Ok, let's take that one step further. Let's say that Casey did order it using Cindy's card BUT had it shipped to a different address (say TonE's or Amy's). You can usually track a purchase online so she would know when it would arrive. Maybe filing for identity theft, Cindy is trying to deflect away from herself AND Casey? (Does that make sense?)

So many here have doubted that Casey was an unfit mother, and did not believe that Cindy thought she was or had any reason to report casey and take custody...wonder what (if any) impact this document release will have on those thoughts...
Cindy herself called casey a sociopath...with her medical background, limited though it may be in Psychology, she knew full well what that term meant. It's not something even a layperson would toss out there lightly...a far cry from saying something like 'She's nut's."...
Cindy knew Casey didn't have it in her to mother...she knew and she let it go until a time came when she felt threatened that Casey would leave and take Caylee with her. Possesiveness, not concern like most people would have are what caused her to act. There was time for action and intervention for over two years IMO.
This child was a possesion tugged between these two women her whole life. I'm sure each loved her in their way, but the "winning" got in the way of either giving her the truely unselfish and protective love each child deserves.

...people have questioned why Caseu shows no concern for her own hide. I think that is mainly because she still thinks she will get away with this ( Socio's are typically of the belief they are "special" and superior). During sleep, the psyche is unguarded, and during this time any self doubt...any fears will creep out. I think she had nightmares about getting caught and what she may have done wrong that could come back and bite her...

Thank you for replying, I wouldn't be surprised if the evidence was really incriminating, but I don't think it's going to be as good as evidence as having Caylee's body, without that I think there will always be doubt in some people's minds.

I agree. I think the information released as part of discovery will go to the current charges pending against Casey. I doubt any forensic information will be released since I would think that evidence would be used in a murder charge. Could be wrong but I wouldn't give anything to Baez that didn't specifically relate to the charges for which she is being tried at this time. JMO.

My daily shower is now every couple of days. b.o.,b.o.
I am just now running a load of dishes that have been sitting there for oh, uh, hate to say it out loud, 5 weeks. I did redo a load of towels that have sat in the washer for 2 weeks.
BTW: A big splash of vinegar and more laundry soap helps.
My kitchen floor that is cream colored now looks like it has a mat of dark splotchy, sticky stuff.
Thank goodness I have no pets right now.
I do have a 6 yr old granddaughter that asks me if they found Caylee yet. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not a shrink, but have a masters in psychology...

We really don't know what the nightmare was about and of course speculate that it must be about Caylee.

I think a sociopath could have nightmares that revolve around not getting what they want...it's kind of all about me in their world so I wouldn't read too much into her having a nightmare.

Oh Boy, oh boy! Not much in this sad case gives me any excitedness...but if we get some depositions, it will be something I look forward to. I've wanted so badly to compare the official statements to the media statements...

I really don't think it's Caylee but of course I could be wrong. My thoughts are WHY would she go so far to get rid of the body? There are many, many rural areas much closer than Russellville that she could have used. In fact I live a couple hundred miles south of there and we're in the boonies even though I-65 is less than an hour away. I just can't see her going the extra distance unnecessarily. But as I said, I could be wrong.

Someone attempted to choke me once and it left terrible marks ( I'm lucky it was a female and my strength matched hers...a client). Spokesperson from Baez' office referred all media calls to Todd Black.
Black said the discovery evidence released today contains nothing new, Baez received his copy on Monday and if there had been any new evidence "she wouldn't be sitting at home right now" free on bond. Black also said a 3rd party has provided $$$ to hire an ind. investigative team to chase down leads re: Caylee's whereabouts.

Where is alll this money coming from? If I didn't know better, I'm thinking the Anthonys, Cindy and George, are being fronted money for book and movie rights. Casey would never be able to make a penny off of this, but they will. JMO.

ETA - Why did they wait so look to hire a "real" investigative team? I guess those 3 searchers are getting pretty tired working 24/7 for nothing but bottled water.

I just am not getting why anyone is even caring if anyone choked Casey at anytime ever, especially at this point, really. Cindy snapped on her daughter, big deal, at least she never killed her daughter, unlike Casey who probably did it because her mother dared lay a hand on her, and in reality, it was probably the first time Cindy ever even did that, and also lets not act like Cindy snapped because Casey peeled an orange wrong. imo.I don't think "cares" is the right term...I find it interesting and think it is something which helps set the stage for the events that followed. What happened to Caylee didn't happen in a vaacum, other events brought Casey and her circumstance's to that point. I don't think many here give a ripple about what happened/happens to Casey as long as she pays the consequences for her actions.
Getting choked doesn't buy her any sympathy from me, even if the choking, the berating, and the nasty fighting were daily occurances her entire life.
No one gets a pass on murdering another human being. Not from me!

in my family we tend to discuss our day or ask one another about this or that about work, school whatever.... i cant imagine someone in the house saying they were going to work everyday and dropping their kid at the nanny if none of that was true and family members not at least being suspicious!
