Part 6 she keeps saying "that child" grrrrrrrrrrrrr, most of us on here use Caylee's name and don't usually refer to her as that child, it bothers me to type that child so I don't use it.

I see two theories on her next intentions that were foiled by the string of 911 calls.

Either she planned to disappear with Tony and by leaving the car she would lead people to believe something happened to both Caylee and her. She didn't have time and Tony hadn't moved yet as he was suggesting.

She was planning on doing something to the parents because she was talking about getting the house.

I am not sure she thinks things completely through but leaving the purse in the car and a stink in the car with no bodies was a short term plan to have people believe something happened to both of them and she was hoping to gather enough to make a run with someone or she was hoping the car would be stolen and in the interim her love affairs with law enforcement was a possible way to get someone to off the grandparents of Caylee so her and Lee could split it.

She just didnt get that interview...they tried to make her see how it looked to them...but she would want to go off course and yak...yak...

SHE even then lied about college...knowing they could check it out...it like she only lives in the moment...just get through the moment...no worry at all about what LE could find out about her...weird

It comforts me to know for a fact that the more people who know a secret, the harder it is to keep it. Most criminals get tripped up by getting details wrong and when someone who knows something tells or makes an error for them.

I don't remember "worse than usual." And we never heard from the neighbor himself, remember. It was Mark Fuhrman discussing what the neighbor told HIM. That was on Greta. The transcript is over on WS; someone found it for me when I was researching this alleged argument. The neighbor said there was fighting on Father's Day weekend (never said a specific day) and said that wasn't unusual, there was always arguing over at that house.

It's conceivable the Kristina person would not make a great witness in any event. She got very upset very quickly on the phone call with Casey -- sort of an immediate meltdown. Either she was very suspicious of what Casey was capable of (which none of the rest of her friends seemed to be initially), or she's, shall we say ... a very emotional individual. Either way, it might not have played well on the stand.

Casey's Birthday is in March, right? Thats when she receive the check from her Grama. Had she been using the routing numbers to purchase things sense then. Or had she copied down the numbers and only recently started using it? I know nobody knows the answers.

I keep thinking that the 9th was originally stated as the last day an Anthony saw Caylee because it was the week before all hell broke loose.

Hi all i heard the first tape. then i listened to the second tape....but i dont think it finished. It stopped. Then when i went to the 3rd tape, it was a re-play of the 2nd tape.

Casey tells police on the tape that she left 2 notes on the car saying she'd be back for it. We know that she didn't. The fact that she says she did convinces me she was abandoning the car. And because of the stench. Not because it was out of gas.

I have said this before, my timing belt broke coming home one night and I coasted the car into a stores lot. I made sure I went into the store to let them know the car was going to be there over night and to please not have it towed. But then again I was telling the truth.

Casey tells police that if she didn't want Caylee she would have given custody to her mother. She doesn't say she would have asked her mother if she would take custody. There was definitely (MOO) a custody fight going on that peaked the night of the 15th.

IMO of course but..iirc Cindy took Caylee to the nursing home. Nobody else in the family went. I will assume that perhaps Casey brought Caylee to the family home, let Cindy take her, and perhaps spent a while with George. I would imagine that Casey did not feel comfy going to the nursing home because of stealing from her grandparents.

This issue may have come up. But in addition perhaps Caylee was talking more about where Casey was, or wasn't all day. I imagine that was the reason for the fighting, and I think it is possible that what Cindy wanted to do was have Casey leave, and Caylee stay. IMO

I do too. But I have a feeling she was as smooth looking as she sounded. Completely different than Mom, Cindy. Scratching her arms, putting her hand through her hair, and itching her chest while on the stand for the bond hearing.

Just yesterday I watched Cindy Anthony on the stand for the Bail Bond hearing (thanks to everyone for the terrific links, btw!). I couldn't take one more second of Cindy Anthony playing with her hair and scratching herself all over. Of course, Cindy bursting out bawling as she got on the stand (because this was the first time she'd seen Casey in a week :rolleyes:) was unbelievable. Especially after Casey's nastiness on the phone calls with her mother.

More importantly, I couldn't take hearing her arrogant responses in the beginning (finally the judge and prosecutor began to admonish her behavior). Such responses as "ask the police, that is their job" or how about when asked about the value of her home, she said very condescendingly that she was not a real estate agent.....while knowing (and the prosecutor later caught her on this) she'd just had her home appraised a couple years ago and knew the value at the time ($179,000).

Her voluminous answers were finally cut short, especially the beating around the bush ones regarding Casey's employment. You could SEE that she was uncomfortable about answering the Universal Studios questions.

I think the part of Cindy's testimony that really sent me through the roof was Cindy saying, when asked about her realtionship with the liar, thief, baby "misplacer" - Cindy said that Casey was "her best friend, after her husband."

Who does this woman think she's fooling?! Casey her "best friend????" Not only was Casey lying and deceiving and stealing from Cindy, look at how Casey was bad mouthing Cindy to everyone and one can obviously see the enormous resentment and anger Casey has towards her mother.

Ugh. Sorry for this rant, guys, but I had to get it off my chest about Cindy's words/attitudes/behavior on the stand and had to rant - you're the only ones who know so much about this case!

It is so blatantly obvious to me they have been in "protect Casey" mode and "cover for Casey" mode for many months now, thus the CRIMINAL attorney! We are not talking about "denial" on the Anthony's part, we are talking about blatant lies on their part! Now I see where all their hatefullness comes from. They ALL have their own guiltiness in this circus! And they will go to their graves with this guilt and the blood of Caylee on their hands! And, all to protect a worthless, selfish, non-hearted, stealing, lying Casey! What a travesty! That girl won't give an inch. In the beginning i felt she might if backed into a corner. I don't believe that now and I believe she deserves whatever she gets.

I took it to mean that Caylee was bonded with Cindy but not with Casey. Casey may have just been another person in the house while cindy was Caylee's mommy figure.

I do not see why selling their "story" makes them not a credible witness.
Their sworn statements are on record long before they told their stories to whomever.
The truth is the truth and it is what it is.
Now if they lie to "whomever" and say something different from their sworn statement well seems to me that would be questionable.

Plus Cindy and Caylee had dinner that night with the grandmother (Cindy's mother) from whom Casey had stolen the money. I'm sure Cindy was very stirred up by the time she got home. I really think it's possible Casey left with Caylee sometime during the night. (Or left alone with Caylee buried in the sandbox.) And Cindy woke up to find them both "missing".

I agree she does sound that way. I took is as a "I am telling you what you want to hear" answer. IMO She knew that the right thing to do was to give her child to her parents to raise, but that is not something she could do because she had to win the battle with her mother at any cost. Caylee was the cost. IMO

There's so many ways to cheat on checks. Use the routing numbers online, wash the check and add whatever amount, add some zeroes (ie instead of a $25 check, Casey had a $2500 check)

Right. I'm just curious to know if this was an on-going cheat or if it happened once. And if it was on-going, why did it take so long to figure out. And did Casey hold on to that routing number for all that time. There is a long stretch between when Casey first obtained the check from Grama, and when the blow up happened because she was busted.

For some reason, Casey wanted Blanchard Park out there. She specifically says she even took Caylee there the last week in May and that she left Caylee w/ Zanny on 6/9 and she knew that Zanny liked to take her there too.

She is IMO covering in case they find Caylee there, same time frame, but it had to have been Zanny that left Caylee there, right? In her mind at least this gives her cover in case they find Caylee there.

In addition, Blanchard Park is mentioned to Lee regarding the lost phone.

Plus, the latest story of leaving Caylee in BP w/ Zanny & sister.

I would bet my bottom dollar, BP means something. Something dumped, maybe just a phone, maybe Caylee...

Well, the thing about private bodyguards, they have no authority. They can't arrest the protesters. Sure, they can intimidate them (or try to), but they're basically there just for looks (or they're going to escort Casey along with Baez up to the jail tonight.)

The police will still get the same amount of calls from the neighbors as well as the Anthonys and the bodyguards.

No there definitely was a Zenaida who looked at the apt. The original report said it was in April but was changed later to June. She doesn't know Casey, doesn't babysit and Casey was shown her picture and says she doesn't know her either.

Casey had a month to cook up ZFG, so I would guess she found records at the apt. comlplex. It it had been a Susan Smith that looked there that day she would have used that name.

There were only 2 ways, that I know of, to get the info on Zenaida that day. One was to go into the office and grab the little guest card that had her info on it, and tha second to run her plates. Casey could have snuck into the office while the manager was showing the apartment to Z, but I don't think Casey is that ballzy. I can see her asking a guy to do it for her, though
Either way, IMO, the results require the help of someone suseptable to eyelash batting.

Were there any interviews released from Jeff in the 400+ documents? And if so, did he say anything about ZFG?

Perhaps if there were interviews with Jeff, they didn't release them in those documents -maybe saved for the future.

Well, the thing about private bodyguards, they have no authority. They can't arrest the protesters. Sure, they can intimidate them (or try to), but they're basically there just for looks (or they're going to escort Casey along with Baez up to the jail tonight.)

The police will still get the same amount of calls from the neighbors as well as the Anthonys and the bodyguards.

i think there's much mystery surrounding zenaida....i thought the police called the number on the card and DID get zenaida....but she said she didn't know casey or Caylee....

it's also mysterious that in the middle of june a zenaida gonzales got her office broken into and had several personal identification items stolen...don't hear much about that anymore...might be because it's irrelevant...:shrug:

Yes he was interviewed and there is a summary in the documents, but not his recorded interview. He had not talked to Casey in a couple years until 2-3 weeks prior to July 16 when he ran into her at a restaurant. He told LE he had never met Caylee Anthony. jmo

She never gave a reason, but how convienent would it have been for her if the car had been stolen. A check cashing place draws undesirables, too, doesnt it? And to further sweeten the pot, she left her purse right in the front seat, and a valuable car seat.

Not that I've heard. Personally, I think she left it there, with her purse inside, because of some phony scenario she was setting up to explain Caylee's disappearance. Perhaps a car jacking. Car was abandoned on June 27, towed on 30th.
Registered letter was sent on July 11th found by the A's on the 13th (Sunday) and picked up from the PO on the 15th. Cindy found Casey with amy's help on July 15th
