I know this is probably OT in a way but i hardly ever type long posts like this & i wanted to get this out there. i wish i could send this to Casey’s parents & Casey.

Healthy love for your child is making your child take responsibility for their own actions & make them understand that punishment comes with wrong doing & dont tell lies because when those lies are found to be lies then your punishment is 10x worse & the truth will always come out. your child will never learn any of this, if you keep bailing them out, covering for them, not making them take responsibility & giving them their own way. i believe casey was never taught that from her parents as a child growing up & they still arent teaching her that now. you cannot bring your child up like that & expect them to have respect for you & others & be a good, loving, honest person. Casey needs to fess up & finally admit was she has done & take the punishment that comes to her. maybe she will then learn from her own mistakes & that she cannot go thru life being the kind of person she is being. Hopefully she would change her way of life.
i have no doubt that Cindy & George love Casey but they need to realize that they messed up a little bit raising her & now try to be there for her, assuring her they do love her but also making sure she knows that she has to take responsibility for the wrongs she did. no more covering for her & giving her, her own way. Casey needs to hear from her parents that she is wrong in what she has done & that her parents arent gonna take it anymore. they need to put their foot down & maybe use some tough love. if they cant seem to do this, then maybe if they put it in there heads that they are doing this for Caylee, then maybe they will be able to follow thru with it. Caylee deserves the truth to be brought out & justice for herself & others that loved her. she didnt ask to be born into this world & she deserved a chance to grow up & be a mother herself. this is very sad.
Please Casey tell what happend to Caylee. do it for Caylee. You owe her that.

Okay, so I was reading through the other thread and found a post - I forgot who posted it because I was starting at the front to back - (1,000 posts is a lot to read).. anyway, someone said they saw a commercial for NG today and it said they would discuss Casey's call log.

I just want to know who she talked to on June 15, 16 and 17th. Specifically, I want to know if she called her friend Dante who lived in the Sawgrass Apartments in that timeframe.

If she was around the Sawgrass Apartments during that timeframe - that might explain how she got Zenaida's information. That could clear up one of the mysteries in this case.

I take those reports with a grain of salt. A spokesperson relayed that to a news reporter. no name. See, it could have just been a volunteer that spent the day getting roused by message board discussions of hopeful possibilities based on mere opinions.

They wouldn't believe it. Especially since the local police seem to be smooching their fannies. They turn a blind eye to everything that useless bunch does, but they've got investigators out looking for the coin throwers.

The Anthonys were told to stay inside, they were told police were on their way. What did they do? Armed themselves and went out yelling and making threats. George purposely got into those people's faces.

No one should have touched George, but no one would have if he and Cindy had stayed inside. The protesters would have still been there when the police rolled up, but G and C wanted a fight. It looked to me like it came out pretty even on both sides.

Then George whines to the media he constantly criticizes, and the police are suddenly hunting these people down. Good Job! Less people out there solving real crimes and more babysitting the Anthonys.

I think it's too bad that the local police allow the Anthonys to do the same things they ticket others for. It's no wonder they think they are above the law. The police department thinks so too, except for Casey.

The Anthonys get extra deputies to help them pick fights with no consequences and the rest of the city does without. Perfect.

I think it depends on where you live how the word "nanny" is used. When I was growing up, nanny meant someone that came to your house to babysit. They didn't necessarily live with the family. If you took your kids to their house, they were called a babysitter.

Prosecutors may try to say that she didn't call 911 right away when she thought Caylee may have been in danger or kidnapped and therefore neglectful, but I can see the defense arguing that there was no need for Casey to call 911 about Caylee because she knew who she had left her with. The "real' danger came when the protestors physically confronted G & A.

I am not condoning Casey's behavior and her choice not to get LE involved when Caylee went missing. I just wonder Baez will be able to argue the glass half-full, if you will.

I could almost agree except when asked directly why she didn't call LE Casey said it was because she was afraid. She had not reason to be afraid of LE at that point. She had more reason to be afraid of what Zanny the invisible Nanny might do to her child. But. we all know that is not the case. So yes, Casey was afraid to call LE on Jun 16th because she had murdered and disposed of her child and she didn't want to get caught. IMO. That 911 call is definitely a feather in the prosecutions cap. It goes to self interest, IMO. JMO.

Plus, she should have *cough* called them when she went to the apartment and no one was there and when she tried to call Zanny, the number had been disconnected. Instead, she went to a "neutral" place (Tony's). (And mentions nothing to him about any kidnapping.)

I absolutely agree. I'm only "devil's advocate" here. Didn't she say she watched enough crime TV, etc. :rolleyes: to know what happens in cases like that....the child kidnapped gets hurt? No....I don't believe her story for one minute. Just sayin' what her defense will be. We've actually heard it already, why she didn't notify the cops.

Zanny taking Caylee from the park wasn't an official statement made to police. I think that whatever she told Rob Dick in that car could be inadmissable, partly because RD didn't make a statement to police ASAP. They had to fly to Cali to speak to him??? I don't see how it could be used as direct evidence against Crazy.. I mean Casey. But I'm no lawyer.

On some phones, if you get a text while you're talking, it will cut off convo and beep, then you can put the person on speaker and type in your message, hit send and keep yacking. If you don't put them on speaker, you just have to tell them to hang on while you type, then hit send and put the phone back up to your face.

Thanks cm, I missed that somehow. I guess it's also possible she was going to tell him Caylee was gone. I don't believe Cindy and George had anything to do with the actual disappearance and I beleive Cindy's emotion was geniune when she called in a panic so I don't believe Casey has ever told them the truth. There....I just presented and rebutted an arguement with myself. Hmmmm......my husband would be thrilled I admitted to doing that. Don't anyone tell him 'cos he'll sure never read it here unless there is a case involving Spike TV. jmo
