Oh, I would like to see that, too. Talk about drama. But, I think it won't happen. The defense, IMO, would not dare put Cindy or George on the stand, and the prosecution won't have to.

She's just a check forger that had the misfortune to lose her daughter. No reason she can't go to gen pop.
omg... People - IMO - who have the horrible misfortune of losing a child usually do anything and everything they can to find the child. Including but not limited to telling the TRUTH, taking lie detector tests to eliminate themselves as suspects, and engaging in active SEARCHES...

I believe George & Cindy are definitely covering up for Casey.
Most definitely.
IMO.
If on the spur of the moment they determined that a good likely date to say she actually went missing was the ninth, and Blanchard Park would be a good spot based on the kidnapping, murder, and rape case from the same date frame. It would also throw investigators off, not only on the potential suspects but it would throw them off on pinging.
The only thing they didn't cover was the camera and the pictures of Caylee on father's day.

It appears that two of the cases of check fraud have been closed as of 9/11. Does that mean C and G are making restitution and litigators are not pressing charges now?
The new charges today...are they economic as well?
Little confused.
They were closed because they were consoloidated with Case #48-2008-CF-013331-O.

:D
is there a "pretend" differentiation scale?
for example, pretend protestors actually show up on video cameras, and pretend posters' posts actually show up on message boards..
whereas pretend nannies aren't visible or audbile or discernable in any fashion (except on pretend phones that have pretend disconnected phone numbers)

If I were an Anthony neighbor, I'd be much more concerned about living close to evil than I would being temporarily inconvenienced by the media cameras, protesters, and increased traffic.
None of it would thrill me, but I really believe I'd feel much differently about my home and surroundings knowing what was living a few houses down or round the corner.
Those camera maybe is what is keeping it calm in the Anthony house.jmo

Wow. Good question.
There is more to be found in that backyard, especially considering the cadaver dogs hit on that area.
I wish they would dig the whole yard up.
They can simply look at water records. They would have had to drain the pool and refill it pretty fast. It would show up on utilities.

I have a question. Why can't LE empty out Anthony pool and search under pool and see if cadaver dogs hit on it???
They can. If they had reason to, Margaret.
The neighbors would have known if that pool was emptied. Thats alot of water which would run out to surrounding yards. And it would need to be completely emptied in order to dig and hide anything under it. IMO.
Not to mention all the time needed to set the pool back up and hours to refill it.

ME TO. Most I think who go to this house are just as sincerely upset with the loss of a child, and the GPs and Casey unwillingness to lay her to rest, as we are on this board.

How is preference? They've gone after more women, children, elderly than young strapping men that could defend themselves.
No, "preference" doesn't work for me either. I wouldn't make any blanket statement about anybody based on a few reactive incidents. I'm honest enough to say that I have no idea how I would react in similar circumstances....no way to know until you're "there," imo. Out here in the wild west, folks are known to drain their inground pools by running a hose from the backyard out front and into the street gutter. In desert climates, the run off is hardly noticeable.
I have no point here, really.
I don't either.
Somebody brought up on NG the other night if the Anthonys had a larger than normal water bill for June as opposed to May and was just speculating that maybe Casey drained the pool and buried Caylee underneath it and then refilled the pool.
Makes an interesting point. The dogs did hit on an area near the pool.

I'm very curious to see what really happened in that backyard. I tend to believe LE has put the pieces together, and we'll know eventually.
With that said, I can't imagine Casey having the time nor the industriousness necessary to drain the pool, bury her daughter's body, and refill the pool.

Thats true. Didn't think of that. The Anthony's don't have anyone behind them.
I accidentally drained my humongo pond once. Didn't put the hose clamp back on the waterfall and the dog tripped over it. Drained the whole thing into the woods. Walked outside next day. Empty pond. And the deck was popped up. WHAT a nightmare that was.
Casey's to lazy though, IMO. And it could take all day or longer to refill it. My neighbor used to have one and I remember it took forever to fill.

They still couldn't restrict it to a block away based on the rulings you present? If you use this ruling, it would fall into the 36 foot buffer. Again, sometimes temporary injunction rulings may not be bathed in law, but the challenge would need a precedent.
Has this particular case been used in any other rulings against protesters in Florida? I couldn't find a single instance to relate.
I think it's safe to say this case is unique in Florida, or anywhere else for that matter. But I do think Frisby and Madsen can give the Judge some guidelines on how to balance the rights of the protesters and the rights of the homeowners.
I think a block away is too far away to comply with either Frisby or Madsen.

I'm not tied to the 15th itself as the TOD for Caylee. In fact, I'm thinking it probably took at least a day for Casey to get past the point of wanting to prove to Cindy that she (Casey) was a good mother. I'd say at least 24 hours, maybe more to get over the 'I'll show her' mentality and on to the 'this sucks and I don't want this life' mode. Thats JMO based upon observations of Casey herself and my observations of human nature of the immature persona type.

I have only seen one more case where the lawyer huged and helt his cli. hands and acted like he loved her so much and he got her off so I am afraid we will never know what happened to caylee. No possible.
That back yard would be a sinkhole by now.
I adopted a Sato (street puppy here in PR) and trust me, he would dig to China if he smelled something. I think I read somewhere that dog's smells are 300% better than humans so if the police dogs did not go crazy, she is not there.
That is not to say she was not there at one time. I do understand the dogs got a hit but if they thought she was there, again, it would be a hole visable on Google Earth.
Thanks for the info.

JMO, as always.
Thank you for the courteous reply!

Hi everyone, I'm new to posting here but I followed both the cases of Laci Peterson and Taylor Behl by reading these message boards. I can't imagine why Caylee's parents would appear to be going along with her lies. The only possibility I can think of is that they have been told that she may open up more if they go along with her. From listening to the tapes it's clear that she isn't going to crack under pressure. It's hard to imagine why someone would let things go this far, I remember thinking during the early days of the Scott Peterson case 'surely someone wouldn't go this far, appearing on televison, giving interviews etc.' The only thing I can imagine is that the authorities are thinking if they give her enough rope... etc etc
just my opinion of course!!

I do understand what you or saying and I know you know more about dog than I do. The dogs we have had do dig a lot. I still think the anthony need to stay in their back yard and out away from the peole that come to their house. They have a pretty back yard with a pool. They need to enjoy that if they or not going to look for caylee. If it was my gd I would be out looking everyday. from sun up to sun down. If my daughter would not tell me anything she would not be staying in my house.jmho:rose:
This question is by no means sarcastic, it is genuine, and it is directed towards anyone who feels that the grandparents should be out searching. (This question flummoxed me in the Maddie McCann case, too and I never really got a clear answer - now it has surfaced again).
Where should they look? What should they physically be doing everyday? Do they go knocking on random doors and asking if anyone has seen Caylee? Do they go to shopping malls and look for her?
Thanks :)

They should look where they expect other people to look when Cindy yells at them to go search for Caylee.

hehe, ok point taken.
But I'd still like to know where one should start and what they should do. Seriously.
