Good morning....
I have only glanced over last nights thread ...but I was wondering if the Anthonys stayed inside and the police did not have to be called.
Last I heard the Guardian Angels were at the house.
Which probably really was a good idea ...hope they work both ways and protected the Anthonys and the protestors.
The longer Caylee remains missing the worse it is going to get because the public just can not stand the fact this poor child is "missing" and this family acts like it is everyone elses fault but theirs.

You know, in the early evening someone posted that Caylee isn't the protesters' child... I want to respond to that. When a child is not treated right by her family, she is everyone's child. Not only that, when Cindy Anthony told us that to get off our *uhum* and look for Caylee and if Caylee is dead it is our fault.... she made it our business. She made it our business by asking for donations.

I had doctor appts yesterday, but apparently didn't miss too much.
Maybe today will be THE DAY!
I also hope today will be the day, Warrkat. I am convinced there is no longer a living Caylee, so I am torn between feeling LE should just arrest Casey now for the murder of her daughter, and thinking maybe it's wiser to wait for further evidence. But what further evidence? Have they reached the end of the road in evidence they can gather? The stonewalling by Casey and the Anthonys has been effective.

I realize she has constitutional rights to be bonded out, but really, they need to put her back in. What good is it doing to have her out other than to feed her "I'm a celebrity" mentality? Her parents would be much better off with her in and so would the community! MOO

I don't think this entire miserable situation is bothering Casey at all. The whole world is revolving around her, and she seems comfortable with that. I'm sure this has taken ten years off the lives of her parents, whether they deserve it or not, and I don't think Casey gives a single care about that.

At least they can be there and they can be the ones to call the police. It may keep Cindy and George from thinking they have to come outside to confront demonstrators. It's not much --- they aren't "body guards" --- but they are one little barrier between the Anthonys and the public.

Very..I still think hes out for his day of fame ...Yes, but his new story fits in nicely with some of the theories about where she might have left a body in Blanchard Park. Quote: "Padilla told WESH 2 news that Casey Anthony, Caylee’s mother, gave him a very different version of what happened to Caylee, and believes investigators are talking with him to firm up their case against her." “She's lying. It's not a secret she lies all the time but this specifically is two separate stories, two different times about the same supposed incident. It's probably neither one is the truth,” he said. “It's gone on long enough. She doesn't want to cooperate. Her attorney doesn't want to cooperate, therefore it's time to go for the big one. You don't need a body for murder charges, they've got enough circumstantial, forensic evidence, they can convict her easily.” Unquote.
Plus, all of this crew is out for their day of infamy. JMHO

I feel for his wife. I honestly think his relationship with Casey should look more professional. I have never seen an attorney walk holding hands with his client.
I think she has snowed the people around her...except for those that have been tangled up in her web of lies and deceit.
I honestly think she has Baez feeling sorry for her ....poor little mom who lost her child.....type thing....
But someone ought to slap some sense into him and make him realize she is making a fool out of him.
I know she has a right to council but he is suppose to be the smart one and he needs to quit the handholding and the hugging and whatever else is happening personally.

Thanks for the help! It apparently came from Fox Orlando, and it was a brief clip of Casey and Baez walking from her front door to his car in the driveway. Good morning everyone.
I can't believe the circus never stops. Yesterday LE responds to a tip about a little girl named Caylee, (but spelled different). That girl did not look like Caylee to me. But fine, LE has to be sure. I get that I guess.
The protestors. I know people have a right to protest. But it is my opinion that there are a certain number of people there because they can get away with yelling, throwing, grabbing, hitting, and not only get away with it, but look like hero's for sticking up for Caylee.
I understand some people think if Casey were to be back in jail the violent protests would stop. I don't think so. I think some are there for the 'party'.
The protestors I think do have a right are the ones that spend several hours sitting quietly with a sign.
But again, that is my opinion. Oddly I went from being angry at George and Cindy myself, to now just feeling sorry for them.

I'm only speculating here, but could it be that Cindy and George think Casey is spending too much time at Baez' office and think she should stay home more, and refused to take her, so he had to pick her up? I doubt that would make him very happy!

I would think though, that Cindy & George would welcome the chance to accidentally run over a few protesters while driving Casey.

The Anthonys behavior does nothing to help their daughter in a court of law. Not only Casey calling 911 over a protest but doesnt call 911 when he daughter goes missing, it looks bad when George issues a plea for the public to track down a protester but the family or the mother has issued a plea for the kidnappers to return their daughter. George doesnt want a dent in his garage from a penny but who has asked the kidnappers to Not hurt Caylee?
Garage vs Caylee should be a no brainer.

Do you think maybe he's trying to make her look younger, like someone who's too young and inexperienced to make good judgements? I have trouble myself thinking of her as an adult..... well, until I remember those raunchy pictures of her.
I think that's part of it Warrkat. Also, if he has daughters Casey's age, he may be thinking of Casey in the same terms.
I do believe that Mr B got himself caught up in something bigger than he can handle. He may have started out believing in Casey- she has been known to bamboozle a few people- but now ... well... I'm sure by now he's seen the light, but unfortunately it's coming from the Fox News truck (JMO)

IMO
Not sure if you knew this or not but the look-a-like incident was just reported yesterday, but it actually happened on August 15th.

Orlando Investigators In California
Meanwhile, Orlando investigators traveled to California in the search for Caylee.
Investigators talked with bounty hunter Leonard Padilla, who was one of the few people who spoke with face-to-face with Casey Anthony after he helped bond her out of jail.
Padilla said Casey Anthony told him a different story about where she last saw her daughter.
She allegedly told him that she left the 3-year-old with a nanny at Blanchard Park in East Orange County.
That's a big change from what she told investigators about leaving her with the nanny at an Orlando apartment complex, Local 6's Jessica D'Onofrio reported from Sacramento.
"Mr. Padilla and his co-workers left Orlando rather rapidly and we did not have a chance at the time to interview him," Orange County Commander Matt Irwin said.
Investigators spent Thursday speaking with Padilla in closed-door meetings.
"They've had contact with the family and we are just trying to lock down their statements at this point," Irwin said.
Padilla said the 22-year-old kicked him out of the home after talking with her for 10 minutes, D'Onofrio reported.
Padilla eventually revoked Anthony's bond because he said he believes the child is dead and that she had something to do with her daughter's disappearance.
The bounty hunter also said he believes that murder charges are coming soon.
Investigators may also talk with a friend of Casey Anthony while out west, Local 6 reported.
Officers said they have received more than 4,000 tips concerning the case.

Hi Tam, you're right the anthonys have set a very bad precedent, starting when george charged those two young men who weren't even on his property, wielding his Hamer and throwing all their belongings around.
I finally got to hear casey anthony's 911 call last night and was astonished at her clarity. This is not a stupid woman, she is very well spoken and completely tone deaf as to how her call to 911 would appear to the public who are shocked at her failure to call 911 for Caylee.

Morning.
IMHO, the whole thing is sad. George and Cindy out there fighting w/all of those people that shouldn't be there fighting to begin w/. It's a good look at what kind of madness and violence that ordinary people are capable of.
Yes somehow I think if you took some of those people aside and said 'hey we see how upset you are about Caylee being missing, we could use your help handing our fliers', they would not be as interested in helping. Not all, some. IMO
In fact come to think of it a little community service for the ones that break the law would not be a bad idea. Since they are so interested in community.

This case is something else. I have followed alot of them over the years but never ever seen it get this insane. Not even SP case was this bad and SP was in the spotlight for mos before he was arrested. Jogging and wandering around town w/no security. No one ever went after Melinda Ducket or OJ Simpson, Jon Benet's parents or Maddie McCanns parents. ?????
Hi Tam.
IMO, this is happening in this case because of the family comments and the decomp in the car and yard. Someone was dead. And the only one missing is Caylee. But the family ignores all that. Everyone else is to blame except innocent Casey. They say the most outlandish things!!!!

Thanks Ka for posting the latest. How ironic that the "Guardian Angels" are watching over the anthony home......according to the report even their presence did not stop a man arriving with a tazer. I also note that some commissioner wants to impose a curfew in the neighborhood. How absurd that innocent neighbors should be penalized so that this criminal has her "criminal rights." IMO, her *** should be thrown back in jail for everyone's protection.
Good morning everyone!
Imposing a curfew that will affect the entire neighborhood is wrong.
Applying a curfew limiting protests to specific times would be more understandable.

Anybody catch this little statement on Nancy Grace, from Leonard Padilla about the woman he had inside the home with casey anthony?
LEONARD PADILLA, BOUNTY HUNTER, MEETING WITH TOT CASE INVESTIGATORS:
Now, something that came up earlier about the investigators that are out here right now. One thing that I do want to mention that took kind of a strange turn. The attorney for the young lady that was with Casey for nine days in the house and rode with her to the attorneys and back and forth, her attorney won`t let her discuss anything with the investigators that are here from the FBI and Orlando Sheriff`s Office because she didn`t discuss it with Orlando Sheriff`s Office before she left and he`s afraid that they might want to prosecute her for withholding information on some of the things that, I guess, Casey had told her.
http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0809/18/ng.01.html
I hope they get that straightened out because I would think this woman saw and heard things that could prove helpful in the investigation.

Agreed. NG will tear people to pieces but I find it odd that she shows respect for him and gives him all that face time. I wonder why she ignores his apparant lies and double talk.
Higher ratings:shrug:
I'm puzzled by NG's treatment of Mr Padilla. I think since he gave up on Casey's BS, she's giving his ideas a bit more credence. Its just the way he pops out with these "bombshells" in his faux-folksy way - stuff he never before mentioned- that really makes me question him.
Also- does anyone else think that NG is excessively cautious about criticizing CA&GA? I know that they are victims too...blah,blah,blah- but come on! Their behavior is outrageous!

I'm just sick to my stomach over all the morons in this circus. Will there never be a resolution? How much longer will this go on?
Cindy and George have lost their freaking minds. Every word that comes out of their mouth makes me want to vomit. I feel almost the same about LP. Look, your 15 minutes has expired long ago. He will make up whatever, just as long as the media is paying attention to him.
Baez, I would be surprised if anyone came to him for a defense after all this. One of the worst defense attornies I've seen in quite the while.
Don't get me started on the "protesters". How about go get a JOB or do something useful with your time to help find Caylee. I haven't seen such a ridiculous bunch of characters, in any case, in my life.
I want to hear more from TES and LE. These tidbit leaks here and there are getting annoying. Arrest that monster already!!

Cindy and George seem to be taking turns fighting the protestors and calling the police. Guess it was Casey's turn last night or what?
Maybe because she felt the angry horde would overpower her parents and storm the house. She isn't going to do anything or say anything that doesn't benefit her so I can only think that she thought she needed protection. moo

True that we know someone is dead and it's not hard to figure out WHO. I just don't think that is it, as in the past their have been other cases w/the same criteria and it still didn't end up like this. Such as the OJ case, the McCann case was very simular to this one. As was the Jon Benet case in some ways.
This case has become such a circus because of all the lies the Anthony family have told over and over and then you have the 31 days of mommy dearest not reporting her daughter missing. This case is the strangest I have ever followed or even heard of.The Anthony speak has caused alot of this.moo

LOL, "Don't taz me bro".......good one!
I did hear that. If she has useful info to the case then why in the world did she not tell LE? Think Baez made them sign some sort of confidentiality agreement?

I couldn't believe those tapes of Casey. I truly feel that all her lies warranted an arrest for murder, even without a body. People have been convicted with a lot less. What more does Florida need besides a body. I'm sure that no body will ever appear. Casey had an entire month to get rid of it and I'm more than sure that she hid it good.
As for the GP's, I believe that Casey told them that it was an accident and that she buried Caylee in a nice place, that is why the parents have put all their focus on helping Casey and not looking for Caylee anymore.
What I do not understand is with the LE. Why can't they arrest Casey for murder seeing as the forensics prove that a decomposed body was in Casey's car and her daughter is missing, that compiled with all her lies should be enough to convict. What are they waiting for? The body is never going to surface, you can tell by the confidence that Casey shows that it will never surface.

I think it's tranquilizers. She'd be in violation of the conditions of Casey's home release if she had alcohol on the premises, IIRC.

Maybe G and C feel safer with the protesters than with Casey.
jmo, jo
 They're safer in a pit full of rattlesnakes than in their own home w/ Casey there. I'm sure they've heard that Casey told people CA and GA were giving her their house (before Caylee was missing even!!) so sleep must not be easy in that house.

I don't think you are reading into it....three nights ago it was George holding Cindy back. Two nights ago, it was Cindy holding George back.
Do you think it kind of looks like a "staged" game?

 Good one. Best way to start the day, with a laugh.
I've never been able to eat chocolate without breaking out, so that was the first thing that came to me. Stress will do it, too, but I seriously doubt that she has the necessary conscience to be suffering from stress.

I did hear that. If she has useful info to the case then why in the world did she not tell LE? Think Baez made them sign some sort of confidentiality agreement?
yes, I do.

There apparantly was an incident involving a neighbor and a person in a car that had a taser gun. It wasn't in front of the house, but a few doors down, IIRC.

I think this is a video recapping the incident.

Oh, I wanted to tell yous. The other night I was watching CSI, not sure when it originally aired. Anyways it was a mother who claimed her son was missing, and had pictures of him up all over her house, had toys out, snacks etc etc. Anyway, come to find out, "something" had happened when he was 2 or so and she stole pictures of another kid and continued on as if he was alive. They found hair in the car, and it ended up that the boy had been buried in the back yard, by the fence, then dug up and moved..
Wonder if Casey saw that episode.

I've wondered, too, Sandy O, if Cindy isn't boozed up late at night when she goes out there.... courage in a bottle and all.
I admit, I have wondered about that too. That one night I also wondered if the protestors were drunk as well.

I don't get it:shrug:
Good morning, Barbara! I agree. I don't think they'll find Caylee and Casey knows it. She did have a 31 day head start. I'm leaning towards her having buried Caylee somewhere outside of Florida. JMO.

I really think you're right about that. You know how it's said that 'familiarity breeds contempt' ---- well I think having Casey hanging around his office day after day has finally gotten tiresome. It's like ALL Casey's relationships --- nothing seems to last for very long.
Yeah, the needy waif is probably cute for a while -- and a lot of men seem to really become suprisingly powerless under that spell, but I'm sure he's come to realize he's being used by her just like she used everyone else. I DO agree with other posters that very few wives would be comfortable with seeing their husband hold hands with an accused child murderer with a penchant for promiscuity and a need to be in his office for 6 hours a day.

IMO that was Baez playing for the camera...show everyone he's not smitten with 'his girl'. I doubt if we will ever see him again holding hands or putting his arm around her. Public opinion has put an end to those unprofessional displays.
LOL, I guess we will have to wait and see how often he goes to the dr after this. That's some nasty mojo there.

I have sympathized to some degree with the GP for what they are living in the middle of. I do believe thier actions have brought it on themselves and they could remedy all of this if they wanted to. There has to be a breaking point somewhere and I think we are going to start seeing them break very soon. Not Casey...she's heartless. But how long can they live like this? While I don't agree with the protestors actions--it does appear they are starting to grow weary of it all.
What I think they should do is instead of G&C going out to hose ppl down in the middle of the night...send the princess to deal with them. She created this...let her finish it. I know it's never going to happen but if she can live in Oz then I can dream in Oz.
