I've explained many times on here my thoughts on that.....why she didn't call 911 if there were an accident. I'll just make it short and sweet and say I chalk it up to her personality disorder(s).

I am still leaning towards an accident also. I think I can't get the flurry of phone calls out of my mind. She was trying to get help from her mom maybe??? I guess if the chloroform info is true and we find out when the searches were made and for what, I can change my mind. Again! :)

i have no idea... i saw the documentary on it a few years back and I'm a little rusty on the details

I know at one point the FBI actually stormed their house with assault rifles drawn as well... and they played the tapes for a grand jury or something and i think it was the judge who was dumbfounded by what the prosecution said was on the tapes compared to what you could actually hear on them.

I can remember hearing a lot of static and a tv show... with the odd voice here and there and toasters popping, blenders whirring... unreal!

I think many people agree with you but I have never bought that as a motive. She had plenty of freedom and her lifestyle, as evidence by all the pics, was just as she wanted it. She had her parents to watch Caylee anytime she wanted.

I don't see any motive, myself. Or at least any motive that completely satisfied ME. And that's exactly why I am still on the fence about murder vs. accident.

Thats how I feel, I can't wrap my mind around the fact that she killed Caylee out of spite, so I want to think it was an accident, but I hear her talk and I'm right back to thinking murder.:shrug:

If it's true about Cindy grabbing Casey's by the throat for stealing money from her GGP, Casey may have believed that Cindy would be way way way more violent if she found out she killed her daughter accident or not, I can see her being afraid to call anyone. I'm not giving Casey a pass on this, I still believe she has done something terrible, I'm just saying Casey's seen more actions from her mother than anyone. jmo

IMO people are reading into this because of the comments (by Casey's friends) regarding how nothing woke up Caylee once she was asleep. They were surprised that even loud parties didn't wake her up IIRC.

Also Casey seems to have a habit of incorporating a small touch of truth, such as the fact that she worked for Universal, into a big lie, like she is currently an events coordinator) so Zanny for Xanax maybe... I wouldn't say for sure that she wouldn't build a lie around it. IMO

Yeah I know Bar she talks a mean cat fight, but I don't believe that she is truly 'physically' afraid of Cindy. Casey's fear is rejection, of being 'overlooked', the anger she spews comes from pain perpetuated by fear...not being choked to death by Cindy.

I tend to agree with you emanon. Cindy has exhibited very little self control in several instances who's to say that if the truth came out in it's entirety she wouldn't attack Casey in a fit of anger... my guess would be that she might. IMO

ITA. NeJame said on Dr. Phil that Cindy was the mother of Caylee in everyway, including behaving like a mother who lost her child. IMO, Casey was just "there", Cindy was the mother to all of them and I'm there was no doubt about that in Casey's mind. IMO, Casey took Caylee from that house with the express intent of killing her. Again, JMO, but I don't think it was an accident, it was what she intended and she went right on living her idea of the beautiful life. JMO.

I agree... I've started taking almost everything I hear about this case with a grain of salt until theres some proof or way of verifying to some degree that what is being said or represented is fairly certain to be the truth and not just more blabbering by someone looking for their 15 minutes.

I strongly believe that was the reason Cindy was so controlling of Casey. Casey very early on was telling friends even Jessie believed so. Cindy knew she had no alternative but to act that way with Casey. She knew Casey was irresponsible and wasn't able to take care of Caylee, immotionally and financially and wrote so on her web page on July 3rd. She was really worried for Caylee. Shewould never have let Caylee go off with Casey. I believe Casey snuck out with Caylee.Cindy had to be controlling of Casey's life. Casey in turn lied about her life and work or jobs so Cindy would get off her back. And so it seems when Casey left with Caylee consequences happened because Casey didn't know how to be with Caylee without Cindy's help. I can just hear Casey - See what you made me do!! Not possible, not with Casey, at least.

The longer you keep a body in a situation, the more gases are expelled, the more things are secreted, and the more physical evidence remains.

Given that they have the car, and they've got evidence from inside the car already, if Casey really drove ten hours to Alabama to drop the body off somewhere there (probably around 15 to 16 hours total because she wouldn't know the area, and if she's willing to dump the body, why dump in Alabama), there would be evidence all the way up and down the drive.. people would have seen her, gas receipts would be linked to her, CC cameras at gas stations would have caught her.

No, if the child in Alabama is Caylee Anthony, then Casey is NOT the killer. (Or she didn't dispose of the body)

IIRC Cindy Anthony was being questioned by a reporter as she was going into her house. They asked her why she was getting a criminal attorney for herself and George her reply was about her identity being stolen. I haven't found any links but I think that's how it went down. I was just thinking. Maybe they are going to release these documents today and see what Casey, her family and their attorneys do or say. Then tomorrow on day 100 of Caylee being last seen alive they will arrest her.

I had thought about that too. However, after giving the 100-day some more thought, I don't believe a specific date for arrest would be set in stone by LE/FBI. They'll make the necessary arrest(s) when they're d.mn good and ready.

Prosecution turned over discovery to defense. Media requested copy of release. LE keeping things close to the vest would have nothing to do with that.

in my family we tend to discuss our day or ask one another about this or that about work, school whatever.... i cant imagine someone in the house saying they were going to work everyday and dropping their kid at the nanny if none of that was true and family members not at least being suspicious!

If this was an accident as some think, wouldn't have Casey confided in someone during those 31 days? She finds her child dead, she panics makes a dozen or so phone calls, tries probably twice to get rid of the body, and presumably carries on living a normal (well Casey normal)life. A dog brought home a suspected human foot in Russelville, AL. Based on current tests, it's unclear if it's a human foot or another animal's foot. (Tests were inconclusive.)

Russellville is a town 11 hours from Orlando according to Google Maps. According to wikipedia, there are 8000 people living there and it's off the main interstate about an hour up the road.

To get there, you have to go through a few major cities, including Atlanta and Birmingham.

I disagree... IMO We have seen in all the pictures released of her out having a good time after Caylee was missing, during the day and into the evening she only has time to think about herself and what's best for her. But when she's asleep .... now that is a whole different story.

I totally agree with you...she's all about herself when she's awake and I doubt seriously if she's having any nightmares now. She has moved on, away from the event. She's put it behind her and is back into the daily what-makes-me-happy-today-I'll-do mode of living.

So many here have doubted that Casey was an unfit mother, and did not believe that Cindy thought she was or had any reason to report casey and take custody...wonder what (if any) impact this document release will have on those thoughts...
Cindy herself called casey a sociopath...with her medical background, limited though it may be in Psychology, she knew full well what that term meant. It's not something even a layperson would toss out there lightly...a far cry from saying something like 'She's nut's."...
Cindy knew Casey didn't have it in her to mother...she knew and she let it go until a time came when she felt threatened that Casey would leave and take Caylee with her. Possesiveness, not concern like most people would have are what caused her to act. There was time for action and intervention for over two years IMO.
This child was a possesion tugged between these two women her whole life. I'm sure each loved her in their way, but the "winning" got in the way of either giving her the truely unselfish and protective love each child deserves.
