When it concerned a 2 year old, who couldn't defend herself (from her Mother) there was no call. Two adults who know better, arm themselves and go out looking for a fight, and Casey is all over 911.

Some of the protesters were tossing pennies (or rocks) at the Anthony's garage door. Cindy came out with George and a baseball bat.
A woman grabbed George's shirt. George ordered them off his property and then took out the hose and sprayed them while they were on the sidewalk.

Let's see. Casey says more than a dozen people out there involved in this. I didn't see 12 people.

Casey says a dozen people are on their property. The protesters were on the sidewalk, which is public property.

Casey can't tell the truth about anything.

I agree again Barskin...actually I think we may hear that recording quite a bit. She does have the capacity to sense and relay fear...does she feel it like you and I? Only a psych (or someone close) can determine that from watching/talking to her..I was rather intrigued to hear her voice. For the past few days I have only been hearing her voice while she was re-re-re-lying to the police..

Yes, I have gotten that message a couple of times and have no idea what it means. My post always goes through and I end up back on my post when I return to the board. So, it doesn't seem to actually do anything in my experience. Weird, huh?

I am just home from work and it looks the rumble last night is still the latest news. I can't believe that G&C went out and confronted those bullies. They just don't have a clue, do they?

I also think that the people who come out at 1:30 AM for trouble making and harassment are not demonstrators or protesters.
What they were up to is not freedom of speech and is not a 1st Amendment right. I hate for there to be confusion over the difference.
It takes two to fight. The police should have been the ones to handle the situation.

How about that 911 call when Cindy reported Caylee missing. When Cindy says she should get in the phone, Casey says, "what do they want to talk to me for?" And she is cool and collected talking to them, then. I can hear the prosecution playing the two phone calls during closing arguments in a murder trial. I think Casey is going to end up being very sorry she made that call.

Hmmmm I guess I have a very non-sensitve freaky meter, I have met some ummmm 'interesting' people in my life.
I tend to watch folks a lot, aside from what they 'say'. That little sideways grin Casey had in her first court appearance was the first and only time I have thought she looked vulnerable, that gal has some pretty tall walls up.
Right now she is safely locked in the castle tower, she doesn't think more than a day ahead. If she starts to feel like the walls are crumbling...
Not right now tho....mom and dad are trolling the bridge.
During the day Jose is keeping her 'safe'.....
If/when the bottom falls out...PrincessPantsonfire is going to spiral the rim..

While I was missing the bus from the morning thread, I spoke with my daughter because I wanted to know why and IF the FBI was coming to CA with OCS. She confirmed they were, and said FBI gets involved when crimes have "Federal aspects" and also when other States can be involved. she was running out the door but said that she believes there will be a disaster on Hopesping Dr due to the crazy protesters.:read:

..makes me wonder what type of a policeman George was to give her the impression that LE "play favorites" and fail to do their jobs for people they dislike.
I know some___ here have the (IMO) deluded belief that LE is out to get the A. family, that they aren't protecting the A.'s properly, etc. I just haven't the time or the desire to argue with people who insist on putting their own spin on the facts and ignoring the very professional behavior of the local LE throughout...not to mention the many times they have made alowances FOR the A family and their behavior. On September 18, 2008 I responded to 4937 Hopespring Drive in the Chickasaw Park Subdivision in reference to
a suspicious incident.
Upon arrival I made contact with the victim/reporter, Cynthia M. Anthony, who advised of the following: At
approximately 0010 hours on September 18, 2008, Cynthia heard noises coming from the front area of her home.
It sounded like rocks were hitting the front bedroom window and the garage door. Cynthia advised she observed
via her surveillance camera, a large group of people (approximately 14 people) standing in the middle of her front
yard. Cynthia advised she could not describe or identify anyone from the surveillance video because it was to
dark. Cynthia then called 911.
I did an area check around the residence and found four coins around the front window (three pennies & one
dime) and two coins in front of the garage (two nickels). It appeared the suspects (demonstrator) threw coins at
Cynthia's home.

On September 18, 2008 I responded to 4937 Hopespring Drive in the Chickasaw Park Subdivision in reference to
a suspicious incident.
Upon arrival I made contact with the victim/reporter, Cynthia M. Anthony, who advised of the following: At
approximately 0010 hours on September 18, 2008, Cynthia heard noises coming from the front area of her home.
It sounded like rocks were hitting the front bedroom window and the garage door. Cynthia advised she observed
via her surveillance camera, a large group of people (approximately 14 people) standing in the middle of her front
yard. Cynthia advised she could not describe or identify anyone from the surveillance video because it was to
dark. Cynthia then called 911.
I did an area check around the residence and found four coins around the front window (three pennies & one
dime) and two coins in front of the garage (two nickels). It appeared the suspects (demonstrator) threw coins at
Cynthia's home.
Coins were submitted into OCSO evidence.

It has been speculated George and Cindy bailed her out this time. The tension in the house has to be near the breaking point. IIRC, when she was out the first time one of the news reports said JB had Casey at the office six hours a day because of the tension in the house.

The easy way to make it stop is to quite letting others get a rise out of you. Tha same advice i give mi gradeschool aged kids when they get picked on.
Bullies will leave and find easier and more fun prey if you ignore them. If there is a real threat, call the police.
Even if true, 30 minutes is not so long for Police to take to respond, no telling what else they may have been busy with. It is not as if it is realistic for LE to provide round the clock security for the Anthony's.
I really do think that the judge is liable to revoke the bond siting public safety and the massive amount of time that LE is having to devote just to this one house. Can he do so in Florida?
Or would a judge only be able to do so if an incidnet goes to court first?

Absolu...wait, make that, you are correct. On the 911 call on July 15, Casey seemed surprised to even have to take the phone ("what do they want to talk to me for?"), was totally matter of fact about it all, and, oh yes, those details. She didn't even have the date her child went missing correct; she was off by a week. That's shows much that call meant to her. You betcha this is going to be great for a future prosecution.

Listen to how she avoids identifying herself. The first time they ask who she is, she simply does not answer. The second time they ask who she is, she identifies herself as "the resident."

He also said she didn't go out and drink. She would pop in to make sure her friends were having a good time and they all called her Mom.

On September 18, 2008 I responded to 4937 Hopespring Drive in the Chickasaw Park Subdivision in reference to
a suspicious incident.
Upon arrival I made contact with the victim/reporter, Cynthia M. Anthony, who advised of the following: At
approximately 0010 hours on September 18, 2008, Cynthia heard noises coming from the front area of her home.
It sounded like rocks were hitting the front bedroom window and the garage door. Cynthia advised she observed
via her surveillance camera, a large group of people (approximately 14 people) standing in the middle of her front
yard. Cynthia advised she could not describe or identify anyone from the surveillance video because it was to
dark. Cynthia then called 911.
I did an area check around the residence and found four coins around the front window (three pennies & one
dime) and two coins in front of the garage (two nickels). It appeared the suspects (demonstrator) threw coins at
Cynthia's home.
Coins were submitted into OCSO evidence.
hmm, I wonder if they threw the last money in their pockets at the house.

He really looks like a nice man to me. He is being pushed to the brink, and yes... I know that he cannot fathom that his daughter has probably killed his grand-daughter, but that does not make him a bad guy in my opinion.
He is trying to protect his family. Obviously, he needs to get his wife to stop going outside to confront the protestors. He needs to stop doing that too, but, he's a man, and men protect their family and their homes.

If, when Caylee is found, and it is determined that Casey had something to do with it, I really think he'll lose it. That is when he should have absolutely no access to a gun.

I honestly hope that the judge signs something for the homeowners of this community so that they can get some rest too.

It's most obvious during George's testimony at the bond hearing. She cries when George is on the stand.

I notice in that report that Cindy said she saw about 14 people standing in her front yard. Why is it when we look at the videos that the media have provided there only seems to be about 6 very unruly young people? (I'm guessing that those kids put a bit of "liquid courage" in their bellies before they went out there.)

LS I think.Actually, the discussion was when and if he would bail out on them if their ridiculous behavior continues...I was a part of the discussion. Very professional of HIm IMO. I have seen no reason not to think highly of his professionalism thus far.

Yeah, I understood your post and I had already made the photo comparison. I just didn't understand the intro of "Annie" by OneUp. Annie Downing is not listed as a classmate in the Colonial HS link, but Mark Hawkins is.

Also, IIRC, there is AnnaMarie Chase who has been speculated to be Mark's mother who ran into Casey at Target on July 10th.

Is there verification that FBI accompanied LE to California, or is that merely a rumor at this point?
