Like many of you, I have been with this situation since the beginning. I read the 400 page document, I watch the webcam (I have it on at the office!), I know the characters, the theories, minute details. So...today, I was telling a few of my colleagues at work about some of the details...and I was shocked...as not one of them knew any more than, "Oh, that lady in Florida...with the missing girl? I heard something about that." They weren't aware of Casey's history of lies, partying, the trip to Universal, all the details that we know. (8 out of 13 in my <government>office just one state away had no knowledge of anything other than Florida girl missing.)
I just wanted to share my astonishment with those, like me, who are addicted and want this case to have an ending. It was just difficult for me to believe so many people were so unaware.

In any event, I read a post where there exists a sort of Cliff Notes version of this case. I would like to share this with some of those who expressed shock and disbelief at what they learned from me.

Also...In my early, naive days of posting here... I would hear NG say, "Breaking News in the case of Caylee Marie Anthony..." and I would think, "But that's not BREAKING NEWS, the In-Session folks have known that for DAYS!" Thanks to all of you for posting links, theories, for the world and prayers and love for Caylee.

There is one e-mail from December 18 of 2007. From someone at Universal telling Casey that the Human Resource Dept, Payroll, and Credit Union Dept would be closed and therefore, they couldn't meet Casey as planned. They'd 'compensate' her for her troubles.

I bet this e-mail was cause of some bogus excuse she gave to her parents for why she didn't have any Christmas money. Dumbo ate her paycheck. :lol:

Good post! I ant to tell you I have found the same thing to be true with the news channels. They will say we have news. Well, today that happened and they were showing us clips of the protesters beinf pushed. Now that was over the weekend!!! We learn more here than anywhere. It could also be that Casey's spite came back to bite her own behind, and even though she handed Caylee off to someone else to hide her from Cindy - she suddenly found that she wasn't going to get her back so easily.


I have to confess, I SO do not want to believe Casey is a person without a conscience, or that anyone could kill a little innocent child. I have often gone back to this very thought, that maybe, just maybe, Casey did something incredibly stupid and irresponsible, treating her daughter as less than an unwanted pet even, by just getting rid of her, at least partially to spite Cindy. But then I remember all the decomposition "rumors and leaks." And even though we all know it's not proven in a court of law yet that there is actual proof of a dead body, I think many of us have seen how these cases unfold enough times to know that where there's smoke, there's fire. I believe the decomp evidence is valid. I really can't buy the idea that somebody else's body was in that trunk. I want to believe Casey has a conscience and a soul and would not do anything harmful or even stupid and irresponsible to her daughter, but my objective view says she has had some major influence, if not the only influence, in what happened to her baby girl. I hope I never run across anyone like her in my life, but according to things I've read and seen, they are potentially all around us and we just can't recognize them--until they do something to give themselves away. My heart breaks for anyone who is the victim of this kind of loss.

Well thanks for listening, all. As you can see, I rarely post, but this case is just too much for me sometimes. I just have to let out some of these feelings, and you all are a very understanding group of posters! :)

I don't think it is more than a hassle to Casey et al at this point. The bond cannot be set too high for these charges and she will bond out again in a day or two. Still, it keeps the soup a'simmerin - it is exhausting to Casey and the Anthony's everytime another charge comes up.
Casey is looking at doing some serious time, even if she is never prosecuted for Caylee's disappearance. I have no doubt that she will be prosecuted over Caylee though, but LE wants to build the tightest and most serious case against her. Finding Caylee's body will help LE tremendously, although they can try her without it. LE has no reason to hurry murder charges. Casey is going to prison in November for years and she will sit there while LE continues to build a murder charge against her.
Justice will be done for little Caylee.

I had housecleaner last year who stole checks from me. She also stole my laundry. And used my credit card to buy cigarettes (I dont smoke). All in all it was close to $1,000.00 but all she got was probation with a next time you do it its five years. And she had stolen before.

I would say that any more than a few hours a week is excessive but it is her right. I'm not sure what is going on all those hours but I think she uses up a lot of it by going on line, watching tv or just relaxing in Baez's office. It is probably more of a sanctuary than her own home.

On NG her producer said LE had her computer but Ikeep hearing that while she is at home she is on the computer. Is there another computer?

This was tonights live show, not a rerun. It was reported today on local Orlando TV websites that Casey will be arrested again within the next few days for additional fraud charges.

Nancy smacked down the Anthony attorney without letting him talk much so I'm sure he won't be back soon.

I've been sooooo quite, hardly a peep.
This case has me down this PM worse than usual. I'm not sure why?
I was waiting for a reason to reply so I could send our jennyanydots a {{{hug}}} and a :rose:, but nothing struck me as reply worthy. I'll think of you tonight in my prayers though jenny, you have my deepest empathy on the loss of a child from your life. I hold close the fact that no one can take my Tia from my heart.
Despite having a bit of "fun" with lively debate, I just can't perk up today.
I think just the stark realization that the people Caylee loved and trusted are selling her down the river is just so horrific...I can't even really respond. What do you say to something like that? The English language is just too limited for the sorrow such things give me. The lady with the dog today who said that about not minding the rain REALLY got to me. I remember people telling me to sleep, to eat, that I would be cold or wet, and I remember telling them I didn't care...how could I without knowing what my little one was suffering? Those times are like a movie now, everything seems a bit removed from daily life most of the time. But remembering the rain that November, and picturing Caylee in the rain now is hard...thats too small a word, but what else to say? This case matters to me, alot. This child matters to me, like many here it has become a personal desire to know the right thing is done for her and to see it through to the end.
I have a feeling most of us will be old friends with each other before the last pages are written for Caylee.
Tonight I'm prayig for Caylee, but for each of us too. I pray that coming together here makes each of us a better person for having learned from one another, and that we all are able to see this through to the end.

This was tonights live show, not a rerun. It was reported today on local Orlando TV websites that Casey will be arrested again within the next few days for additional fraud charges.

Nancy smacked down the Anthony attorney without letting him talk much so I'm sure he won't be back soon.


Nejame is certainly an improvement over Larry Garrison, which is saying absolutely nothing. I have my doubts that he was told not to answer all those questions per orders of the Orange County Sheriff's Office, though.

I've been sooooo quite, hardly a peep.
This case has me down this PM worse than usual. I'm not sure why?
I was waiting for a reason to reply so I could send our jennyanydots a {{{hug}}} and a :rose:, but nothing struck me as reply worthy. I'll think of you tonight in my prayers though jenny, you have my deepest empathy on the loss of a child from your life. I hold close the fact that no one can take my Tia from my heart.
Despite having a bit of "fun" with lively debate, I just can't perk up today.
I think just the stark realization that the people Caylee loved and trusted are selling her down the river is just so horrific...I can't even really respond. What do you say to something like that? The English language is just too limited for the sorrow such things give me. The lady with the dog today who said that about not minding the rain REALLY got to me. I remember people telling me to sleep, to eat, that I would be cold or wet, and I remember telling them I didn't care...how could I without knowing what my little one was suffering? Those times are like a movie now, everything seems a bit removed from daily life most of the time. But remembering the rain that November, and picturing Caylee in the rain now is hard...thats too small a word, but what else to say? This case matters to me, alot. This child matters to me, like many here it has become a personal desire to know the right thing is done for her and to see it through to the end.
I have a feeling most of us will be old friends with each other before the last pages are written for Caylee.
Tonight I'm prayig for Caylee, but for each of us too. I pray that coming together here makes each of us a better person for having learned from one another, and that we all are able to see this through to the end.

It's Casey who is the high school dropout, who never went to college and hasn't had a job in years, and who steals from her family and her friends.

I have two sons, teenagers now, and I honestly do not know how I would manage a loss like that. I think I would be able to find a way to go on, but I don't know how I would do it. But I don't want anyone to think they are expected. I have spent a great deal of time and energy on coming to a place of peace within myself. There is no way I could have posted on a case like this even a year ago, let alone back when everything was recent. When I post from the heart about my own life it serves several purposes, the first is to let me commit my reason for being here to "paper", to make it a real thing. I also hope others will realize my POV comes from a very deep place, I do not judge others lightly but I do judge. The people involved in little Caylees life just seem to lack that deep place of reflection and love within themselves. I get that in Casey, IMO she is a sociopath...the rest of the family just baffles me. I have seen some real life clusters of dysfunction, some with more violent behaviors and a longer public history. This one takes the cake for being peopled by those who consistently fail to react "normally" time and again.
So many of us here know loss and family dysfunction from the inside out, and even those who don't seem to love this little girl so much. I don't think a million dollars would deter one of us from looking for her ourselves if we had the means and opportunity, yet her own family acts like they cannot be bothered. I get pretty riled up when i hear "well who are you to judge?". I say to that I am a mother, a daughter, a provider of safety for the children of others, a counselor, a student of humanity and a human being myself. Knowing what it is like to be a feeling human being, imperfect but full of equal measures of sorrow and joys gives me the right to know when something not like me is afoot.
I shouldn't post at night I think ! I get moody and wordy!
I need to watch and read anything I have missed before bed, and then get some rest while the sun takes his.
I hope my lacrimous mood hasn't affected anyone else...I just try to leave my feelings about this case on the board before I turn in and when I turn away.

I remember that case. Isn't that the most pathetic punishment she could get and a larger slap in the face that she only served 5 years. Disgusting. At least her children are safe now and I certainly hope she has been "fixed."

What a tragic story desmom! It is so wrong that many offenses in this country end in stiffer sentences than do those that involve harming our children! I love my country, but that is one area that definitely needs some improvement in our justice system. IMO, things like the "amber Alert" and various recent laws are just bandaids, the entire way we approach missing and endangered children needs an overhaul.
I guess that's why I have barely followed politics this year, my heart is on children like Caylee, Marcus Feisel, and the three childen Amanda Hamm threw away.
JMO. I had more, but it is getting too off topic.
Sufice it to say that I hope this is one instance where protecting the rights of the adult mother do not leave her child with nothing, not even a sacred place for her remains. But I fear it will end just like that IMO.

The kind thoughts are always appreciated, I can always use a cyber hug. But I don't want anyone to think they are expected. I have spent a great deal of time and energy on coming to a place of peace within myself. There is no way I could have posted on a case like this even a year ago, let alone back when everything was recent. When I post from the heart about my own life it serves several purposes, the first is to let me commit my reason for being here to "paper", to make it a real thing. I also hope others will realize my POV comes from a very deep place, I do not judge others lightly but I do judge. The people involved in little Caylees life just seem to lack that deep place of reflection and love within themselves. I get that in Casey, IMO she is a sociopath...the rest of the family just baffles me. I have seen some real life clusters of dysfunction, some with more violent behaviors and a longer public history. This one takes the cake for being peopled by those who consistently fail to react "normally" time and again.
So many of us here know loss and family dysfunction from the inside out, and even those who don't seem to love this little girl so much. I don't think a million dollars would deter one of us from looking for her ourselves if we had the means and opportunity, yet her own family acts like they cannot be bothered. I get pretty riled up when i hear "well who are you to judge?". I say to that I am a mother, a daughter, a provider of safety for the children of others, a counselor, a student of humanity and a human being myself. Knowing what it is like to be a feeling human being, imperfect but full of equal measures of sorrow and joys gives me the right to know when something not like me is afoot.
I shouldn't post at night I think ! I get moody and wordy!
I need to watch and read anything I have missed before bed, and then get some rest while the sun takes his.
I hope my lacrimous mood hasn't affected anyone else...I just try to leave my feelings about this case on the board before I turn in and when I turn away.

The thing is, the only ones that the public knows of are the ones that Casey hung with or claimed to, or those who came willingly forward.

Are those the only ones who should have been, or were questioned?

Are those people who were questioned, being truthful in their sworn statements?

Are there others who are connected to Casey in other mysterious ways through Sawgrass, possible drug dealings, possible murder (who may be the answer for many things, including decomposition), Fusion connections, etc., etc., ?

Og good rebbie, landsharp and Fallen's here. OK, Did anyone hear Dale say last night on NG that they asdked Casey not to bring Caylee over at night because of the partying? OK, IMO....I think GA and CA did kick Casey out that Father's Day. Casey left that night with Caylee. I believe that is the night she killed Caylee. I thibk she put her to sleep with Cloraform (spelling) in the trunk. The next morning whech Clint confirmed this. Casey left when he did acting as if she was going to work. She then drove away from apt and checked on caylee. She was dead....she drove home. Mom and Dad were at work...she tried calling them in panis, still no answers. She then took Caylee and put her poor body in the sandbox. She wentback the next day or the 18th while the Anthony's were at work...asked neighbor for shovel and put Caylee back in the trunk and buried her somewhere. I'm not sure I'm buying the 24th Greorge wasin the trunk getting trash cans...Hehad to smell itif he did. Or maybe she moved here again because she went to go check on her and she smelled the smell and movedhere again. Hence so many phone pines in wooded area's. That is why CA is the way she is. If she accepts caylee is dead, she has to admit she causeed this inher mind. She feelsit's her fauly Caylee is dead. Had she notkickedherout Caylee would be alive. IMO......What do you think? But, Private Investigators have other ways of tracking him, including through his myspace page with a subpoena to locate his ISP.

Really, right in the sandbox? I'm not challenging you, I'm just asking because I had it in my mind that the hits were only spoken of in general terms, for example, "in the back yard and in the trunk." If they did hit specifically the sandbox, then that makes me really trust the dogs. If they'd just hit generally in the grass or something, with no signs of dirt disturbed or recently dug up, then how could there be a dead body just hanging around the yard? Rhetorical question only! There are just too many questions here, but it seems totally obvious that little Casey is gone, nevertheless.

imo/jmoI did wonder early on if she did infact know an employee of Sawgrass, if he might let her leave a sleeping Caylee in an empty apartment thinking She and caylee would sleep there. That she may have convinced him they both needed a place to crash as she couldn't go home, and left Caylee there asleep on a pallatt ( possibly zonked on some drug cocktail) while she went to TonE's or out.
I still think there are alot of coincidences in relation to that APT. building, she definitely lifted info. from there or something.

I got the impression they meant that LE could track the ISP through the MySpace account.
