Very strange. IIRC, it was Lee who encouraged Cindy not to make that 3rd 911 call. I'd like to know who first opened the trunk when it returned to the house from the tow yard--and did they find a dead body?

After that, it seems as though George left the house for several hours and then returned, and then Lee left the house for several hours and returned. Cindy did laundry and dishes. Casey alerted to a few friends that Caylee was missing. The Anthony terrier dogs hid in the closet and covered their ears.

They DID say things about "the nanny" in the media, but Casey was the one who pointed the finger. That is one way to look at it barskin. The other way to look at it is that Casey will continue to lie and say "A" ZFG took Caylee but not that particular ZFG. She was already shown a picture and said it wasn't her. How her attorney handles this will be quite interesting.

Does Baez handle civil suits?

I wonder when Baez will fly the coop. Oh, I guess the judge has to release him.

Maybe all the ZFG's can get together and file a class action suit.

There is some struggle between the sides because the sheriff's office feels like Casey knows where her daughter is while her attorney Jose Baez continues to say his client does not. Baez says Casey left Caylee with the babysitter and hasn't seen her since.

Wondering how Casey obtained ZFG's information - could she have seen the plate number on Z's car and had a "friend" run it for her. Or, did she really get the info from Sawgrass. In the latter case, I would think suing the owners of Sawgrass would result in a better outcome. Seems I read on the media link that the Anthony's Homeowner's Policy may be sued. That makes no sense to me.

Maybe or maybe he just wanted to turn in it on to see if it still worked. I could understand all that but the thing I don't understand is this. I don't understand how a virus can delete something that is not on your hard drive to begin with. That is stored someone else. If she used yahoo or hotmail or whatever and signed in through the browser and didn't use outlook express or a program like that, someone had to delete the e-mails imo.

I've formatted my old computer plenty of times and reinstalled the os and all that and gotten a new computer and the e-mails are always there. I have a lot of e-mails in my yahoo account, some from January of 2008 and they are still there even the ones that I looked at.

I have not seen any one mention the marijuana that Casey smoked and that it was suggested that she got it from Tony.
If he did not provide it for her she was buying it somewhere and probably accounts for alot of the money she stole from others.
I think it was Ricados interview but not positive.
The idea that she probably was smoking it around and in front of Caylee really explains alot to me.

Yesterday, I watched an A&E episode of cold case files. It was about a woman who was murdered, they pretty much knew who did it but they didn't have a body.

15 years later, someone found her braids. Literally her head of hair exactly how it looked, except there was no scalp. They had both sides of the braids. (they were beautiful and long) They went back and tested some hair that had been collected from her brush 15 years earlier.

The braids were consistent with the hair on the brush.

They went back to the place where they found the braids. The only people who went to search were scientists and archaelogists. In hundreds of wooded acres, these dozen or so people found this woman's skull. They were able to find most of the rest of her skeleton.
The murderer was convicted and sentenced to life 15 years after the crime!!

There is hope that Caylee will be found! It's been done in the past after 15 years!!

I have not seen any one mention the marijuana that Casey smoked and that it was suggested that she got it from Tony.
If he did not provide it for her she was buying it somewhere and probably accounts for alot of the money she stole from others.
I think it was Ricados interview but not positive.

If drugs played a part in what happened to Caylee, I don't think it was pot. It was Amy who mentioned it in her interview with LE. She said that Casey had told her that she was smoking more pot than she had before.

If I read it correctly, it means that Casey was using marijuana more frequently after Caylee disappeared, but before anyone but Casey knew about it. If it is true, and Amy did not say she had witnessed it, than I imagine that Casey was using pot to relieve her anxiety and guilt.

I don't follow this line of thinking.

If drugs played a part in what happened to Caylee, I don't think it was pot. It was Amy who mentioned it in her interview with LE. She said that Casey had told her that she was smoking more pot than she had before.

If I read it correctly, it means that Casey was using marijuana more frequently after Caylee disappeared, but before anyone but Casey knew about it. If it is true, and Amy did not say she had witnessed it, than I imagine that Casey was using pot to relieve her anxiety and guilt.

I heard today, on Headline News, that there is evidence of a text message by Casey Anthony that she texted 'someone' 'if they find Caylee's body, I'm going to spend eternity in jail'. That should be the prosecutions #1 witness?!

I think that is just a little something that might be used 'circumstantially' to connect the dots as Nancy Grace says often to throw away the key and give Ms. Anthony her 'thoughts'.

At this point-i admit it is wishful thinking on my part. For a family to take donations from people (some in their 80's) to search for a missing little girl that we all have come to love is just wrong in my book. And the next family that really MIGHT need to search for their grandaughter will not get the help they need. Cindy by law should have reported the $40,000.00 that Casey stole. It is elder abuse. It's in the documents ... Tony told Amy he received a text from Casey on the 16th ... and the text was "if they don't find her, who do you think will be spending an eternity ..."

The detective responded that there was no way she could have texted that on the 16th.

Yep - as much as I think some of the protestors have crossed the line with their behavior, the judge's decision was the right decision.

Thank you. I agree. What was fascinating is that the public pressure to make good on the injunction by the judge might have created some very interesting first amendment arguments. I was kind of waiting for that and I was waiting to see if the ACLU would step in to obviously add to the spectacle. But, the judge did the right thing. He sidestepped it the first time on a technicality for which I don't blame him, but eventually had to hear the case and know that he would have tried to create unbelievable precedent in America. It would have been a Circus with four rings at that point.
