New day and new hope for Caylee.:rose:
Can we all please stay on topic and avoid baiters so we can keep the boards open? Thanks and hope things turn around and Caylee is found today.

No lp just said it was during his stint at the Anthony home.I tend to think he makes things up as he goes along.Just my opinion of course but you would think this would have already been revealed if true.

Yes so much clutter starting in this case. People need to just get back to the matter of bringing this babe home.:rose:
I keep wondering just what G&C know about Caylee being gone, why they are sticking up for and sticking by Casey? Why throw this baby under the bus?I just can not wrap my mind around what these people are thinking.moo
I wonder how they sleep at night not knowing where Caylee is?Not knowing what has happened to her?Do they fear for their own safety? I do believe they were next on Casey list.moo
Why they tell whopper stories and seem to be covering things up and trying to smooth a path for Casey? What about Caylee? Seems nobody in that family seems to remember this is about Caylee not Casey.

Tiny,
George was in the house. We can hear Kristina name all those present when Casey asked if Tony was there.
I really don't think that Ricardo and Amy are dating. I think she just lives there at the condo with JP and Ricardo until she finds a place of her own. Troy, her former roommate moved in with his sister and brother -n-law, Clint. As she said in her interview, it left her "homeless"
I have heard that Lee's girlfriend has a child by another, but I dont know if its Kristina. If you listen to the first jailhouse tape, Casey tells Cindy that she just saw **'s car parked in front of the house on TV. I believe ** is Lee's GF.
Rick is Cindy's Bro, but no idea if he's co-operating or will be called to testify. But I would bet next weeks allowance that he will.
Opps ETA Richardo and Casey dated for a couple of months before she met Tony on Memorial Weekend

Protests, reactions fray nerves outside home of Caylee Anthony's family
http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/local/orange/orl-protest1208sep12,0,2779204.story
Thursday passed much as days typically do on Hopespring Drive, thanks to the infamous case of missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony.
Protesters angry at her mother, Casey, who faces a child-neglect charge, ate fast food on the sidewalk and smoked cigarettes outside her home in east Orange County. They cursed at family members as they came and left. Family members cursed back.
Then Casey's brother Lee Anthony blazed into the driveway in a black Ford Mustang, missing a family of protesters -- including two school-age girls and a toddler -- by inches.

Hmm, maybe they should pass an ordinance in Orlando against smoking in public, like the one here. That should limit the protesters somewhat. :)

I heard that speculated about last month when the jailhouse phone call between Cindy and Casey was released. Casey said "Well, get it from Lee," Casey Anthony said. "I know Lee is at the house. I saw Mallory's car was out front. It was just on the news. They were just live outside the house."

If I had a half million dollars riding on somebody on home confinement, I would definitely have a way of knowing what was going on in that house. ;)
Yes I would.
But to the topic of LDT's.....it would NOT surprise me if this were true. I would think it would be SOP of family members of missing children, just to clear them and move on with investigating outside the first circle of people who were closest to the victim. In this case, Caylee's circle was not that big, however Casey's was.
And IMO, if the Anthony's took and passed an LDT, don't you think Cindy would have shouted that from the rooftop? Yet, she's never mentioned it.

Morning all,
LDT's are not admissable in court, right? Or do different States have different laws regarding LDT's?
Nevertheless, if the Anthonys truly have nothing to hide and have no idea what happened to Caylee, they should do the moral thing and volunteer to have one administered to them so they can be ruled out as having any knowledge to Caylee's whereabouts and LE can move on.
Do you think Casey's friends would volunteer to have one done? Tony, Amy, Ricardo, Jessie?

Good Morning!:seeya:
I'm spending the weekend with my kids up where they live and will be away from the news AND a computer until Saturday evening, then go to my other DD's house and I will be able to at least see if I missed anything.
Wow those protesters are really getting more and more nuts. The guy with the deep voice who hollers "YOU DID IT" every time Casey comes or goes- I like him. His voice carrries over everybody elses.
So did they move the sign yet?
The A's huge billboard is right smack in front of their house, unless the web cam is frozen and they've moved it since then.

In Florida, polygraphs are admissible in court, if it is stipulated to by the prosecution, defense and approved by the court prior to the administration of the polygraph.

I see no reason for all Casey's friends to have one, but I think if the LE asked, anyone that was innocent of lying to them about Casey and/or Caylee would take one.

All of Caseys friends (that dare) and her family should get together and have one big come-to-Jesus intervention. Like they do on TV with drug addicts, everyone reads their letter and in the end invites Casey to TELL THE TRUTH NOW, BRING LITTLE CAYLEE HOME!!! That would really be something to see. They should do THAT this Sunday night instead of the joke of a prayer vigil with the devils mamma leading the masses- look out!! Let everyone silently pray outside while they do the intervention inside. What do you all think about this??
Not a bad idea, at all, methinks! ;) (an intervention).

Quite dramatic! Baez handled it more subtly, and in fact avoided a direct answer. When WFTV's Eyewitness News contacted him to ask if he or Casey has received any money from ABC for the videos and photos. His public relations firm refused to answer specific questions about the licensing fee but said, "The Baez law firm is focused solely on defending their client, not the commercialization of their client's missing daughter Caylee."

Have pics of Caylee all around (if they aren't still around, put them back out) and afterall, where is Casey going to go- not farther than 150 feet away, I can guarantee you that!!! They should lock the bedroom doors beforehand. It could be VERY powerful. The friends would go first, hopefully that Holly person or Christina person won't go freaking out and getting too emotional, and then have Lee, Dad and then Mom. Heck, bring Gramma in too if she is of sound mind! Cindy could coordinate it all while Casey is making a big ol' batch of brownies for the next days legal "appointment".
I don't believe Casey has a conscious or feels guilty about Caylee at all, and no amount of pictures or Caylee or interventions would sink in to her twisted little brain.

"Mallory" was referenced to by Casey in one of the 1st jailhouse phone calls. I'm not sure exactly how she fits in. Some think she may be Lee's girlfriend. In any case I don't recall hearing her name again after that call. And IF Lee has a girlfriend, she has been shielded from the media or she is long gone by now IMO

Found something interesting in a WESH article. Wonder if Baez is too busy babysititng to get his work done....
Meanwhile, the motion Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, filed earlier this week to stop all current and future forensic evidence testing in the search for Anthony's missing daughter, Caylee, may never come to fruition.
According to a representative with the 9th Judicial Circuit Court, Baez never delivered a copy to the judge's office and has not requested the judge schedule a hearing on the motion.

I agree. You know I was thinking of all of them in that house. I can't imagine the tension. Yikes. I'm surprised G&C's attorney hasn't recommended Casey be placed in a safe house especially if the house is bugged. He didn't seem to be too worried about the house being bugged when he was on NG the other night but I'm sure it must be a concern, imo. IMO I think they were asked to take one because that seems to be general policy to ask and rule family members out as quickly as possible to move LE in a different direction. While I may not believe everything that comes out of LP's mouth I would say this is correct however I don't really think he was privy to the info. I just can't see Lee coming out to him of all people an annouce that to him. I think he said that because he knows that is usually what LE asks. If they took one they would be shouting from the roof tops they took one just like she spouted that the yard was cleared by LE.. Now they will say they were never asked which I wouldn't believe. Even if they weren't ask why would they not offer to take one in order to move the investagation forward. That's what Mark Klass did. He said give one to me, do what you have to and then get out their to find my daughter. I just makes sense to me to take one. JMO

There not admissable in court but they do use it as a tool to eliminate someone. They could even have their own lawyer do one one just to see how they would do first. It was speculated that OJ took one and failed miserably by his own lawters. Thats' why they didn't allow LE to give him one. JMO

I saw something posted yesterday that stayed in my thoughts all night.
"I can understand one person in a family being in denial, but all three"!
After reading that, I honestly feel that each of them, Cindy, George and Lee do know that Caylee is not coming home, but they are going to keep denying it to the media and public as a means of not admitting Casey's guilt. Deny that Caylee is no longer with us, keep telling everyone there are sightings and Caylee is alive, put doubt in people's minds!
I do believe that Cindy, George and Lee now know what happened to Caylee, even though they say that Casey isn't talking. When Cindy made those first 911 phone calls she was concerned and wanted to find Caylee, which is why her words were truthful. She did not believe at that moment that Casey could of harmed Caylee.
After Cindy realized what happened and that Casey had harmed Caylee, everyone in the family stopped helping LE and became argumentative with the media, LE and the public. Almost immediately they stopped being truthful, and realized that Caylee was no longer alive. I don't believe they are in denial about what has happened to Caylee, but are using denial as a means of protecting Casey.
Protecting Casey will never bring Caylee home and that is so sad. Now Caylee is being used as a means of making money to defend Casey and the family. I don't believe the family has begun to grieve because they immediately went into the protective mode for Casey. When and if the Anthonys begin to grieve, they will have to admit the truth regarding Casey, and as difficult as that may be, it will help then begin to heal.
This is just MHO.

I wonder why he gets to keep it because it seems like he mainly uses it to create a buffer zone between the house and the protesters. I'm sure there are famlies of other missing children that would LOVE to use it.

I don't either. IMO once all the evidence comes out in court and Baez sees that even his experts may not be good enough to beat the pros. he would be smart enough to talk Casey into taking a plea deal to take the DP off the table if the pros. is going to take that route. JMO

Good morning everyone, I too hope today is the day they find caylee. I really wonder if tim found something and le is keeping it close to the vest. I am just sick of them not finding something to put this case to a close as far as caylee. I did hear casey say lee and his girl friend was at the house in one of the phone calls. If she has not dumped lee by now they or keeping her out of this. She may have dumped lee by now. I would not want to be in this mess. It looks like casey will never be charged with anything about what happened to caylee but maybe she will get some time for all the other stuff she has done. What is so sad to me is we may never know what happened to caylee. Caylee is the one that really matters in this case. God bless little caylee where ever she is.jmho:rose:

Good morning...
Does anyone know what Lee does for a living?
Reading this morning I did find out he is not married but has a girl friend possibly with a child.
I just wonder how these people pay their bills.
I know they say Cindy has a leave of absence from her job....but is it known if she if on paid leave?
Also I read that Geroge is not working and now we see Lee every day taking Casey to lawyers and at the house.
Wonder if employers are paying them to stay away from work with all the havoc they have caused?
The thoughts that some charitable orgainization is paying them for lawyers and possibly to help them with their bills really does grab at me.
It would be different if they were really looking for Caylee.
But I guess they would rather sit in their house and show their lack of class by turning sprinklers on protesters and shoving them around.
I was always taught to take the high road not to stoop down to others levels.

Just something that is bothering me this morning.
Our news WFTV channel 9 Orlando keeps talking about the Anthony family possibly receiving 200,000 from the videos that were shown on ABC Friday evening.
Isn't it ironic that the person that may be responsible for bringing harm to Caylee, is the person that may now be receiving money for her defense through Caylee.

I am confused by that too. Traveling billboards work best when they're traveling. If the Anthony's aren't using it it only seems right for them to give it back and let another family use it.
on topic but off to the side:
one legacy this little girl has left is that many of us will now step up locally to look for and help locate other missing children. I know it's changed me and my family. We won't sit back any more and think "there're people searching already" when something like this happens nearby. We'll hop on the phone and sign up and get out there and help. Even if it's just bringing coffee and snacks to the searchers. I hope all of us here remember Caylee with our actions as well as our prayers. We may not like the Anthonys but we can use their lack of action as a tool to remind us that not every family is like them and even if another family is like them we can use Caylee's memory to get out there and help. The work these searchers and the legitimate lost child organizations do is important and they can never have too many eyes out looking. Money's always great but so is action. I hope none of us forget Caylee and that her little life's legacy is that we can help and we should help. She may be gone forever but something good can happen from this and we can remember her by helping others.

Thanks. From the link:
Robert Dummett: "In this mission, we are out there looking for anything that is unusual - anything that doesn't belong. We are looking for things such as blankets, sleeping bags and anything child related. It is very possible, if the child was put into a garbage bag, it could float. Early on they were looking for a child safety seat that has since been recovered. Not necessarily in this search effort, but law enforcement does have that in custody, so that has been excluded as an item we are looking for."
David Lohr: "Where was the child safety seat recovered?"
Robert Dummett: "I do not recall. I do not know if it was recovered as part of the search effort or if it was part of the evidence that was retrieved from a garage or home, but they do have it in custody."
I have so many facts jumbled in my brain about this case. Did we know they had located the car seat? Is this old news?

The hearing AND trial in November are for the child neglect and lying charges.
This latest batch will require an arraignment and a pleading of G/NG. There will be a separate trial for those.

There not admissable in court but they do use it as a tool to eliminate someone. They could even have their own lawyer do one one just to see how they would do first. It was speculated that OJ took one and failed miserably by his own lawters. Thats' why they didn't allow LE to give him one. JMO
The attorneys I work for get most of the clients charged with serious crimes to take one. I notice if the client passes (which isn't the norm.) it usually ends up being leaked.

Hi Martha. I hope his girlfriend can step back and take a look at Lee's actions and hear his words.
When that person said to him, "You lie like your sister"
http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/local/orange/orl-protest1208sep12,0,2779204.story on account of him saying he honked the horn, but he did not, and his coming so close to hitting the lady and children, and stating he was looking for a chance like that (para)...she should put herself in one of those people's shoes and think really hard if she'd like to live her life that way. She will easily become the objectified person, since that's Lee's style of communication. imo

In Florida, polygraphs are admissible in court, if it is stipulated to by the prosecution, defense and approved by the court prior to the administration of the polygraph.

I heard rumors he as pro-bono, but nothing confirmed. I also heard a lot of rumors that he was court appointed, which isn't true, because Caylee got his name from another inmate when she was first jailed and called him herself.
When he was asked who was paying his fee, he didn't say. And when Cindy was asked who paid him, her answer was "don't worry about it".

The attorneys I work for get most of the clients charged with serious crimes to take one. I notice if the client passes (which isn't the norm.) it usually ends up being leaked. The ones who fail though - never a word is even mentioned as to whether they have taken one or not. The polygrapher our firm utilises is rapidly becoming one of my best friends we send so many people to him.
Do any of the clients refuse to take one even if their wants them to?

What was wrong with the way it was written? It didn't say he "forgot".
It only said he "never delivered a copy to the judge's office and has not requested the judge schedule a hearing". And "Until the judge sees the paperwork and gets a request to hold some sort of hearing, the court spokeswoman said nothing will be done about that motion."
The judge will see it if and when he does complete the filing.

According to NG last night and all of the defense lawyers on her panel, they have never heard of such a thing and are amazed and suspicious of the hours and days spent.
Well, IMO, two things are true:
1) This is absolutely allowed by the terms of her house arrest. She cans spend as long as she and Baez say is necessary at his office.
BUT
2) This is yet another example of bad PR on the part of Team Casey, since everybody is well aware that clients do not have to stay all day, every day in their lawyers' offices. Everybody is well aware that this is criminal perp day care service masquerading as "client conferences."

Just a question if I might?
If/when Casey is charged yet again with fraud, will she go back to jail and have to bond out again?
And are these living conditions set at least until she has her hearing in November? That's a long time for her to be babysat by the Anthony's and her attorney everyday...thanks in advance for anyone who might know.
Just my opinion of course...

After all these weeks have passed, has anyone seen Cindy or George get out in front of the cameras and make a plea for the so-called kidnappers to bring Caylee back home? And Casey could be out there too, begging for Caylee to be brought back and "lets make a deal". Not one of them have done anything except go to vigils. And Casey is peeking thru the curtains at the protestors while Cindy goes outside to provoke them.
I saw Cindy on a morning talk show about a month or so ago look into the camera and say something like 'bring her back', only because she was put on the spot by the host asking her what does she have to say to the people who have Caylee.
When the FBI believes you, they will orchestrate media opportunities for you to narrate their script to the 'kidnappers' and the public audience. imo
Since that's not happened, I can only surmise the FBI's stance.

I seriously doubt he forgot about it. It is too early for him to file it and have it ruled on, considering Casey hasn't been charged with murder yet. The forensic evidence doesn't pertain to the charges that have been filed against her so far. I expect when she is charged with murder, he'll complete the steps to file that motion and request the hearing on it.
JMO
Yes, it is too soon for him to file it and have it considered, which is why you have to wonder why the motion was leaked in the first place.
Of course, by the time the motion is relevant to the charges, all the testing will have been completed. :)

I don't believe anyone other than Casey really knows the truth of all that has transpired. I do believe her folks and Lee know, in the same way we do, that Caylee is dead though. If you listened to Cindy when she was first interviewed by Greta IIRC, she seemed genuine when she said words to the effect of she'd go door to door searching to the end of the earth. That interview and her 911 call about the car smelling like a dead body were probably the only 2 things she's said that I believe.

I'm glad she does. I think if she was left with her parents all day, every day, sooner or later one of them would lose it with her. I've read up a bit on last night's thread and I'd like to give my opinion of her friends. I don't feel any of them are involved. I think they're just young men and ladies living their lives the way most college age kids do. My exhusband was 19 when my oldest was born. He was the first of his social group to have a child and he thought he could still be a party guy. He spent more time out with his friends than he did being a Dad but that's on him not his friends. I feel for all ofthem and commend them for not hitting the talk show circuits. I very much doubt it. If she were on the computer alone, she could say she was doing research for her case or searching for Caylee. If the case worker saw her sitting around drinking beer, now that would be a problem.
Face it people; nothing is going to stop these daily marathon "client conferences." But, remember, she looks horrible doing this. She looks...guiltier.
Cindy did say it....however the reports of Cindy's honesty have been greatly exagerated. We will probably never know the real arrangements for Caylee's bedtime routine, if there was one. I also remember Cindy saying that when she picked up Casey from Tony's place that it was the time that they would normally put Caylee down for a nap. Why the word nap when it was evening time. Why not say time for Caylee to go to bed. The word nap has always bothered me.
Boxer, that statement about the nap always bothered me as well. Didn't make sense since it was evening.

Good morning.
Last night on NG they said all searches were called off because tips received did not make sense or some such words. can't recall exact phrase. I can't believe they aren't still searching some places. I am so sad about this if it is true. imo
That is also what i heard on NG last night, almost exactly those words. i find it hard to believe that they would just stop searching considering how active this case is at this time.
i hope and pray, and have been for a few days, that this means they found something and just don't want to say until they know for sure. i hope if i am right, they get the results they need and that casey spends the rest of her life in prison.

I'm glad she does. I think if she was left with her parents all day, every day, sooner or later one of them would lose it with her. I am a bit concerned about the impropriety of her relationship with her atty. but that's based on her history with men and her ability to play a role when it suits her. Seeing her sashay back and forth to Baez's office only solidifies my view of the real Casey.
I think Casey's friends (if you can call them that) have been duped by her. In their world there were no other young parents so they didn't know to doubt her stories. I feel for all ofthem and commend them for not hitting the talk show circuits. To say they're involved because they're quiet is just as wrong as saying they're money grubbers if they had gone a'talking. Like the grandparents, they're damned if they do, damned if they don't. But unlike the grandparents, they've maintained dignity and haven't added mud to the water to mask Casey's actions. Can you imagine one day you're a party going, college attending kiddo...the next you have people looking at you funny because someone you befriended turned out to be a bad egg?
..I agree... I recall one of the friends saying Casey began to hang around a whole new group of people. I can see why..all lies tend to catch up to you. I dont think Casey ever thought about an end result or being caught in lies. She just moved on to new "friends" and started fresh( in her mind). I dont think she could keep up with this group..they actually had real stuff goin on! (jmo)

But how would you decide where to search if they have searched all the logical places and places they have received tips on...
there has to be some kind of reason to search a certain area....can't just randomly look ....

A woman. She was seen on the video from one of the stations on yesterday's doings. I'm tellin' ya, people. Unless she is caught drinking or taking drugs or some other such stuff, there is nothing a case manager can object to. This nonsense is going to go on and on. I put my trash out with the used kitty litter in it. I do it so that people interested in going through my trash to find things to steal ( ie Identity mostly, although I shred everything, too). you'd think the A's would know better than putting notes and such in their trash.
I also think the police probably already went the trash route when this case first broke. Even then, after 31 days, any evidence, if at all, would have already been lost in the landfill.

I agree. At this point, there is NOTHING she can do to redeem herself. I believe that LE or organizations like Tim's will have to be the ones to find Caylee. But if Casey does decide to tell the truth and bring Caylee home to those who love her, it will not be because she wanted to do the right thing- it will be because she is tired of the game she is playing. No credit for that.
Casey Anthony is the most cold-hearted person I have ever read about. There doesn't seem to be an ounce of love or compassion in her soul- for anyone. She is just empty inside. When she walks into a room she must bring a cold chill with her. I don't know how her attorney can stand the sight of her, I couldn't. She disgusts me.
Every day when I wake up and see that poor Caylee has yet to be found, I just can't wrap my head around the fact that so many complete strangers have taken this little girl into their hearts- but her own mother has no spot for Caylee in her own heart. I just don't understand.
But, the fact that how she appears, PR shall we say, is very important to Team Casey. That's why they have a spokesperson, a high-profile defense attorney for George and Cindy and a new PR firm working on the case. The fact is that Casey needing to be baby-sat all day every day, supersedes how bad it looks - but it does look awful, and that does matter.

Did anyone notice yesterday during the protestor problem (when Lee supposedly hit one) CA was not wearing a Caylee shirt. She had on jeans and a plain shirt. I thought that was pretty interesting.I didn't see it, but I'll take your word for it. Unplanned appearance. ;) imo

I see they still have the rolling billboard.
Question for the Anthony's
Don't you think your neighbors know that Caylee is missing?
Wasn't it just the other day that George was asked to move it, he refused so a neighbor moved it?

ITA. A cold, malignant heart.

Good morning, Rebel. :)
I find it very troubling that there is no timeline for the days preceding the car abandonment. I hope LE has one. imo
I believe they have a timeline for that from the friends boyfriend and roomates an Target video and cell calls. they probably have other information to help them narrow down a timeline too. IMO

I think it's another matter of damned if she does, damned if she doesn't. I can't even count the number of times I've read (paraphrased) "It makes me FURIOUS to see any of that family with those Caylee t-shirts on"......then voila, Cindy's not wearing a t-shirt and now it's hmmmmmm, interesting....or suspect.....or sinister in some way......LOL......just an observation. :seeya:

My husband does the same thing and for the same reasons.
We burn everything that has our name on it.
We do live in rural Alabama though where as long as there isn't a no burn notice it is okay to do this ..along with tree limbs etc.

"MONSTER mom Casey Anthony killed her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, and fed the girl's body to the gators in Florida's swamps! That's the chilling claim by the Orlando crime suspect's best friend, who rips the lid off Casey's secret life - and her beliefs about the tragic toddler's grim end - in a shocking GLOBE world exclusive that will leave you in tears."
Didnt know if anyone saw this..makes me sick to even see her on the cover of a trashy mag. (jmo)

We live out in the boonies too and everything we don't shred is burned. I wonder if G&C have a shredder?
