In this case, they are trying to determine the actual source with air testing ... vegetation decay has been mistaken for human decomposition (category 8 of the links Cury-us provided on the studies of air testing).

I know, I emailed NG for her to ask the chemist guy why the flies would have been living if there had been so much chloroform in the trunk, I know that it is heavier than air, but I still wanted his thoughts on it. Maybe it should be a bug guy instead? We do know the flies were living didn't the tow guy say they flew out of the trunk.

WOW! Thats the first time I've seen a picture of him. One thing I noticed about Caylee is the larger than average space between her nose and mouth and her upper lip had a pursed look to it (hard to explain) I have been looking for these traits with every probable BabyDaddy out there, and Mark looks the closest, IMO

A poster on WS who speaks by phone to Tim on a regular basis claims that she called him today and he stated that they did not find Caylee, and that the reason that he gave for leaving is the real reason - too much water.

In fact, this poster is the one who encouraged Tony to get Cindy to phone Tim to initiate the search. I was there the night it happened.

To elaborate on this, I just read a post at WS in the "Anthony's Donations Part 3" thread by lin in post 180 where she spoke to a woman at TES yesterday morning after the announcement about new info and a "surprise". She said that it was stated that they do not have a body, however she did confirm the news that there are new big developments and expect a surprise. She couldn't say when it would be announced but the caller got the impression that it would be sooner than later. Possibly in days instead of weeks or months.

While I'm disappointed that there might not have been a body found, I am encouraged that there are some major developments and am hoping that it's what is needed to nail this case down against Casey. MOO

She spoke to Mark a couple times on June 26th, the night before she abandoned the car at Amscot.

It's been stated that those conversations were lengthy.

Yeah, you've said that before... The posting I was on had no such comment, although some posters mentioned it. The thread I was on was titled "Oh, Well" and was made for Rick after that imposter posted with him soon after the real Rick started. The real one put some numbers after the name "Rick", the imposter did not

I rewatched NG and I believe what he said was that the girl that had been guarding Casey in the house 24/7 while they were there didn't go talk to LE in Orlando before she left about anything that Casey said. So her lawyer didn't want her to talk to LE that came until they talked to their bosses in Orlando. After all Casey lies so much and makes up her stories as she goes along.
But it certainly might be interesting.
I have not decided yet if Casey is very clever leaving tidbits of info with different people or she is very stupid because just about everything she says is all lies and almost everyone knows her for what she is ...except her family...OOPS that is not true..they know but have chosen to deny it all and cover for her.

I dont think he had anything to do with Caylee's death. I think Casey either wanted to tell him about it, or that he was her new choice for BabyDaddy, 'cause he looked good in a uniform.


I don't buy the theory that she was going to inform him he was Caylee's father. No motive that I can see in doing that to anyone after three years of a child's life.
