Nothing is funny about this case.

And nothing will ever be funny about this case. How strange to read this post...OMG...I have not seen anyone of our posters think anything about this case was funny. We, from time to time, make a little laughter come out but that is just for good of our soul. JMO LandSharkII

Hey, let's stop putting down Casey's acquaintances. They, unlike the princess, had jobs.

You are right barskin. I stand corrected! :)

We'll find out eventually.

Gee if it is SO simple, Casey would have been charged with murder by now. That right there tells you it is NOT so simple.ITA Savannah..For all us ole times case followers..this case, at least for me, has been at the top of the list for the most difficult case. Nothing simple here. JMO

Hi doll. I remember a few cases where things like this were admissible. I believe one was Jimmy Watson trial. I'll recheck that but I do think it depends on how it's presented and what the judge will consider hearsay. You know more than i do but I have seen it happen in other cases. Like in the Peterson case where people testified to What Laci or Scott told them. :read:

Scott was the defendant, so any conversation in which he was a party would be admissible, Lacy was the victim so there is a little leeway. But Cindy would have no standing other than that of a witness.

The neighbor talked to Mark Fuhrman and discussed "arguing over the weekend."

Was Rick there that night? July 15th?

We don't know for sure, but Rick probably heard about it from his own mother. Remember, this was when Cindy found out that Casey had used her mother's check routing number to steal from her.

We'll see.

No it wouldn't open, but I don't think watching it will change my mind. She personally has not been fingered by Casey or the family and that creates a problem for her suit.

Also, Casey has no money and owns nothing that I know of, so suing her gains this woman nothing.

Again, if she has been discriminated against for any reason she should sue the people discriminating. That is her best chance of monetary compesation which is what I assume she is after.

I don't care if she wins or if the suit is thrown. Until something happens, the Anthonys have another problem to worry about. JMO

Yes, in her bond hearing testimony she says (under oath) that "Zenaida has been Caylee's babysitter consistently for the past year and a half, two years".

But....in the call home (the one where she says "calling you guys, huge waste"), Cindy tells Casey that she's in jail because she lied. She then tells Casey that "the person you say you gave Caylee to doesn't exist".

"The person", not "Zenaida", not "Zanny", not "well we know she exists".

FWIWITA..I also recall (problem is..I can not remember where I heard it ) was at the very start of this case that Cindy stated she did not know Casey ad a "nanny" and she had never heard the name Zenaida or Zanny. At first of case I was under the impression that Cindy or one of Casey's friend or George would watch Caylee. Just wish I could recall wjere I read this information but my brain is fried from thi already..JMO as always.

Maybe I am looking to much into it.. But after reading so many docs. Casey seems to do a lot of set-ups..She used the dead animals to set up the smell..The apartment and Zanni was a set-up....Losing her second phone was a set-up.. I just have a problem with her borrowing that shovel. It makes no sense to me..

Perhaps it was in her script.

I think that she borrowed the shovel to break the lock on the shed to get to the gas cans.
