I bet the protesters are going into other neighbors yards to get a view of the house.
7:17 PM ET - Anthony neighborhood... There is a lot more caution tape up around the neighborhood held between stakes in yards. In addition to caution tape surrounding the perimeter of the Anthony home there is also caution tape around the yard of a next door neighbor and one across the street.

What Cindy neglects to say is that she can get the truth about something Casey did only when asking a friend for the truth. IMO, Casey doesn't come clean with her lies. Never has. Never will. It's always Cindy who investigates her suspicions and then confirms Casey was lying when another person tells her so.

I think that is the problem. I had mine on this morning and it never went out. I think it is just that a night we all get on at once. But it is so aggravating that it is up during night and in morning when nothing is going on, and police car arrives and down it goes. Yuck.

The M Link's lead car is underneath the second car, completely crushed and the 2nd car is on it's side and there was a horrific fire that melted many parts of the train. It literally knocked 10 cars off the track of the freight train! The fire dept is having to peel the ML train apart bit by bit to get the people hurt out! Please pray! I see many people covered with red blankets which means severly hurt!

I'm all for protesting if it's legal..even though I don't think protesting in a residential area is a good thing... but I'm more for common decency.

This is a neighborhood, there are children in that neighborhood. How do you put your children to bed with crowds out in the street acting up?
These neighbors have done nothing wrong and yet their lives are being disrupted, their homes are surrounded by chaos.
Maybe the Anthonys do not deserve respect (in some's eyes) but what about the neighbors? Do they really deserve this? If it's a right to peacefully protest then okay but not at night, not in other people's yards, not making it so that innocent people in the neighborhood can't live their daily lives.
Just because the Anthonys seem to warrent being vilified doesn't mean it's fair to the rest of the people there. Protest peacefully during the day but maybe it's time to show some common decency for the other people in that area?

Same here. I listened to the first tape and then half way through the second one, I turned it off. It wasn't so much her voice but the uh huh replies and the continuous lies when she knew darn well the cops had checked out everything she told them.

THe highlighted above is exactly my impression of the interview! When I read the transcripts of the interrogation, I couldn't believe how much the detectives talked, to the point where they barely gave her a chance to answer the questions.

Now you see various THs saying the interrogators were brilliant....but I don't understand, after getting so many "uh-huhs" and "yeahs," I want to ask why, oh why did they not ask more "open-ended" questions - ones that would force more detailed answers from Casey? :confused:

At Anytime during interrogation, Casey (if she'd been smart enough) could have said "I have a right to have an attorney present during questioning" which doesn't make you automatically guilty, but is there for your protection. Can everything she has said be thrown out because she didn't have a lawyer present? She could claim harrassment , Etc.

I believe that when he opened her trunk he found Caylees body. And the cover up began then, early on. For all we know George could have driven that car to Amscott. I think that sometimes we can all misinterpret what a poster means without inflection of tone. It depends on the readers mood actually. Without hearing ones voice, it's hard sometimes to put yourself in another's shoes, I see it happen all the time online. I think it's sad.

When I get mad online and blast someone I mean every word of what I say. But sometimes using the icons people seem to get bent out of shape too easily for me. I've seen some posters get upset at the bop icon that usually flips my wig....:lol:

SO. Some of us are really on edge regarding missing child cases, its a subject too close to home and too painful for many of us. I just want Justice for Caylee, as I do not think she is alive, missing or otherwise.
I believe that this family covered up a terrible death; and on a daily basis are desecrating Caylees memory and her body, the more they carry on this horrible horrible LIE and Alibi, of 31 days and Script that the Anthonys wrote. i believe in Science, and I believe this child is dead. I would give anything to see her walk into a room alive. Like MaryBeth Smith did. Sadly I dont think that is possible. What this family is doing on a daily basis, is this:

they are pepetuating a huge lie, trying to save their only daughter; and throwing Caylee under a bus, figuratively and literally. My2cents.

Great post jenny and I so agree with the misinterpretation that happens with the written word vs. the spoken.
I know many times I have to search for a word to describe what I want to 'say' knowing it won't be 'heard' as if I were talking. I do try very hard with this so it won't be misinterpreted. But, it's difficult sometimes. I think we all should remember that our words may not reflect exactly what we are trying 'say' when we write them.
Also, I would love to be able to watch Casey, I like it when I can hear the tone and inflection of the words and watch the body language.
I'm sure this was a big thing with the detectives in talking to her. They were right there with her, they not only heard what we've been hearing on the tapes, but were observing her body language as well, which is left out for us when we listen to the tapes.

I agree that's possible. I've even thought about maybe it was George who intercepted the notices from the tow yard so the car would sit there until the final notice arrived. George would know about the tow yard's SOP. I think it's also possible that the Pontiac has been towed to the yard on other occasions.

In addition to the above, from what we know, I think George had his nose in the trunk more times during the timeline than what would be considered normal. I've counted as many as 4 times in less than 1 month. Very strange.

That does make good sense laurie...I get the sense most things are either games to her or just something she has no interest in, either or.
I'm sure she has been feeling pretty important...maybe the closing doors on the prison will wipe the smirk right out od her for a second...though I bet before long she tries to get up to her old tricks with the prison guards. Probably with some sucess as men seem to generally find her attractive. I don't know.
I have a little theory about the interviews after listening to them.

I think she was tickeled by the whle thing. She umhummed her way thru it.
But in the mean time, shae had all the "people in authority" running around in circles, escorting her hither and yon, essentially doing her bidding. Like she was a puppet master or something. Then when she was at US in the conference room and they called her on all the lies, she's just, like, (insert rotten teenager inflection) uh huh, and, what ya gonna do about it? I could swear I heard a few what-evrrr type sighs in there too.
I swear she was getting off on it. The she played kinda cutsie with them and then poor me . Like it was / is a game to her.
Probably didn't make much sense but I hope you guys get what I'm trying to say.I so agree. Thank you. Same attitude she had with Cindy on the first jailhouse call. Nasty little piece of work. imo

IMO Casey truly cares about what her mother thinks of her...I think it's time for Cindy to suck it up and cottle Casey and let her know no matter what happened, she will love and forgive her and that it's ok to come forward with the truth. It would probably take some time, but IMO if Cindy sat down with her for 1/2 a day and poured out love for Casey and give her a sense of security, I think there is a small chance that Casey will crack.

It's probably some teenage girl going through the "everyone is against me" phase and has no idea what being a responsible parent is. She probably does however, very much resent her responsible parents...so Casey is probably an idol in a way. jmo
