Nejames didn't impress me. Just fancy lawyer speak. Baez sure looked very happy about something the day he was escorting Casey out to car, grinning like a monkey.
I just can't imagine hiring a lawyer if my child were missing. I would be pleading and bugging everyone to help me find her. I can't imagine any compelling reasons not to give and follow up everything I could come up with. Every ounce of information would be on the table for everyone to use. I also cannot see LE saying not to share leads with the public. Who knows with the public when someone could give a way to find her.
My prayer is for Casey to open up and put an end to all this. I don't understand that this would not be the goal of every person included in this horror.

I agree that I personally would want to know everything but I don't think Cindy and George want to. I kind of think that the very thought that Caylee's dead is also too distressing to face, regardless of who did it. I do think deep down they know but just feel like if they keep saying she's alive, well then, she's alive.

I still go with my theory that Casey most likely got Zenaida's name off some document by breaking into her car the day she looked at the Sawgrass apartment. Zenaida Gonzalez was probably just a name that "stuck" in her head. She probably wouldn't have enough time to get much more than a name if there were no checks or banking info in the car to steal! Casey didn't work but always seemed to have money. It's common for all the petty criminals I know to break into cars looking for easy money. It's just too random to be a coincidence that Zenaida Gonzalez visited the apartment across the road from someone Casey knows and that's the name of the phantom nanny. It would be interesting to know where she parked her car that day and if it was registered in her name and if the registration was in the glovebox.

Not to bad a theory you have there! We know Casey is a thief... so it's not too big a jump to think she would break into a car to steal. We know she went through her friend's car while she was borrowing it and stole her checkbook. It would explain how she knew to connect that name with that apartment complex, and if there was nothing of value to take and lets say the car was unlocked.... Zenaida would never know anyone was even in her car.

I can't even imagine Christmas for them this year. I have very little sympathy for the Anthonys at this point, but I can imagine when they (if they) decide to celebrate Christmas this year, how hard it will be.

I'm sure Caylee had ornaments celebrating her first Christmas as well as her Christmas treasures and stocking with her name on it. I think the reality just might hit them at Christmas and what a horribly sad time for reality to kick in.

It's just absolute, all around madness. I DO believe they are going through hell, but they make it worse when they do stuff like this. I don't condone their actions, but grew up in an insane family like this and so I can kind of see how things are occurring cause and effect wise. I have so many mixed emotions about the case because I hate to say it but Cindy and George are carbon copies of my parents. NO I'm not like Casey though quite the opposite. I have a hard time NOT feeling other people's feelings. Sorry kind of OT, but in a way not because I do feel I have a good window into what "not normal" families do :(

They'll end up consolidating all of the charges into one sentence. If she had used a weapon it might be different.

If Casey got The Zanny name on June 17, that probably means Caylee was probably already dead and Casey was looking for someone to pin it on. I also question why George would report two gas cans stolen in his shed with 1 gal of gas in one and 2 gal. in the other. Why wouldn't he just put a lock on his gate? My grandson is almost 3 and he talks about what happens at school like "Katie bites" or something he did that day. I have known the teachers and called baby sitters to check on him many times. If I thought he was in P.R, I would be there instead if working on movie rights.

Right, IIRC, Cindy said that Caylee never talked about Zanny but did talk about her dog. I am sooo confused. If Cindy lied and was just backing Casey up and saying that she thought Zanny existed for the last year and a half, why not go ahead and lie and say "Yes, I talked to her a couple of times" or "Caylee mentioned her occasionally" I just don't get it.

Casey is out free, so to speak, on bond. Obviously, LE doesn't have enough forensic evidence to charge Murder or else they would have done so by now.

It's a crying shame that no one cared about this child.

I agree. Too much nothingness happening in this case too. I'm getting saturated. The web cam freezing up for hours or days on end also helped to untie me from this board. That web cam is the devil I tell ya.

....that I am so, so sorry... words don't properly express how sorry... I am for all of you moms (and dads) out there who have lost a child. I just had my first (at age 40!) and have finally realized what real, true, pure, unconditional love is. Thankfully I know my mom had the same kind of love for me, and still does. I think that's why this case hurts my heart so much. I don't know how a mom could ever harm her child in any way. Ever. I will never understand how any mom doesn't hold her child with incredibly high regard, the utmost respect, and the tenderist kind of love imaginable. If I lost my daughter I honestly don't know that I could go on living. Bless you all for your strength, your courage, and for the love you still have for your children.

I'd hate to think that Caylee's little body was buried in the backyard for nearly 30 days while Cindy was calling Casey wanting to speak to Caylee. Maybe that's why Cindy remains in a state of shock and denial. I'm sure Cindy was in the backyard at several times during those 30 days.

i'm new to all this and have really just been sitting back reading all the post. i do have a question though. does daddy's girl really even understand that a child is missing and more than likely dead? seems all she wants to do is argue with anything others post. am i wrong? she is confususing. none of us actually know at this point what has happened to this child, but we do have the right to voice our opinions. i for one am tired of reading what she has to say. i think she needs to get a life away from the computer and compassionate people. i've even wondered if she is an anthony because of some of the remarks she has posted. i guess i'll get blasted now but i'm a big girl and can take it. this is simply how i feel ,but i would bet there are others that are thinking the same way i am. is this where i say.... just my opinion? have a great day & let's hope this circus leaves town soon.

The 'real' Z that the police tracked down, was the one who
looked at the Sawgrass Apt on June 17 (? unsure of the date, June 17 , 18? )
The manager or assistant manager filled out the card in spanish for Z.
The real Z does have 2 children. She does have a myspace page, with pics of the 2 kids.
That is one of the reasons it is an odd mystery.
Casey talks about the nanny for 2 years.
Then, the real Z shows up to look at an apartment where Casey says she has been leaving Caylee with the nanny.
EEEK.
There was a story that Casey's friend lived across the street from Sawgrass Apts and that friend babysat the real Z's children.
The thinking was Casey 'borrowed' the Z name as Caylee's nanny when indeed her friend babysat Z's children.
One more convoluted story.
But if I am remembering correctly, that story was disproved.

I also, from the words about Caylee, can see that TonE's roommates, the young lady who spoke on the phone tape w/ Casey, along with the other friends of Caylee who've spoke about what a sweet and smart little girl she was, cared deeply for her as well. There is only one POI in this case, and that would be Casey. You can dream up things if you'd like about Caylee being buried in the backyard, but that won't make it true.

That's what I remember too. Does anyone know if she had found the car before the first call that she made to police? I wish I knew the time of the first phone call that she made that day. Just a strange coincidence that she calls police and says car is stolen, then gets letter, finds car, and then finds Casey all in the same day. It doesn't add up for me.

And on another note, I thought it strange that Casey allegedly refers to a 30-day script and that is exactly the timeframe that her mother tracks her down. If her mom had not come to find her that day would she have said the script was a 40-day or 50-day script?

Also I think Cindy has said that some of her phone calls did not show up on the phone records because she testified that she talked to or texted with Casey every day during that month. Then the phone records come in...and I guess the phone records did not reflect that at all.

Cindy also contradicts herself when she says that she was not able to talk to Caylee because it was always an 'inopportunity.' On her webpage where she posted the rant about her daughter taking her little angel away, it doesn't sound like she is referring to 'inopportunity'. I think they put the billboard in front of the house last night because they thought Casey was going to get pulled out of the house during the NG show and they were blocking the door so no one would see her perp walk.

As far as the Anthony's having the billboard, I think it could be put to better use even if it was parked on front of a Wendy's or Publix or whatever. I think anyone who normally comes down that street already has a good idea of what Caylee looks like and they are aware of the situation.

A case in Florida with Willie Crain(on death row now) never found the little girls body and he was still convicted. If forensics can prove death occurred, they won't need a body. Maybe that will be Casey's downfall. There's no such thing as the perfect crime remember.

Ugg it bothers me that CINDY is making things worse by plunking no trespassing signs in on the part of the lawn that is not legally theirs. This is just going to encourage yee-haws to gather round and stand there.

I have lost a child too. I just normally don't mention it. My child was shot and the details are still not known. That was in 1988. No apparent reason was found and he was alone in a normal situation when found. Autopsy showed no unusual things of any kind. It's been a horrible sort of limbo since then, but not once have I criticized, blamed or garnered publicity. I finally had to accept and move on for the rest of the family and my own sanity. That is why it's wrong I feel to criticize others' feelings without knowing their background and experiences. A lot of us know exactly the feelings having been there and so we come from an unwelcome position of authority on the subject of how it feels and what normal reactions are as well as cold, unfeeling reactions. We had family friends that were in the same position of losing a child to a drunk driver a few years before we faced loss. No one should assume that others don't come from a position of knowledge. In that case you are setting yourself up as judge and jury without any background or facts. When you do that you are in the wrong!

In this case, I have absolutely no understanding of why the Anthony's are acting the way they are. Grief and loss are awful things, but they don't automatically result in lies, truth twisting, avoiding ANY avenue of searching out the truth and blaming others indiscriminately. That is why I question motives here and 'seemingly' actions to cover up the truth and evidence. JMHO

My Baby Brother's bassinet went right into my room when I was 8 years old. I was to be his care giver & knew the consequences if my bio 'mom' ever heard him cry.

He was a prefect Baby, a perfect Child & I got legal custody of him when I was 19 & he was 8.
He became a near perfect adult even to the point of putting his name on the birth certificate of twins by an ex girlfriend knowing that they would need a REAL Father image.

April 1, 2000 I got a call around 2 AM saying he had been killed in a auto accident. I thought this was the cruelest of cruel April Fool's Day joke! Everyone knew how close we were!

I kept thinking it couldn't be true that I would never hold him again, never look into his bluest of blue eyes, hear his laugh, so many things, so it just couldn't be true!

I called the HWY Patrol in Utah where it happened, I was living in Nevada. It was true and not only was it true but he was T-boned by a 3x convicted drunk driver who ran a red light!

I wanted revenge, dang I was thinking of revenge before I even thought of burying him! I wanted to kill that frickin drunk driver who killed my Baby Brother!

Then I though about the twins, they were not my Brother's blood but him putting his name on their birth certificates was as good as adopting them, he was the only Father they ever knew & a damn good one.
He had been paying $800. a month in support, that would now end.

So I put my anger into helping the twins who were 9 at the time. With their Mother I got them set up with money from SS & now instead of $800. a month they would received $1600. which was a good thing as my Brother did in fact contribute more then the $800. monthly though he never went back with this girlfriend nor married her.

Then I went after (money wise) the man who killed my Brother & the company he worked for. The drunk was in a company truck when he killed my Brother & I got proof they KNEW he was a drunk (all 3 priors).

We went to court & got a settlement with a little over 1/2 a million per twin.

Had I not had the twins to think of at the time I'm thinking I would have made a trip to SLC & did something stupid.

That was how a grieved.

Yes, we all grieve differently yada yada but just as snot peterson the anthony's are NOT grieving!!! they are harboring a IMO murderer & the monster they created enabling her her whole life.

It's not a rumor. They didn't help with the TES search...they wouldn't tell who was watching the kidnappers. That's two things that they *could've* done to find Caylee that they haven't done. Thus, they are not doing everything in their power to find Caylee. No rumors, no lies...just truth. JMO
