ok, this is what I've come up with-that sounds...interesting to me.

I thought he lived a ways away? at least an hour or two?

cindy supposedly saying about caylee being a mistake-
I can totally see that, especially if she was the one that ended up providing for caylee with everything she needed.

the way her bag was neatly packed

the officer that lee saw who he had gone to school with.

when casey was admitting to lee about not seeing caylee--and cindy walks into the room-how did cindy know that 30 days had passed since she saw caylee? she said something like why didnt you tell me we could have done something 30 days ago -
was she listening at the door? or did she really know-and the smell from the car confirmed things for her?

what was the paper they took out of her wallet behind her d/l?

about her receipts he says 'so if Im missing one...'-wonder if he hid evidence?


who is heather??


gas cans...they usually kept the shed UNlocked.

he couldnt get to her login screen-sounds to me she tried to wipe it
reinstall windows
and it got shut off in the middle

it also sounds to me like lee is trying to explain some stuff away
I wonder if while he was gone for 2 hours-he tried to wipe it/
reinstall, didnt have the discs-so he messed with a bunch of files
not realizing that a comp. expert would be able to go and look at anything ever on that comp.

why was he gone 2 hours to get the stuff?

I have a feeling lee is covering for casey-NOT by helping with caylee, but helping to get rid of some damning evidence-comp/receipts...

to me, just like that person said about caseys interview--he's giving too much info out about some things.

and he was going to get a pen and paper & write stuff down for when the cops came?
he told on the cop that left the house while cindy took money from caseys wallet..

he is pretending to be on LE side by being 'overly' helpful, imo.
I think there is apart of his conversation with casey that he left out-I wonder if she spilled the beans and asked him to go to tonys to get her laptop and delete stuff off.

he refused a lie test too right?

I did a post on that above. That Heather MacDonald was an employee beginning after Casey was fired. He says she verified info se couldn't possibly verify. ETA: even Lee doesn't say she verified that "Jeffrey" has a son, and he referred her to Z.

Okay, here's something interesting. Lee emailed Yuri Melich with "information he and his family found out during their visits" to help with the search. Now he talks about Juliette Lewis and Jeff Hopkins, as Casey told him on a recorded jailhouse call. Mind you this email is dated July 26- ten dates after LE confronted her with the truth about her job status as well as that Jeff Hopkins (gone since 2002) and Juliette Lewis (movie star moonlighting as non-existent event planner). Lee said Casey claims that these were the people "who knew Caylee was missing and were helping her to look for them." (remember, LE already knew they don't exist). Lee also furnishes the names of non-existent managers, as well as bogus emails on non-existent domains from said non-existent managers. BUT, along with all this is the name of a "coworker" at Universal named, Heather MacDonald. Lee claims she confirms that there was Jeff and that Casey was "hanging out with someone named Juliette." Now you will see lots of emails from Yuri M checking up on all the Universal data, and there is a Heather MacDonald who worked for management for a year starting after Casey was fired. The email has her correct phone number, as if he confirmed this all by talking to her," but how could he? The info Casey gave we know is all lies. Is this a tangible piece of perjury by Lee?
At the bottom of the email is (Ta Da!) a description of Zenaida and information on her mother, “Gloria," her sister, "Samantha," and of course, the inimitable roommate, "Raquel Farrell."

The part of the interview you are referencing is very interesting. You know, the Anthony family was then alleging that she may have lost her job in 2006, but she as working as a contractor after that. On my link pages 299-402 (by the pdf page listing) are Casey's emails to prove that, which turned out to be fakes. Now, Lee's conversation with Heather, she supposedly remembers all sorts of things about Casey and vaious people. The email Yuri Melich got from Diane Tighe (page 281)gives her dates of employment as 5/29/06 to 5/27/07; so she wasn't working until at least a month after Casey was fired in 4/06 and she stopped working a year and about 1 year and two months before the investiagtion began. The documents do not reveal LE's communication with Heather MacDonald herself; that might mean that this is something they are giving to the grand jury.

On July 16th Cindy and Amy went to Tony's house to get Casey.

In Lee's stmt he says that on the 15th early 16th he went to Tony's to get Casey's things. Does this mean that Lee went to Tony's house while Casey supposedly was still there. (?)

Casey's belongings had to be already @ Cindy's house before police arrived later in the day of the16th.. So Lee had to have gone to Tony's before hand. I think it also explains why Cindy could steal the money from the wallet while the police were there. Also gave him or Casey or Cindy advance time to try to wipe the laptop.

The first responder was a friend of Lee's from HS he said. They knew each other.
Did she arrive alone or with a partner? Why would she leave the house ?
Lee said the officer retrieved a folded white paper from the wallet, but she didn't see Cindy take the money?

jeez, I dont know- I thought lee went to the house (as per his interview) the day cindy called 911

with the officers, I think there was a point when they were going in and out of the house.

I have to reread his interview!
