point just to find out where Caylee is.I wish that the rest of the family would come clean. I really believe they do know that Caylee is dead and would just acknowledge that even if they don't know the exact details.

They all need to just deal with it and let Baez do his thing in court to give her a defense. This baby needs to be found. Doesn't Baez realize that she is going to be found guilty whether or not they have a body.

Good point Regina! It would be incredibly incriminating if they found Casey had disposed of Caylee's things. Even if the baby sitter had taken her, a mother would keep those things as a source of hope that her child needed them and would be using them again. It's highly abnormal for someone to DELETE and discard all items pertaining to their child unless they're trying to forget something and move on... I'm still horrified to hear that she may have begged for one more day in order to get her "good life" tattoo inked in.... :cuss:

I would even accept an a accident theory and she paniced at this point just to find out where Caylee is.I wish that the rest of the family would come clean. I really believe they do know that Caylee is dead and would just acknowledge that even if they don't know the exact details.

They all need to just deal with it and let Baez do his thing in court to give her a defense. This baby needs to be found. Doesn't Baez realize that she is going to be found guilty whether or not they have a body.

Very good memory Kath, when the first slew of documents were released iirc the media reported that there were many photos of the dumpster and a CD of information pertaining to the dumpster. I wonder if they found Caylee's clothing, backpack, diapers etc. Since we haven't seen this information I am hoping it is on the list to be taken to the Grand Jury.

Yes, Casey has nothing now. But in the near future, if Casey is never convicted of her crimes against Caylee, and does cash in on interview, books, or movie deals, Zanny will have something to go after.

The way I look at is, even if Zenaida gets nothing at least she is fighting for her dignity and good name. I don't want anyone to profit from this tragedy but at least the people that been thrown into this nightmare can redeem themselves somehow.
Whether Casey ever set eyes on Zenaida or not, she and her family repeated her name so many times that here we are talking about her...

I made a calendar of events using the last set of documents released. No one mentions the 16th. I am hoping this weekend to work more and use the other set of documents and the interviews with Tony's 2 roommates.

It has been reported Cindy and Casey had one heck of a fight on the 15th. I have never believed George's story he saw the two of them at 12:50 p.m. on the 16th of June. He had way to many details. I think she took Caylee and left during the middle of the night...maybe 12:50 a.m.

That had to have been pretty stressful night.....mad as heck; probably a crying 2 year old in the back seat because she was taken out of her bed during the middle of the night and is confused; no job; no money; probably no gas; all her friends are single.....Did she strike out at Caylee?

I would be real curious as to any cell phone calls she made that weekend and the pings.

That is the scenario I have come to think happened. I don't think Caylee would have wanted to leave. Even if it didn't happen that night I am sure at some point Caylee was crying for CA and GA. She probably missed them and wanted to go home. Tempers flare and this is the result.....just speculating

Lee's statement that was just released indicates that Casey told him she was "staking out" the Sawgrass apartments. She doesn't mention when, but Lee assumes she's looking for the invisible nanny to return with Caylee.

So, putting two and two together, this would mean (to me) that she was staking out the Sawgrass on the day that the real ZG was looking at the apartment. She was looking for a "mark" or someone she could blame the "kidnapping" on. Notice she also says it was Apartment 210 and that is the model apartment (IIRC). That would have been the one that ZG was shown while she was there. If Casey's in the parking lot, she would have seen this (wouldn't she?) or if she was at the "bottom of the stairs" (another place she claims she dropped Caylee off).

Jesse Grund, pg. 280, said he talked to Casey on 6/16. Thats the day he thought he heard Caylee, then later said he wasn't sure. I think thats the last day anyone heard from Casey till 7/1. Correct me if I am wrong.

I have been a nurse for over 30 years and only ONCE did i smell a decomposing body, found at bottom of basement stairs..was there for 2 weeks. Trust me...it does not smell like a dead animal...I will never forget that smell, I cant explain it..but it was so foul. Im sure the police smelled it and they know what a dead body smells like.

Mr.Gator is buds with the local marine patrol guys. We've went out with them and of course, I've poked their brains, lol. They relayed a story to me about a cop who looked up a car tag for a relative. The man thought his wife was cheating on him and wanted to track the other man down. The man stalked down the other man and killed him. It was quite the scandal with the cop, IIRC, also getting charged with something in connection to the murder.

Probably because the smell of her dead child was too overwelming. That car stunk then too, I'm sure of it. Maybe not as bad as when it was found, but didnt' Lee say he couldn't even be in the garage for more than 2 minutes because it stunk so bad.

I hate to even think about what was causing that stench, a beautiful little girl and all that is left at this point is a stench IMO.. so sad

She would only need a drycleaning bill or some sort of glove box paper work to learn a LOT about Zenaida. What she wouldn't know is that Zenaida did not live there and was only looking at the apartment. It could be Zenaida and LE's lucky break that poor Zenaida was only LOOKING at an empty apartment. It might have been much harder for this woman to prove she was an unlikely player in all of this if she actually lived there.

Yes, there really is one but she is not 'the babysitter'. She is not 'Zanny the Nanny'. She is the person who filled out the guest card when viewing the apartment. That is where Casey got the name. Before that, Casey only used the name, 'Zanny' because of a child's book she had read called, 'Zanny the Nanny'. I suppose she figured she lucked out when she came across the guest card.

Mr.Gator is buds with the local marine patrol guys. We've went out with them and of course, I've poked their brains, lol. They relayed a story to me about a cop who looked up a car tag for a relative. The man thought his wife was cheating on him and wanted to track the other man down. The man stalked down the other man and killed him. It was quite the scandal with the cop, IIRC, also getting charged with something in connection to the murder.


Which leads me to believe there was something more to the firing of TonyR than just sleeping with Casey a couple of times or lying about it. Especially since he wasn't involved in the investigation of Caylee's disappearance.

Running the tag means that someone in LE can look up the owner of the car from the tag number. Police aren't supposed to do it for just anyone, and without good reason, but a rookie so enamored with the sex from Casey probably would.

Lee's statement that was just released indicates that Casey told him she was "staking out" the Sawgrass apartments. She doesn't mention when, but Lee assumes she's looking for the invisible nanny to return with Caylee.

So, putting two and two together, this would mean (to me) that she was staking out the Sawgrass on the day that the real ZG was looking at the apartment. She was looking for a "mark" or someone she could blame the "kidnapping" on. Notice she also says it was Apartment 210 and that is the model apartment (IIRC). That would have been the one that ZG was shown while she was there. If Casey's in the parking lot, she would have seen this (wouldn't she?) or if she was at the "bottom of the stairs" (another place she claims she dropped Caylee off).

Yes, this Zenida drives a 2008 Silver car, IIRC, and your theory is probably spot on. As for as a cop running a plate or tag without probable cause (at least here in CA), it is frowned upon. Being a rookie cop EVERYTHING you do is under scrutiny so this may be another reason the boyfriend was canned. I am very depressed this morning after reading these Doc's. I haven't even gotten through half of them yet. I really don't think I want to either. I can't concentrate at work and am near tears that this has gone on for 101 days.

A this stage of the game I just wish Casey will admit that Caylee is dead and where she put her. I would even accept an a accident theory and she paniced at this point just to find out where Caylee is.I wish that the rest of the family would come clean. I really believe they do know that Caylee is dead and would just acknowledge that even if they don't know the exact details.

They all need to just deal with it and let Baez do his thing in court to give her a defense. This baby needs to be found. Doesn't Baez realize that she is going to be found guilty whether or not they have a body.

In reading Lee's interview from the second set of docs, I got the feeling that Casey was kind of "handed" a story by CA. She threw it out there and Casey bit it. The same with the date, CA is the one that said the 9th and Casey went along knowing it was wrong, that is why the 31 days doesn't match the 9th story.

I think the family is uncomfortable with having he 15th/16th as last date Caylee was seen because of the fight. Neither the parents NOR Casey look good in light of what was rumoured to have gone down that night. Stealing from grandparents? Neck grabbing? Yelling?

Rebel, I think she was talking to the cat. I mean, really, why would Caylee be up on the table? My kids did lots of things, but climbing up on a table wasn't one of them. OTOH, I have seen cats climb up on a table many times. Christina said Caylee was very well-behaved.

In reading Lee's interview from the second set of docs, I got the feeling that Casey was kind of "handed" a story by CA. She threw it out there and Casey bit it. The same with the date, CA is the one that said the 9th and Casey went along knowing it was wrong, that is why the 31 days doesn't match the 9th story.

Yes, there really is one but she is not 'the babysitter'. She is not 'Zanny the Nanny'. She is the person who filled out the guest card when viewing the apartment. That is where Casey got the name. Before that, Casey only used the name, 'Zanny' because of a child's book she had read called, 'Zanny the Nanny'. I suppose she figured she lucked out when she came across the guest card.



Also didn't Casey have a friend that lived or worked in that apartment complex.

I think Casey left without Caylee before anyone got up on the 16th. Cayle was in the Back yard. When Casey borrowed the shovel is when she placed Caylee in the car. Sometime between the 24th and 27th she dumped little Caylee somewhere then dumped the car. Just a thoery based on the information.
