I know this might be farfetched to give Cindy the benefit of the doubt at this point but maybe just maybe. She called Tim and apologized and asked him if he would please come back and help search for Caylee?

I know Tim is a wonderful man but I find it hard to believe that he would call Cindy and initiate a conversation after admitting that he was "Pizzed" about what was said and the lack of cooperation from her. Him stating he didn't need Grandma to find Caylee etc.

I think she contacted him this last time.

Who wants to call and ask Tim or the spokesperson for TES and find out the answer? :D

Even if she could pick her photo out. I don't think she ould have. She would have to prove that was the Z she was talking about and she knew if LE investigated this woman they would find out she had no involvement and didn't know Casey or Caylee.
I think she used this womans information but purposely refused to identify her photo. She has to stick with her story but keep claiming LE has the wrong Z nanny. At least up to this point that's the story Baez is still claiming Casey is sticking with.

I thought it very interesting that he also said he would expand the civil suit to include cynthia, george and anyone else repeating the slander that ZFG kidnapped Caylee.

Perhaps this is why the story is now changing to one where casey anthony sold Caylee to someone going to Puerto Rico.

I hope Morgan and company sock it to the odious one but good.

It wasn't so great when it was happening! We weren't really asleep, just hadn't gotten up out of bed yet--lazy Sunday morning. The cartoon channel was going and we thought all was calm. If I hadn't gotten up and turned the corner into the kitchen when I did, DD could have easily fallen and struck her head on the corner of the wall or fallen into the wall furnace and sustain burns/it was wintertime.

Most new parents are vigil in safety precautions of toddlers--the electrical sockets, low cupboards, stairways, etc., but never suspecting that a small toddler learns to crawl great distances at a rapid speed to climbing great Olympic heights!! Nightmares.

I think the problem she may face should she decide to try and sue Casey or the family is proving that she is "The Zenaida" Casey is implicating. LE has cleared this person and while the Anthony's are maintaining that this is the name of the nanny I don't believe they are on record as saying that this particular Zenaida is who they mean.


I think casey gave them her car make and color and the name of her children......or the name of her roommates which turned out to be the names of her children....not sure of anything anymore...

I turned around after not hearing my 2 year old for 2 seconds (as I was washing dishes) to discover she was gone...

Started screaming for my other half (for help)...at the same time I heard **giggle, giggle**...So, I'm yelling Where are you...you know to follow the sound **giggle, giggle**


I look up OMGAWD!!!!!! She had climbed a ladder left on the side of the shed we were building...at least 12-13 feet up...and was sitting on the roof!!!!


Daddy was INSIDE the shed.....never heard her...

Talk about "Freakin'"....

The defendant's attorneys will also be allowed to take depositions. Zenaida will be depo'd and have to provide her former landlords information as well as names of companies she applied for jobs with. Those attorneys will check into why she was denied a job/s and why she moved out of her residence.

There was a report awhile back that there are hundreds of Zenaida Gonzalez' in Florida. Casey was shown this one's picture and said it wasn't the same one. And if this Zenaida doesn't have a sister named Samantha her case gets even less likely to go anywhere.

I am so glad that we are putting the day numbers in the daily thread titles, now. This case is so different than most other missing children cases. We do not have a child that disappeared without a trace and a family and public left clamoring for answers from who knows where. We know who last saw little Caylee. We know that the mother of the missing child, the person who usually runs as fast as she can to get help from LE, not only never informed authorities, but lied in big, complicated, detailed lies. The members of the Anthony family who still do communicate with the public just scream, "she doesn't know where she is!" Well, even if you believe that version of truth, the fact still remains, she knows where she (Caylee) has been, and she has never told LE and truthful account of that.

Lee's email to Yuri Melich on July 26, which is supposed to be the family's way of helping with the search is just a rehash of the same malarky Casey told them on July 16, which she finally had to admit was all lies.

On Z F-G, if she wants part of the reported 2M, I say, "good!" What I like about this lawsuit is that it forces Team Casey to clarify the truth of what they say about their ZF-G. IIRC, Casey told investigators that Zenaida did not have children. When shown a photo of this Zenaida, she indicated that was not her nanny. The Anthony's indicated it was the wrong Zenaida.

When my littleone started getting around, my Dad reminded me-as long as she is making noise everything is OK. MY Dad was so wrong. She would make noise tryin to move stuff around to get into things!!
She wasn't at all sneaky-and still isn't!! lol!!

I think she was "looking for love in all the wrong places". If someone had settled down with her, I think all would have been well, and Caylee wouldn't have gone missing. JMO though.

And for the Anthony's, in effect, to have thrown her out without a pot to piss in, was callous and uncalled for.

imo, if casey had settled down with someone, there eventually would have been problems in the relationship due to casey's lying (imo, that's part of her personality and she would be heard pressed to overcome that tendency). also, she did have the "opportunity" to settle down with jesse and didn't. i don't really see her as the settling down type -at least not at her current age and lifestyle (well, lifestyle before her arrest).

we don't know if the anthony's threw her out. we've read that cindy saw a psych who suggested/advised doing so, but whether that's true, and whether they followed through with it, remains to be verified. even if they did "throw" 22 year old casey out of the house, they could have told her she was free to caylee with them until she got herself established.

we've also heard/read that casey took off with caylee after a fight (which may or may not have included being choked) with cindy, and apparently wouldn't let her parents see or speak with caylee since then. while we don't know for a fact that the fight/flight is correct, cindy's internet (?myspace) post of 7/3 lends more credence to that scenario (at least to me) .

I don' think the car was towed until the 30th.
I believe Casey just said that about the car because that is the story she told Tony about her father coming to take care of the car.
She was driving Tony's jeep when she and Amy went to Target and Amy bought her a gas can.
I think she had intentions of going to the car and burning it...whether something else got in her way or by then the car was towed remains to be seen.
Actually she probably went back after the car was towed and was quite surprised it was not there.

They didn't pick them up until later in the investigation. That was the "evidence" that supposedly the Anthonys called LE and told them to pick up.

If those weren't George's original cans (and I've never thought they were), the Anthonys figured they'd have other people's prints on them (i.e. Amy) and thereby giving police another "suspect" in Caylee's disappearance.

Cindy's had it in for Amy ever since she knew Amy was proceeding full steam on the check charges. JMO

I believe Casey just said that about the car because that is the story she told Tony about her father coming to take care of the car.
She was driving Tony's jeep when she and Amy went to Target and Amy bought her a gas can.
I think she had intentions of going to the car and burning it...whether something else got in her way or by then the car was towed remains to be seen.
Actually she probably went back after the car was towed and was quite surprised it was not there.

imo, if casey had settled down with someone, there eventually would have been problems in the relationship due to casey's lying (imo, that's part of her personality and she would be heard pressed to overcome that tendency). also, she did have the "opportunity" to settle down with jesse and didn't. i don't really see her as the settling down type -at least not at her current age and lifestyle (well, lifestyle before her arrest).

we don't know if the anthony's threw her out. we've read that cindy saw a psych who suggested/advised doing so, but whether that's true, and whether they followed through with it, remains to be verified. even if they did "throw" 22 year old casey out of the house, they could have told her she was free to caylee with them until she got herself established.

we've also heard/read that casey took off with caylee after a fight (which may or may not have included being choked) with cindy, and apparently wouldn't let her parents see or speak with caylee since then. while we don't know for a fact that the fight/flight is correct, cindy's internet (?myspace) post of 7/3 lends more credence to that scenario (at least to me) .

It caught me eye the night GA shoved that elderly woman plus that man, when Lee came out and took the h a m m e r out of his hand, plus the time he again removed the h a m m e r from Georges hand, and a few times he has kind of intervened in situations, makes me think that Lee has intervened and removed a weapon of some sort a few times before from GA. Maybe some of those in-home skirmishes occured. So for those reasons I beleive that Lee is the one who called cops up about the gun hidden in the wheelwell of GA's truck. jmo of course and good morning all. Going home today- hooray- b ut on home oxygen. That should curtail the smoking at home huh?

First, he doesn't know the case very well. He calls her Casey "Anderson", said Casey told the media Zenaida's name, and said Casey is the one who gave the police the names of her children and exact make and model of Zenaida's car ... All untrue. Casey said Zenaida did not have children, she has never spoken to the media, she did not give the make and model of Zenaida's car. That all came from the guest card that the police obtained from Sawgrass.

Casey did not publish the statement to the public. The media did. Casey cleared this Zenaida before anyone knew which Zenaida was at Sawgrass.

John keeps reiterating in his interview that Casey pointed out this Zenaida as the person who took Caylee ... the facts do not support that.

The Court usually stays the civil action pending a criminal trial. But, this is Florida, and they do things differently down there.

I think the gas cans had touched a body -- the ones she stole from her parents. She wanted new replacements perhaps?The gas cans which Casey had removed from her parents shed were "supposedly" returned on the 24th...when George reports her returnig them when he looked for his whell wedge's and when Lee reports that George told him that Casey cursed him out and shoved them into his hands while keeping him at a distance from the trunk.
Either story...those cans were returned, so she did have to locate another can if she thoght she cold retreive her pontiac, now hopefully "aired out" of the "two dead squirrels" odor...too bad for Casey that when she returned, the car had already been towed. What a bummer!

Well she told Tony is was broke down but told Amy she had ran out of gas. My thinking is she didn't want Tony near the car or the dumpster that day. Thats why she had to tell him it was broke down and not just out of gas. Could have waited for trash day then go back for car with gas in hand but was too late Car was towed? Just thinking here.

I think casey anthony took the gas cans from george because at that point in time Caylee was in the trunk. She had money, and yet didn't go to a gas station for the gas. Why, because she had a dead body in the trunk. Once she had the gas, she took off and disposed of Caylee's body. The gas in the cans was to insure she didn't run out on this disposal mission.

I think she asked Amy to help her get a new gas can and gas because she wanted to retreive the car from Amscot, but she was too late they had already towed it.

I didn't think she had any money until she stole the cash from Amy while Amy was sleep/walking? 2-4 days before Amy left for PR on 7/8?

By purchasing/stealing gas and gas can it is my thinking she could have accidently killed her, drove around to find a secluded place to burn the body then threw the remains in the swamp or a river. I had thought she went to retrieve the car on the 30th, hoping the smell was gone...but she may well have been driving by daily and checking in the hope it was stolen. When she saw it still there on the night of the 29th or early morning of the 30th, maybe she planned to get the car and try leaving it somewhere else?...Having second thoughts about where she chose to abandon it as the location was pretty close to the routes and homes of many who knew her...???

It's so hard to try to come up with every possible scenario, and weed out the less likely ones, because there honestly aren't any so unlikely that Casey may not have tried them. She is so "out there" that really anythings possible!

LOL.....can't be done. Glad you mentioned that. I was trying to follow that conversation. Because I have a ton of bamboo in my backyard like the Anthonys :D and no, you cannot climb it by any means. I don't know if the other poster meant "massive" as in tall....yes, it grows very tall, but the "stalk" part of it is not thick at all. We have bamboo higher than our roof but there's no way you can climb it.

LOL! :seeya: With a 2-3yo toddler, where there's a will--they will definitely find a way! I never thought my DD could climb atop the fridge, but she did! If Caylee wanted to get in that pool with the ladder down--she would have found a way. IMO!

Oh I agree with that 100%! I'm just sayin she couldn't climb bamboo. The kind I assume is in the Anthonys' yard anyway...like mine, also here in FL.....is just not sturdy at all, even for a two-year-old. A kitty cat couldn't even climb it. Lizards do, though. (Again, though, this is FL, we have little bitty lizards all over the place.) :D

I haven't but I think I understand your point. My point is Casey did not pick her out of a line up and say "that's her, she took my baby", and LE has determined this woman is not involved in whatever happened. She has been cleared publicly. Therefore, if she is being treated badly because of her name, then it is the people treating her badly that are responsible. They are the ones that should be held accountable, assuming what she says is true.

I don't know about the freezer pops and being frozen.

AL's statement regarding the alleged frozen food led me to question if the pizza in the white garbage bag with blue ties was a forgotten frozen uncooked pizza or leftover purchased cooked pizza as previously assumed. Maybe WFTV 9 will run a third test (kidding).
