oh i dont think you can tell accident or murder from the audios. IMO it would be the same for either. Sociopaths do not have a concsceince or feel empathy, but just like paranoid ppl can have enemies, sociopaths can have accidents occur to their kids..actually more likely bc they don't care enough to keep a close eye on them.

The disease shows in how they handle the afterwards, and would be the same for accident or murder.

...recently caught stealing from her grandparents
And on top of all the things in place before Caylee went missing, there is also all of the things afterward pointing to relief from being unencumbered, coverup attempts, and various COG.
It still *COULD* be an accident, but IMO the odds are extremely against it.

Casey is very attractive. She is built well. She seems to have an allure to men. She can be vivacious and appealing at times. I would have no problem understanding Baez if he had an attraction to her. I would assume that on the night of her last release, by way of Baez's wife going to the Anthonys (which is highly unusual to me) that perhaps the wife of Baez was even concerned about the unusual amount of time Casey spent with him in private.

i have a gut feeling something might be going on at the anthony house. the news guy has been set up quite awhile and the security guards have been sitting in the black car with the doors open for awhile too.

i am so hoping for some news soon.Regardless of why all the buzz..I'm glad the security guys are there. Something tells me they will be far less likely to whip up on old ladies, dogs, small men, and babies and their mama's than George and Lee. I think these men must be professionals who can keep their cool.
Between having private muscle, and the fact that the security makes it unlikely that any Anthony's will step out at all to get in confrontations, I hope there won't be many people there tonight.
No one has any reason to have a beef with the security guys themselves...I'm sure some will bug them, but it's just not the same as going after folks you think have some responsibility in the situation. I just wish this buch had thought to do it sooner. Too bad Caylees likeness had to be pawned to pay for it.

I heard the same thing, except heard they 'may' be going to surrender her.
They are guessing just as most of are. But, with the bodyguards and Baez there, it sure could be a possibility. Or maybe LE tipped Baez they were going to come and arrest her and he wants it to happen with...how did he say it with dignity and without the mob scene that happened last time. I have a feeling that she may have refused to surrender willingly. I can see her saying I'm innocent, why would I want to do that?

She is, IMO, a DETERMINED liar who gets away with it becuase people give in and get sick of challenging her or they just go along because they don't really want the whole truth.
Her speech gives her away as being less than intelligent...she could drop out of HS and still be well read or pick up "higher" speech patterns from others around ehr if she was very smart. Plenty of sociopaths ( and other people for that matter!) insinuate themselves with people who are socially or educationally "above" them with ease. Casey doesn't even sound like she has attended the 1.5 years of college she claims IMO.

I think Casey is a dim bulb who got by because she was lucky and lied to people prone to giving her the benefit of the doubt. Now she has to lie to LE and a public with an intellectual level above her own...the house of cards is blown away in hurricane force winds by her own lack of skill.

yeah but i dont remember his defense attorney cuddling and caressing him. Doesn't matter to me if she is the next best thing to raquel welch, there are many attorneys who had affairs with clients but normally they keep it hidden, not out with his hands all over her, cuddling. That is what i find so bizarre. Partly because i am normally IUPG and still am in this case, i believe she is responsible for her disappearance but waiting for evidence as to the level, i find baez's behavior so inappropriate, so far out that he can't be trusted with his clients best interest even if its not an affair but i am generally right about that sort of thing.

There is something repulsive about watching those hands and mouth all over her and completely unprofessional. It is also going to bite him in the butt bc if she is charged and when she is convicted, she can legitimately argue ineffective assistance of counsel due to his behavior. It won't even matter if it was just the appearance of impropriety, and her accusations sloughed off as a pathological liars. His own actions caught on tape will do the job. No attorney can legitimately advocate for their client in the best way possible if distracted by an intense personal relationship with her and imo it shows he is incompetent since he would know the appearance is as likely to come back and haunt him as the act would be. At least the act is private. Gawd... all she has to say is that he didnt give her good counsel bc he was afraid his wife would find out about them, wanted her convicted and true or not its on video..at least enough to validate her accusation

sounded to me they were just trying to get some info on where to find her.. and in the process realized all the lies she has been telling.
Remember Caylees grandmother is the one who reported her missing.

1st of all, do you have to be on a "list" to take a child to the pediatrician?"

Do they screen those calls? I hate it when someone comes on and asks a question that has been answered a hundred times. The camera shows a police car and some heavy duty looking dudes (I guess the bodyguards). I hope they are protecting the protestors, if they're protecting Casey they need to get a segment on 10 most deadliest jobs. jmo

That's because Cindy called at the same time that night and said protesters were trying to get into the house or something stupid like that, that sent about 3 or 4 cars, 2 or 3 more arrived at the same time to arrest Casey.

I also think that it's highly possible that the gasoline was used, to dispose of her little body. Some have said that it's not possible, but I'm sorry she was a tiny little baby girl, and they could have cremated her, as a family unit. Then used the Cholor to try to get rid of that HOrrible Odor in the car that Cindy told the world about. Washed Casey's clothing, the knife and anything else they found. And, they searched that backyard before LE was ever there. So they SAID. But I do NOT believe that is what they were doing. I think they stored her remains there; until they took her from the property and used that gasoline that GA so coveted. :shrug:
