It was ruled admissable. The doctor/patient confidentiality was broken by the fact that Erik threatened Dr. Oziel. Finally, Dr Oziel's recording of Eric talking was admitted into evidence and Dr. Oziel didn't have to testify at all.

The only way it makes sense is she had to come up with SOME reason she hadn't called the police. She wasn't in a coma, or suffering from amnesia, and she couldn't tell them the truth, so that's what she her story became and she is sticking to it.

I have been trying to think about what the femaleBH may have known or heard that could create legal problems for her. As with Lee, I don't think she is compelled to report unless maybe it is about a crime that WILL happen or that happened after she heard of it and she didn't report it.
I wonder if she may have overheard some priveleged communication between Baez and Casey? It might be difficult to know how or if she could report that. I don't know if you can report someting you overhear between attorney and client...I *think* you can, but I'm not sure. I would think if she heard something important that she would want to pass it on to LE.

Casey told Dick, the other body guard, about the sister Samantha and J Blanchard Park. Casey might have told the female a different, but just as true, story. I'm pretty sure LE would be interested in anything she BH overheard. If Baez talks to his client in front of someone who is not connected to his office or the attorney-client priviledge contract, it's free game. Just like people can take a picture of you and sell it if it's taken anywhere that's not inside your home.

I hope the female bodyguard has something really good!!

I want to believe that Caylee is alive, but that doesn't mean I do believe she is. I'm doubtful because of events and information that have surfaced. I do have a difficult time believing that Casey was so mean that she would kill her child, and this based on what seemed to be a happy mommy/child relationship - only have pics for that information and that there were really no reports that she was less than a caring mother, except that she may have taken her to a few adult parties. There is something here that I think will really blow our minds when it comes out and I do think all of the family will be involved. I just keep hearing Casey tell her mom, "you don't know what my involvement is?" -may not be the exact words, but certainly sounded to me like her mother knew alot.

Thank you so much for an honest answer, Isabelle. I appreciate it. I wish you were right about Caylee being alive. Oh how I wish it were true... I was just trying to make sense of the opinions that Caylee is alive because as much as I have tried to piece the puzzle together in such a way that makes it possible for Caylee to be found alive.. It has been a fruitless effort.

I applaud you for keeping up hope. My father and mother always told me to always have hope until you know without a doubt there is none. I wish I could utilize that advice when it comes to this case, but it seems impossible, IMO.. at least for myself.

I know this is probably OT in a way but i hardly ever type long posts like this & i wanted to get this out there. i wish i could send this to Casey’s parents & Casey.

Healthy love for your child is making your child take responsibility for their own actions & make them understand that punishment comes with wrong doing & dont tell lies because when those lies are found to be lies then your punishment is 10x worse & the truth will always come out. your child will never learn any of this, if you keep bailing them out, covering for them, not making them take responsibility & giving them their own way. i believe casey was never taught that from her parents as a child growing up & they still arent teaching her that now. you cannot bring your child up like that & expect them to have respect for you & others & be a good, loving, honest person. Casey needs to fess up & finally admit was she has done & take the punishment that comes to her. maybe she will then learn from her own mistakes & that she cannot go thru life being the kind of person she is being. Hopefully she would change her way of life.
i have no doubt that Cindy & George love Casey but they need to realize that they messed up a little bit raising her & now try to be there for her, assuring her they do love her but also making sure she knows that she has to take responsibility for the wrongs she did. no more covering for her & giving her, her own way. Casey needs to hear from her parents that she is wrong in what she has done & that her parents arent gonna take it anymore. they need to put their foot down & maybe use some tough love. if they cant seem to do this, then maybe if they put it in there heads that they are doing this for Caylee, then maybe they will be able to follow thru with it. Caylee deserves the truth to be brought out & justice for herself & others that loved her. she didnt ask to be born into this world & she deserved a chance to grow up & be a mother herself. this is very sad.

I want to believe that Caylee is alive, but that doesn't mean I do believe she is. I'm doubtful because of events and information that have surfaced. I do have a difficult time believing that Casey was so mean that she would kill her child, and this based on what seemed to be a happy mommy/child relationship - only have pics for that information and that there were really no reports that she was less than a caring mother, except that she may have taken her to a few adult parties. There is something here that I think will really blow our minds when it comes out and I do think all of the family will be involved. I just keep hearing Casey tell her mom, "you don't know what my involvement is?" -may not be the exact words, but certainly sounded to me like her mother knew alot.

As much as I want Casey convicted for the murder of Caylee, I'm confident in law enforcement's ability to gather the evidence needed while Casey sits in prison for twenty three years.

I have no doubt Casey will be convicted of all the charges she faces at this point in time. :)

I just met an elderly woman who had her bank account wiped out. Husband's life insurance, everything.

LE rarely investigates the average person who is a victim of these type charges, but this woman went to the police station everyday and demanded they find out who took her money.

They found the perp and he got 7 &1/2 months and served 3 months. Ordered to repay the victim but he's no where to be found.

I'm just really curious if they can even get close to 2 years on her.

The more I think about the case the more confused I am over the few people's opinions that Caylee is alive.

Removing the physical evidence completely - there was a dead body in Casey's car. Hair that is similar to Caylee's was found in the trunk and it was found to come from a decomposing body, etc etc etc. Let's forget that for a second..

The anthonys filed for bankrupsy, george was collecting disability, I would imagine any and all cash donations mailed to their home and deposits into Lee personal account, had better be accounted for. Me too I'd give anything to be wrong. Anything. I brought up Mary Beth Smith last night; and how of us learned a huge lesson following that case. But in light of everything that's happened, charges are coming. I think that for some reason, Casey has a get out of jail free card. I'm still trying to figure out exactly why that is. Maybe a case of LaFave, too pretty to go to jail syndrome. What is so sad, is that she is really an ugly person on the inside. It is true, all the profiling that's coming out about her personality. Her voice, her speech patterns which I brought up long ago, all are great indications that she is totally unplugged. Its that moment she turns around in the court room though. Want to see a monster? Just look at that video where she grins really big in the court room. She's as off balance as my wash machine when it's full of throw rugs.

It doesnt take rocket science or many shrinks to point out all the signs of her pathology. What's sad is seeing where it came from. I konw what it's like to lash out in pain, Im sure all of you do. You're adults, you know what it's like to hurt and be hurt. What the A's have done, to tarnish Caylee's memory like they have is really an abomination to me. Truly it is. All we can hope for is that Casey tracked down the real father and turned her over. It's all we can hope for; because at this point Caylee is presumed dead by most experts. Why grief counseling, and mental health experts have not been brought in at the point, is also very telling.
