Now, wait. Some normal people do rotate their car's tires themselves. My husband likes to do that, for instance. He also changes the oil in each of our cars when the car needs it. He does it himself because he doesn't like the slap-dash job they do at those quickie places. For one thing, they don't properly torque the lugnuts. Seems like every time we've taken a car to get new tires put on it (so we had to let them take the wheels off and put them on instead of my husband doing it), some idiot with an impact wrench will cross-thread at least one of the damn things. And the quickie oil change places don't use the better brand of oil that my husband likes for our cars. People who love their cars rotate the wheels and change the oil themselves because they care that the job is done right, not fast.

Or he might be doing it himself to save some money. Which is an equally valid reason.

So I see nothing wrong there.

That said.. it is rather sad that no one in that family seems to care as deeply about Caylee as they seem to care about, say, one of the cars. :shrug:

What a cold cold statement. And this is what she has to say in reply to her mother whose heart she has broken.

It used to be said fight by the sword and die by the sword. And the pen is mightier than the sword. Casey will die by her own words she will die her life is over everyone wont die though only those that loved and cared for her against all odds and struggled so hard to teach her and set her free...they wont die physically but a little piece of them will die with her.

And it is outrageous for her to suggest that she is out to lie and take everyone down. this is one woman with a rage inside her covered up so well no one ever knew till it was too late.

Something happened to Casey also. We dont know what and she hasnt enough distance on herself to know either. it doesnt excuse her but someone crossed the line with her and something was missing from her life.

Casey is a split right down the middle personality. Her whole personna is one she created to impress her mother and the world. She makes up the most wonderful 'I wish i could believe it' excuses to hand out and play out. she has made up this ideal character in her mind who does everything right and just like she is right out of her sitcom. But in reality....she is a lowlife loser wannabe.

It is just disgusting how she can put on such a happy well made-up face with a smile to light the world and then steal her grandparents funds, steal her mothers retirement funds as well, kill her baby, steal from her best friends, lie to them all and call them all up to come party.

This girls (she is no woman) feet have never touched the ground.

And how did she get a job as event planner..BS, first of all there are no courses in 'event planning' in college.(prove me wrong) and she didnt even graduate from high school so how did she go to college?

She sure loves planning her own events but I dont think she would pass the course.

It's not creepy at all. i have spoken to many people some who may have even had a hand in their loved ones death who spoke of their spouse 's (for example) spirit coming to them saying they were OK. One was a mother with child and the spirit of the mother holding the child appeared to him saying the child was OK.

That is what I believe is happening here. The phone call from Casey was not a real call but a vision breaking through to her. Caylee will always be near to her and continue to appear.

Casey is not fully aware of her mind yet or her abilities. She has already disassociated half her personality that is why she lies. To her it isnt exactly lying since she is not really hearing the question. She has totally surpressed a part of herself and is very frightened. I think she is schizophrenic or duel personality.

Listen to her lies they are all of self created personality of miss picture perfect princess who does everything right and never makes a mistake and is just a bit over everyone else. It's a sit com character although on sitcoms the star is usually full f foibles. Nevertheless she acts as if she breezes through life with expertise and pleasure without a care in the world. However, we all now know that is not true and that is the 'Other' who is buried, who lurks in the background, who is angry and resentful, who feels insecure and threatened, useless, and feels more like a failure . This is the personna who steals from her friends and family and it is all with good purpose: to keep her sisterself alive.

Cindy while seeminly a caring mom has gone a bit too far into overcaring and by doing so she has crippled Casey. She didnt mean to, she doesnt know any other way. She is guilty in a way of loving too much. It is her identity as a woman. You see it when she talks to some of the protesters clasping their hands in hers and never ever admitting to anger. When she gets angry ...i say good for her.

Casey made a mistake but we dont know what that mistake was. The chloroform is still not proof of murder....of cleaning out the smell of a dead body sure no doubt....but murder????

She knows Caylee is dead but she cannot bear to break her mother's heart. She needs her mother now even more than ever. And her mother needs her more than ever as well.

We can all see that there could be motive and we haven't a clue as to haow she did many things such as what she did with Caylee when she partied....but it still does not speak of abuse or murder.

If Caylee had been abused in any way her friends would have noticed...Caylee would have been withdrawn or rebellious. There were no signs whatsoever of anything done detrimental to this child. Many children are raised in extended families it just gives the child more resourses and openess. she had a stable loving home , yes true getting attached to multiple boyfriends , accepting them as a father and then being abandones could be potentially dangerous. but that hadn't happened yet. Caylee showed no attachment to any of these men she looked only to her mother.

I realize how incredible it is to see a young mother up and dancing when she knows the terrible truth. For that we all hate her...and more for running away, stealing, etc.

It is obvious by now that she is mentally not there, as Pidilla said.."she lives in a parallel universe".

Casey I believe does not know how to access this "Other" self. Hypnosis might be a way to go.

From what I have ascertained, based on my limited ability to follow as closely as others here (and thank you, I enjoy your posts)
the Parental figures for this baby were Cindy and George.
Casey was more like a Big Sis, at best.

I don't think hypnosis would even work. The subject is soooo into her own universe she is not receptive, in the least, to suggestion.

There was story on court tv, about a husband who had his wife and four children convinced he was a pilot and did great things when actually he sat all day on a park bench.

i guess there is no way to check by the mileage on the car where she went and how often.

It makes sense that - between the time Cindy called 9-1-1 and the time the cops arrived to arrest Casey - she admitted (at least to Lee, probably Cindy too) that Caylee was dead and begged them to save her. (As I have posted before, I believe that George already knew about Caylee's death and had helped dispose of her body.)

Having known narcissistic types like Casey, my guess would be she started blaming her own family for her actions in order to get their support - "I TRIED to call you, mom, but you didn't answer! You are never there when I need you!" etc. This explains why Cindy went from honestly scared to death on those 9-1-1 calls to complete denial within a very short period of time.

The only award that Casey should get is an award for double talk.

Listening to those police interviews it's amazing. All it is, is double talk. The police officer was getting so frustrated with it, but he kept his cool which is more then what I could of done.

I don't believe Casey is receiving messages from Caylee,I think it's something she may have picked up from the book and was using it to placate her family.

She's such a narcisist that she probably does see herself as all powerful and and her family seems to feed into that.

She's not insane though,she knows she's lying and admitted to that on the interview tapes the police took at universal. Admitted she lied about having an office there. She uses the lies to manipulate people to think what she wants them to think. She's lieing about Caylee for the simple reason that she wants to keep from going to prison.

sounds plausible that the family was in on it...because i don't believe Casey cleaned that car out with the Chloroform all by herself. I think George did. Sure he can claim it was some other body. Who is going to believe it?
